The atmosphere, taste, and price are all spot on! Cheap and delicious! The oden, horumon, and okonomiyaki (takoyaki) were all delicious! The only downside is that they are closed on Sundays. It seems they are only open on Sundays during consecutive holidays.

- It's the final countdown. For the 4th stop on the Kyobashi Dogusare Tour, we arrived at this shop where you can sit down after visiting the standing bar street at "Tachinomineko" from the previous stop. Although it looks like a traditional street food stall, the interior of the shop is set up like a regular izakaya. However, it seems that this place is known for attracting fans of the Hanshin Tigers baseball team (even the shop name has a tiger in it). As someone who also loves the Hanshin Tigers, I immediately added this place to my favorites before entering. When we walked in, there were no other customers around, possibly because the shop is a bit away from the station or maybe because all the Hanshin fans in Kyobashi had gone to the stadium. We visited around 8 pm and had the place to ourselves. Since my favorite "Toma Shochu" was not available, I ordered a lemon highball. For food, we decided to challenge ourselves with three dishes labeled with bold red letters as "super spicy" to provoke me and my friend R, who are both spice lovers. We chose the "Kimchi Nabe," "Sand Clam Stir-Fry," and "Yakisoba." The hot pot was too hot, so we skipped that, and the sand clam dish seemed to be unavailable, so we settled for the yakisoba. I don't remember much else, but based on the photos, it seems we also ordered gyoza. The so-called "super spicy" yakisoba turned out to be anything but spicy, it was just a regular salt yakisoba, which was a huge disappointment and sobering. However, I vaguely remember that the gyoza with a crispy browned exterior had a delightful chewy texture and was delicious. Next time, I plan to visit on a day when the Hanshin Tigers have lost and order the kimchi hot pot to test the seriousness of the owner. I expect some real spiciness out of anger (laughs). For the 5th stop, we will head to the Kyobashi liquor store (or is it a tobacco shop?) across the street.

What is this place? The taste is amazing here! It has a Lupin III vibe, like Goemon♡ I love that coolness. If I keep coming back, the score will keep going up! Everything here is delicious, maybe because it's in Kyobashi? I enjoyed the assorted oden, pork kimchi, yakisoba, grilled gyoza, and dashimaki tamago. I had them all to myself while enjoying my drink. The Kyobashi udon master made everything extra spicy for me, and it was perfect. And then, haha! I saw a dish called Ryuuko-yaki? I had it before, showed a picture to Vicky, and later found out they were eating it! I had to comment on that! The chef makes okonomiyaki with oden broth, how cool is that? I definitely want to try it next time! The friendly atmosphere created by the chef and the owner really adds to the charm of the place. As we got tipsy, the character of the person who was already feeling it started to crumble, haha. It was so much fun exploring Kyobashi with the energetic person who loves junk food. I really enjoyed it! Thank you so much! I still want to visit more places in Kyobashi, so please join me next time. We asked for the bill and headed back home, feeling happy and content. It was a wonderful day♪

Visited this cozy izakaya for the second time, late at night. The place is run by a couple and has a charming, well-worn atmosphere with worn-out counter tops, chairs, and tables. Started with a draft beer and a serving of oden (5 pieces for 500 yen), which had a delicious broth. Then, for the main dish, I couldn't resist trying the Kyoto Bridge Udon that caught my eye during my first visit. The udon was served separately from the broth in a large portion, enough for two people to share. The broth had a main flavor of bonito dashi with floating tempura crumbs, paired with soft, slim noodles that were slurp-worthy. The owner seems to have a deep knowledge of Miyazaki cuisine, blending it with Osaka flavors. Despite the name "Ryu Ko," there were no obvious signs of being a passionate Hanshin Tigers fan. Overall, it's a welcoming place where anyone can enjoy a good meal. They also offer oden for takeout, and their Ryu Ko-yaki (oden-flavored okonomiyaki) for 500 yen was also delicious. The draft beers were reasonably priced at 450 yen for Super Dry and Dry Black, with the latter often displayed as a special for 350 yen.

Now, after being freed from the noisy old men at a normal izakaya, it's time for the "Humanity Food Stand". This place is a no-entry zone for Giants fans, but today is the climax of the first game between my beloved Hanshin Tigers and the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks. It's currently past 6 o'clock, and I can hear the situation of the opening pitch. Well then, let's go in... Oh, it's a nice atmosphere, is that the owner's wife... "Please, over there," she guides me to a table. Huh... it's the same situation as before but feels completely different (laughs). I should have come to this place from the beginning. The customers seem to be regulars, even though there's only one person at the counter. The location is a bit away from Kyobashi Station, so it's not crowded with customers, making it a hidden gem. It seems like a place where you can enjoy drinking alone without feeling out of place. I like this place. I haven't ordered anything yet, but I already like it as soon as I entered. It's rude to say, but this moderate narrowness creates a pleasant sense of closeness and alienation. It's a place where you can drink comfortably even if you come alone without feeling out of place. The menu looks interesting too. Recommended! Spicy! Kimchi hot pot 980 yen, Sand gizzard stir-fry 480 yen, Street stall yakisoba 480 yen. Oh, this looks good, this looks good. The hot pot is still a bit early. The spicy sand gizzard stir-fry seems unusual. Let's order this right away. The yakisoba will be a bit later. Apart from that... Hormone dishes... Recommended Tsutenkaku's taste Dodon Yaki 300 yen. This recommended phrase is good. Let's order the Dodon Yaki. There's something else... Hikara Chanja! Homemade! Delicious! 380 yen. Oh, alright! Let's order this too. Let's keep going. The draft beer is 450 yen for regular draft and black draft, but only the black draft has a sign on the wall saying "Today only! 350 yen". The wallpaper looks quite old-fashioned (laughs). Well, this is the charm of Osaka. Now that the TV has started the game, the spicy sand gizzard stir-fry is here. Hmm, the garlic and spiciness give it a nice kick, making it go well with the drinks. It's not really spicy as advertised (bitter smile), but it does start to tingle a bit later. I'd like something else to nibble on before the Street stall yakisoba arrives. "The oden is delicious, oden," the owner and his wife recommend it in chorus. Let's order the oden, oden. Mochi pouches, mochi pouches. The chewy texture of the mochi is irresistible. And the daikon radish. The broth is delicious. It might be a bit heavy to eat the oden-style okonomiyaki after this (bitter smile). Here it is - the Dragon and Tiger Yaki. It looks normal, but it gives off a vibe that makes you want to drink. And the taste is... mmm, the oden broth seeps in and it's really delicious! Hanshin is winning 5-0, and everything is going well! The Chanja is also delicious! Let's go soon! Shall we go to the next place? (laughs) I can't resist the spicy yakisoba now. It's 8-0!! Here comes the spicy yakisoba! I should eat it... No, I mean the yakisoba! It looks like salt yakisoba... It doesn't look spicy at all, but... slurp. Oh, a sharp spiciness hits you unexpectedly... shakiiiii.
