I visited around 12:30 on a regular day. There were a few customers, but it wasn't crowded and everything went smoothly. I ordered two types of curry from the B set menu. The naan bread was delicious and just the right texture. You can have unlimited refills of naan, and you can even order a half portion. I had two refills of the half naan, and it came out quickly each time. Overall, it was a great experience.

You can have unlimited refills of naan or rice, and lunch sets with a drink start from under 1000 yen, making it a great deal! This relatively new restaurant is small and tends to get crowded, but it doesn't get completely full. When I arrived around 12 pm on a weekday, there was only one group of customers already there. However, it quickly filled up to about 90% capacity.
I ordered the A set (Butter Chicken Curry) for 990 yen, which came with salad, naan or rice, and a soft drink. You can upgrade the naan to cheese or red bean for an additional fee, and there are also side menu options available. The most expensive item on the menu was around 1450 yen. There are many curry restaurants in this area, but this one is relatively affordable.
The food arrived in less than 10 minutes, and to be honest, it wasn't particularly outstanding compared to other places. (Sorry) However, the naan was hot and fresh, which always makes a difference. The curry had a mild flavor that would appeal to Japanese tastes. The lassi was also good, with just the right amount of sourness. You can choose the level of spiciness for the curry, but the "normal" option was quite sweet. I thought a bit more spice would be perfect. This place might not satisfy hardcore curry enthusiasts, but it's great for those who enjoy a regular, everyday curry lunch.
The staff were friendly, and the underground location surprisingly had good Wi-Fi reception. I'll probably visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I was able to sit at the restaurant at 12:15, which was great. Once inside, I realized that I had been there before. Today, I chose two types of curry on the right side and a mango lassi with normal spiciness. The naan was also delicious. Next time, I will try a spicier option.

As I was passing by, I noticed a sign that said "Indian curry, free refills on naan and rice." At 900 yen for one type, it seemed quite affordable for Ginza. The reviews mentioned that the curry was mild and easy to eat, which made me think it would be good even when I have a cold. The staff at the restaurant spoke in beautiful Japanese and were very kind and considerate. They even asked if I wanted a full-sized naan for my refill. I chose two types of curry, both medium-spiced but not very spicy. I could have handled a spicier option, but these were still good. The salad with sesame dressing and the light chai tea were also mild and pleasant. The spinach curry with cheese was delicious, and the butter chicken was decent. Overall, the curries were satisfactory, maybe tailored more for Japanese taste. It had been two weeks since I last had Indian curry, and my body was craving it, so I was glad to unexpectedly enjoy a meal here. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time. It is located in the competitive area of Indian restaurants near Kyobashi and Ginza-itchome, which opened in February this year. Despite the saturated market, I decided to try their lunch menu. I ordered the E set lunch, priced at 1,300 yen including tax, which includes 3 types of curry, naan or rice, tandoori chicken, seekh kebab, salad, dessert, and a soft drink. The menu did not include sambar or rasam for lunch (dinner menu is unknown). Although the menu offers chicken, shrimp, and keema curries, I was able to switch the keema for mutton. I requested all 3 curries to be very hot. The dishes were served in about 10 minutes. Naan was served without asking, and rice was served later upon request. The spicy curries were milder in punch compared to the nearby South Indian restaurants' medium spiced curries. The tandoori chicken and seekh kebab lacked punch but had good ingredients. The green chutney added a nice touch. Overall, the taste was mild and suitable for most people, with a price range around 1,000 yen. It seems to cater to a different audience compared to the nearby South Indian restaurants.

The underground restaurant was a bit hard to find, but I descended the winding staircase step by step. The interior of the shop wasn't very spacious, with about 10 tables. I ordered an omelette set, shrimp curry, extra spicy, and a lassi. Since it's a specialty shop, the curry was delicious. Even though I made it extra spicy, it was just enough to make me break a sweat, which is my preference. The attentive staff, the sitar music playing in the background, and the aroma of spices in the air made me feel like I was experiencing a taste of a foreign country during lunchtime. I definitely want to go back.

