I thought the restaurant was a Chinese restaurant, but it turned out to be a Chinese izakaya? I don't really understand... There were no customers around 18:20, so I sat at the table in the middle and ordered ramen and the homemade gyoza. It took about 16 minutes for the ramen to arrive, but the gyoza was delayed. The ramen was average with soy sauce soup, thin noodles, and ordinary toppings like chashu and green onions. The gyoza was just okay when it finally arrived after a 2-minute delay. I paid 1170 yen in cash and thought about stopping by the convenience store afterwards.

The restaurant is run by a skilled father and a beautiful wife, with their children occasionally helping out. The food is not your typical Chinese cuisine, but closer to authentic and easy to eat, staying true to the basics. You can trust that the taste is not weird like that of a self-proclaimed up-and-coming chef. The taste is consistent and reliable, never changing from day to day. The interior and tableware are well-chosen, reflecting the wife's taste. The lunch portions are smaller, so it may not be enough for hungry boys. It's not your typical Chinese restaurant, so I wouldn't recommend the ramen set. Instead, try the mapo tofu, shrimp chili, and seafood dishes. Ramen is better enjoyed at a ramen shop. This is a restaurant I would recommend to girls!! Service lunch for 880 yen, donburi set for 850 yen.

I've seen this place along the road for a while, but decided to dine in after reading reviews on Tabelog. Inside, there are tables and a counter, with some tables placed in a way that they are not easily seen from the road. The counter has shochu bottles on display. The interior is modern with dark brown and white colors. I ordered the large shrimp chili separate from the set meal. The shrimp was cooked carefully after I placed my order. The portion of side dishes in the set meal seemed more suitable for women. The atmosphere is cozy, similar to a small Chinese restaurant in the back of a mall in Kyobashi. The large shrimp chili was delicious. It would be nice if they had a parking lot. It could be a fun hideaway for women to enjoy together. They seem to have a spicy and large mapo tofu dish on the evening menu. Apologies for not having a camera.
