Ordering via QR code is a modern style. The food and drinks come quickly without stress. They have private rooms, which seems convenient. Despite the atmosphere, the prices are relatively reasonable, and I left feeling full! The scallop butter rice pot was delicious.

A rare restaurant where almost all dishes on the menu are smoked! Perfect for smoked food lovers! Everything was delicious and went well with drinks. From sashimi to simmered dishes to fried foods, everything is smoked... so interesting! They also have a great selection of sake, which left me very satisfied! I liked the dimly lit and calm atmosphere inside the restaurant as well. Thank you for the wonderful meal! I would definitely love to come back to this lovely restaurant. ✨

I visited here for the first time in Kyoto for some errands. The appetizers are mostly smoked. Smoked edamame and cheese were served as a starter, and they were delicious! The course included fried chicken, pork, and salad, all for ¥3980 with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. I was very satisfied. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

A smoked food restaurant. It's a must-visit for smoked food lovers. It had less of a smoky taste than I expected. The smoked sashimi assortment, smoked fried chicken, smoked mackerel salt-grilled, and smoked hanpen (fish cake) with shochu highball cost 3,660 yen. The sashimi was truly made with high-quality fish♪ The fried chicken had a mysterious, sweet aroma possibly influenced by the smoking process, but it was delicious. The grilled mackerel was outstanding!! It was very fatty!! I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal♫

This is a stylish smoked food specialty restaurant near Shijo Karasuma in Kyoto Prefecture. ★3.50★ It's a renovated old folk house where you can enjoy delicious smoked dishes and wine. The atmosphere is nice♪ I visited on Thursday around 18:00 with Agent Ogasawara, just the two of us♪ We were not welcomed at the popular yakitori restaurant, so we chose this place as a last resort, but it turned out to be a great choice d(^_^o) Oh my~ For the sake of suspense, please enjoy the photos of what we had~ Oh, I forgot to take a picture of the red wine! Mondavi Cabernet♪ Agent Ogasawara really liked it and decided to come back♪ Say hi to Agent Watanabe! haha Thank you for reading until the end. Ah, it was delicious d(^_^o) Thank you for the meal♬

A izakaya specialized in smoked dishes. Made a reservation and was taken to the 2nd floor, where we sat on a sofa around a table. I've never particularly liked smoked foods before, but the clear concept of "smoked dishes" intrigued me, so I decided to visit. The high ceiling and narrow seating area surprisingly felt spacious. Intricately smoked dishes were served. The smoked wheat gluten was delicious. Wait, that's smoked too? Excitedly perused the menu wondering what it would taste like. Food arrived at the table, took a bite. Mmm... it's smoked!!! Cheese was a standout too. Delicious. Even if you're not a big fan of smoked foods, it might be worth a visit. I think it's reasonably tasty and enjoyable, a place I'd recommend to friends!!!

Everything was delicious, but there was a somewhat incomplete feeling that everything we ordered had a hint of smokiness. If the smoked dishes were more pronounced and the non-smoked dishes were not smoked at all, it would make a great place to visit. It seems like a good fit for those who prefer a concept shop with just a subtle hint of fragrance. The service from the staff at the restaurant was excellent.

I forgot to record this, so I'll write it down. During a business trip to Kyoto, I was wandering around near the hotel thinking if there's a good restaurant around, and I stumbled upon a traditional Japanese-style izakaya. The main dishes are smoked. The interior of the restaurant is quite dark, and it seems popular among couples. I was alone. Haha. I ordered a sashimi platter, green tea-flavored miso eggplant, and a Kyoto yuzu craft chu-hi. The sashimi had some conger eel on top, and it had a decent taste. However, it was disappointing that the staff didn't explain the names of the fish... They usually do that, right? The food was okay, nothing special. I only ordered these two dishes and then moved on to a second place.

It's a stylish smoked food specialty izakaya with a great atmosphere. The smoked menu items are all excellent. I especially love the smoked nama-fu and hanpen, as well as the smoked yuba pizza for their delicious flavors and creative touch. They have tatami rooms on the second floor and semi-private booths with partitions, which is great for a cozy drinking experience. Using plenty of Kyoto ingredients, it's a spot I'd like to visit with friends who enjoy sake.

A smoked food restaurant. They offer a variety of smoked dishes such as fish, meat, and others. Even the sashimi has a delicious smoky aroma. Highly recommend the fresh yuba and mentaiko. Their kamameshi is also delicious. The smoked banana dessert is worth trying. The seaweed and fresh yuba pizza is recommended as well. Goes well with alcohol.

