My Chinese colleague recommended this restaurant and took me there. I wasn't sure what to order, so I left it all up to them, but everything was delicious. In particular, the fried grilled fish was outstanding with its crispy texture. The skill in frying it made it look bigger and more appealing.

I went to Hanakui-en located in Minamisenba 1-chome. The lunch buffet costs 1,000 yen with all-you-can-eat except for the main dish, all-you-can-drink, and one main dish. The interior is surprisingly spacious with 150 seats. It's located underground so iPhone reception is not available, but you can use Free Wi-Fi. The buffet mainly consists of fried chicken, dumplings, and vegetables, with a limited variety of dishes. The drink selection is similar to what you would find in a karaoke box. I chose Mapo Tofu and Shrimp Chili as my main dishes. While you can eat until you're full, I don't plan on revisiting. It's not worth it.

Today's lunch was at a Chinese restaurant called "Chinese Restaurant Kahuien" in Minami Senba, Osaka. The dish I had was the spicy stir-fried chicken (680 yen), which was satisfying without being too heavy. The meal included the main dish, rice, soup, salad, pickles, and dessert, all for 680 yen, which was a great deal. The taste was decent, although slightly on the salty side. The dessert was almond jelly, which was light and not too sweet. The restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere, resembling a high-end hotel restaurant in China. Overall, it was a good meal at a reasonable price.

Next to the second branch of Yakiniku Tamura, there is a Chinese buffet restaurant located underground. It quietly opened and I had been ignoring it for a long time, but when I checked the sign outside the store, I found out it was a buffet restaurant and decided to go for lunch with my colleagues the next day. From the outside, it didn't look very noticeable, so I thought it was a small restaurant, but... it was spacious! Clean! And had a luxurious feel!!! The food was delicious! They had soup, dim sum, salad, meat dishes, vegetable dishes, desserts, and unlimited soft drinks! I think lunch was 990 yen for 60 minutes, and after 1 pm it was 850 yen. The tables were large and clean, and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was homemade by authentic chefs, and the staff were Chinese and very kind with lovely smiles. In the evening, the drink-all-you-can soft drink option was around 2000 yen for 90 minutes. Alcohol-free drinks were around 3000 yen for 120 minutes. When I went at night, there were few customers, so even though there was a last order for alcohol, they didn't say anything even after 120 minutes. The food is not very different between lunch and dinner, so lunch is definitely a better deal. There were many Chinese customers, and my colleague (who is Chinese) also loves this place and visits often. In the summer, they also have cold noodles with a rich and sweet sesame-flavored sauce that is amazing! As a buffet, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and I highly recommend it!

Next to Yakiniku Tamura in Namba, there is a Chinese restaurant that also sells bento boxes. I have been curious about this place for a while. I have seen Chinese tour groups here before, so I wonder if they have a contract with a travel agency. They are currently offering a buffet for 850 yen until the end of the year. The buffet includes salad, fried rice, yakisoba, stir-fried vegetables, tsukune, vinegar chicken, dim sum, and more. There are a lot of vegetable options on the menu. Considering the lunch prices in this area, being able to have a buffet at this price seems like a good deal. The taste is average, so don't expect too much.

In the rain, I went by bicycle (*_*; It was a bit hard to find and the restaurant is underground, so I was a bit nervous, but I found the entrance right next to the yakiniku restaurant "Tamura" and decided to go in. And most of the customers were speaking Chinese(゜o゜) After waiting for about 5 minutes, even though we were a group of 3, we were seated at a table for 6♪ The owner, a woman, was very attentive! She said to my daughter, "Eat a lot~" and brought a child-sized spoon and fork, and when I asked, "Do you have any hot tea?" she replied, "I will bring it to your table, please wait," and even though it wasn't on the drink bar, she brought it to me, making us feel really comfortable(#^.^#) The dishes were relatively mild in flavor, not too heavy even though it's Chinese cuisine◎ So, I could feed my daughter without worries(*^_^*) Today's menu included mapo tofu, sweet and sour pork, fried chicken, spicy vermicelli, fried bread, steamed buns, yakisoba, fried rice, broccoli stir-fry, white rice, egg soup, salad with shredded cabbage, broccoli, corn, mitsuba, garlic stir-fried nanohana, salad with dried shredded tofu, and so on. The drinks at the drink bar include diet cola and espresso, but they are extremely light in color (*_*; Well, it's okay for 850 yen☆ And most importantly, the mapo tofu was spicy! I consider myself a fan of spicy food, but it was quite spicy(^_^;) My husband and daughter, of course, couldn't handle it. Maybe it's targeted towards Chinese customers? By the time we finished eating, a group of about 20 people also entered, so maybe it is. Honestly, I wish they would offer more fish and vegetable dishes and desserts. It's a bit sad that there are no sweets at all...<(_ _)> But, considering it was 850 yen, it's more than enough. Child prices are free for children under 3 years old, and half price for children aged 3 to 12. When my wallet is tight, I would like to visit again (*^_^*)
