I finally overcame the usual struggle with the title this time ( ´,_ゝ`)プッ This street is lined with French localities and the popular Toireiraito restaurants. In the middle stands this shop. When I checked the restaurant information on Tabelog, it said "Smoking allowed in all seats," so I called immediately and they said all seats are non-smoking at all times (;'∀') Tabelog is not reliable, it relies on reviewers. The parking lot is a tight space for four cars next to the store, which is convenient, but it's a bit difficult to park at the left end. When I entered the store, the counter was on the right and a raised private room was on the left. Of course, I chose the counter without hesitation. The woman who seemed to be the landlady immediately welcomed me with a hot towel and said, "For lunch, we have sashimi and sushi, which one would you like?" Well, as long as it gets through, it's fine, but I immediately ordered "sushi" ♪ There were two sushi chefs, the master and the head chef, I wonder if they are father and son. While thinking about that, a salad was served. It was a refreshing combination of lettuce, mizuna, tofu, and a wiener. The sweetness of the onion dressing melted into the bitterness of the mizuna, and the tofu added color, making it delicious ♪ Then, the sushi set arrived with miso soup ♪ The sushi was... white rice with a firm texture, bonito tataki with grated ginger and chopped green onions, fatty and tender red tuna, sweet amaebi, octopus legs, sweet ikura, sour shiso roll, and a tamagoyaki with a touch of someone else's skill. It was satisfying to eat ♪ The miso soup had a rich dashi flavor and aroma, with the scent of shimeji mushrooms. I didn't know the price until I received the bill, which was 1,100 yen including tax. I left the store with the landlady's smile and the master's hearty "Thank you very much." There's a warmth in small shops, isn't there? Thank you for the meal ♪