I used to occasionally have lunch at a Korean restaurant before, but this time I visited an Indian restaurant that took its place. The interior of the restaurant was the same, just without the Korean decor. The owner seemed to be the same as well. I sat at my usual table and ordered the A set lunch. The rice was said to be Japanese rice, but it seemed to be slightly longer and thinner grains. The rice was cooked just right, not too mushy. I ordered the chicken curry extra spicy, but it wasn't as spicy as I expected. It was still delicious though. I like spicy food, so it was fine for me. The best part was the set drink which came in a large glass, similar to a family restaurant. The staff offered me a refill, so I asked for a small, hot naan. It was soft and warm, but unfortunately, it was bigger than I expected and I couldn't finish it. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

Mixed seafood, shrimp, and mutton were chosen. The drink was lassi. It was delicious in a familiar way, with common flavors. Although Ginza is a competitive area for curry, I didn't feel much uniqueness in this restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

The Gold's Gym across the street is offering a 20% discount until the end of February. It's cash only, but I decided to stop by since I was craving curry. I ordered the mutton curry, which was rich and smooth, and came with plenty of naan and rice. The value for the price is really good! The staff, both in the dining area and kitchen, were very polite and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I felt warm and comfortable. The food was delicious, I definitely want to support this place. I got a stamp card, so I'll have to go back again soon.

I went to a curry restaurant located on the basement floor of a building in Ginza, next to Ginza Sakura Street, that also houses a Spanish restaurant called "Libra" on the first floor for lunch. I ordered the E set which includes keema, shrimp, and chicken curry, naan, rice, tandoori chicken, seekh kebab, salad, yogurt, and a soft drink. Naan and rice were refillable for free. The naan was large, slightly sweet, fluffy, and crispy. The curries were all sweet and mellow in flavor, and not very spicy, so I wished they were a bit spicier. I finished with a coffee. The restaurant's name "Ma" stands for "mama." Overall, the curry, chicken, and everything else had a gentle taste. I might come back for their katsu curry, which is my favorite. Thank you for the meal!

2.14, Lunch with overflowing naan and vegetable curry on a stainless steel plate @ Ajima-san 2.8. This is an Indian restaurant that opened on the B1F of the same building as the Spanish Libra on Sakura Street. The interior seems to be the same as the previous restaurant. There was only one customer before us, so we were able to relax. We ordered the most basic menu, which includes naan, choice of curry, salad, and choice of soft drink. There are about 8 types of curry including chicken, so those who like curry will be happy. You can also choose the level of spiciness, so we went for the second level from the top. While waiting, we enjoyed a hot coffee. The set arrived with freshly made naan. The naan was a good size to begin with, and you can even get a refill. The vegetable curry was not spicy at all, very mild. It went well with the naan and we couldn't stop eating. I wondered where the spiciness was, but it was so delicious that I didn't mind. It was the most simple set, but it was satisfying and filled us up. The other meals also look good. The staff at the restaurant were friendly, which was nice. Having a smiling service at lunch makes you roll up your sleeves for the afternoon work. Thank you for the meal.

A new North Indian curry restaurant has opened in the basement of Spanish Libra on Ginza Sakura Street. It seems rare these days, but they offer choices like spinach, shrimp, and daily special (pumpkin and chicken) in their E set. The creamy curry from North India is mild and easy to eat. You can have unlimited rice and naan. The half-size naan is delicious!

On Monday, many shops are closed so it was crowded. Next time, let's avoid Mondays. Today's special is eggplant, medium spicy, but it's okay because the chai spice is tasty. It's a taste that is not found near my home.

This is my second visit. Today, I had the A lunch - Mutton Curry (990 yen). I chose the spicy level to be spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all, so next time I want to try the extra spicy one.

I chose the C set for lunch (1090 yen). You can choose from two types of curry. It's a good deal because you can eat all the naan you want and it comes with a drink.

I heard from a friend that a new Asian dining restaurant opened where the Korean restaurant EIKO used to be, so I decided to check it out. I thought there would be a variety of Asian foods on the menu, but it turned out they only serve Indian cuisine. I ordered the A lunch set with butter chicken curry, which was said to be mildly spicy. I like my curry a bit spicier, so I ordered the spicy version. I also had a lassi as my drink. The curry was pretty good, but I wish it was a bit spicier and hotter. I was told that I could get a refill of naan. When it came time to pay, they offered a 20% discount as a grand opening promotion, which was a nice surprise. I plan to come back to eat here again before the end of the month.