I always used their delivery service. I know their taste and cost performance are top-notch. That's why I visited the restaurant with peace of mind. You can order without even looking at the menu. And they satisfy my love for Laphroaig. Smoky dishes and peat are a perfect match. The hospitality is great - they come right away when you press the call button. I highly recommend this place. It's a place where you can have a nice conversation with your girlfriend.

After landing from Haneda to Kansai Airport, had a meeting in Izumisano, then headed to Kyoto. Met up with friends at Iizuka Stage by chance. There were 4 of us for a drink, couldn't find a standing bar, and many places were full. Ended up at the smoked food restaurant KUN, cheers! A parade of smoked dishes: bacon, grilled salmon, stingray fin, nama-fu dengaku, sausages, hanpen, cheese, edamame, all excellent! @ KUN

I visited an izakaya that specializes in smoked dishes. The prices were a bit higher compared to regular izakayas, but I felt it was worth it because the smoked dishes were delicious and satisfying. Since smoked dishes are the main focus, those who are not fond of smoked food may want to avoid it.

As the name suggests, this restaurant is filled with smoked dishes. It was interesting to taste the smoky flavor in most of the menu items. Highly recommended for those who love smoked food. The cost performance is good, and you can try a variety of dishes. The semi-private room was nice.

The customer service was great (prompt response when called, willingly brought water), and the food was delicious. They offer a variety of drinks from wine to craft beer, sake to Kyoto-exclusive chu-hai, perfect for entertaining visitors from outside Kyoto. The kamameshi was also very tasty. The dessert was satisfying yet only in the 400 yen range, which was impressive. Overall, I was very satisfied with the food and drinks (one drink per person), totaling 6,000 yen. I spent time there forgetting about the time. It was amazing!

I was looking for a place to eat and caught a whiff of delicious smoked aroma! The smoked scent was really nice! I was lured in by it and entered the restaurant! Despite the smoked theme, the interior was not smoky at all, and the entrance was stylish with charcoal attached to the walls, very fashionable ✨ Everything I ordered had a smoked aroma and was incredibly delicious. The pickles and sausages were wrapped in an elegant smoked scent! The cheese was also excellent. They also had craft beer for drinks, so you could compare and enjoy different flavors! It was a very satisfying dinner. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

This is a smoked food izakaya. The lighting is dim, with a counter on the first floor and semi-private rooms on the second floor. It had a quite mature atmosphere. We were guided to the second floor, where instead of a bell, there was a button that lit up when pressed. A server promptly came when we pressed it. The service was excellent. The appetizer was served in a bento box-like container, containing edamame, cheese, and potato salad. I'm not a big fan of edamame, but the smoked edamame here was delicious, making me want more. The drink lineup was normal for soft drinks. I don't drink alcohol, but I think they had a wide variety. The food we ordered, including the toro salmon, smoked sardine and tomato yuba pizza, and desserts, were all delicious. We visited with three people, ordered one dessert each, and had 2-3 drinks per person, totaling a little over 4000 yen per person. The karaage was large and juicy, the duck had no gamey taste, and the pizza had a thin, crispy crust. Choosing the sardines for the pizza was a great decision. Smoked sardines really change the flavor. The dessert consisted of warm apple cake and caramel ice cream, with incredibly rich caramel. It might be my number one caramel ice cream now. My friend ordered the matcha almond tofu and soy milk ice cream parfait and smoked banana with caramel ice cream, both of which looked delicious. There are still many more dishes I want to try. I would love to go back if I have the chance.

I was taken here by a colleague. The atmosphere is quite charming. The pleasant aroma of smoked food tickles the appetite. We were led to the second floor, where it's so calming. You can eat and chat leisurely, having a wonderful time. Smoked dishes are so delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went there with a friend after shopping in Kawaramachi! - Edamame, cheese, and potato salad smoked - Kombu-pickled sea bream... ate with wasabi or sesame sauce! - Seared beef tongue... ate with green onions and coarse salt with sesame oil! - Smoked salmon - Smoked mentaiko... dipped in olive oil, maybe? - Scallops and Kujo green onion with vinegar miso - Okhotsk atka mackerel - Grilled yam with salt - Grilled nama-fu - Duck and Kujo green onion grill. We went as a pair and the food was so delicious that we ended up eating too much. The lighting was dim with semi-private rooms, raised seating, and counter seats, making it a place where anyone can feel comfortable dining!
