2023.2 Revisited this precious restaurant that specializes in using domestic and traditional buckwheat, ground with a stone mill to make their unique buckwheat noodles (buckwheat flour 10, binder 1). The restaurant is only open on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (closed on holidays), and due to limited information, it was difficult to visit. There is parking space for 5 cars at the nearby Eden

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:30 on Saturday and was the first one there. Five minutes later, another group of 3 people arrived and the owner was very busy! I had the chicken soba last time, so this time I ordered the "Duck and Green Onion Tsukemen" with cold soba and warm dipping sauce. It cost 1400 yen plus 200 yen for a large serving. The soba had a light and airy flavor, and it was smooth and easy to eat. It was so good that I could eat it endlessly! Even when dipped in salt or grated wasabi, or when soaked in the warm dipping sauce, it was delicious. The dipping sauce had a well-balanced flavor that I liked. The duck meat, fish cakes, and green onions were all tasty. I wish there was an even larger serving size available because I still felt a bit hungry after the large serving. My stomach must be too big!

Inari sushi for 800 yen, with 100 yen for seating on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only. This soba restaurant is quite particular about their offerings. The soba was delicious, and the dipping sauce was also tasty. I enjoyed the soba broth as well and left very satisfied. The seating is limited, and when I visited before, it was full so I had to give up. I definitely want to visit again.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:30 am on Saturday, right when it opened. I was the first customer, but shortly after, all 8 counter seats were taken and there were 2 people waiting. The restaurant is non-smoking and the tables and seats are clean. I ordered the Chicken Soba (warm broth) for 1000 yen, which is limited in quantity, and the Soba Mochi Zenzai for 300 yen. The warm soba broth has a rich Edo-style flavor, with a slightly sweet soy sauce that I liked. The soba noodles were just the right texture, not too soft or hard. The portion size may be a bit small for men. I tried the chicken chashu with homemade chili oil and it was delicious, adding a bit of spiciness to the already tasty dish. The Soba Mochi Zenzai had a refined sweetness, and the freshly made soba mochi was delightfully chewy. I wish I could have eaten more, I could easily have had 2-3 servings. The restaurant is open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, and closed on public holidays. It may be a bit challenging to visit due to the limited opening hours.
