I often use this cafe for lunch. I like fruit tea and the drinks are delicious, but the menu items are a bit lacking in volume. It's a cafe, so maybe I should just accept it, but I wish they had a Size Up option or something similar.

Today in the hot dog tour series, I visited Hoshino Coffee. It seems that they are affiliated with the same parent company as Doutor, so I expected the hot dogs to be similar. However, here they come with a side of potatoes. The only downside is that the ketchup container is too small, making it difficult to fully coat the potatoes. It would be great if they could provide a dish to pour the ketchup on, or use a paper cup (like the ones used for bento boxes) for easier dipping.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Hoshino Coffee Shop, you can enjoy the coveted Blue Mountain blend for 550 yen. It's 100 yen more than the Hoshino blend. With a mild acidity and a moderate bitterness, it's still an easy-to-drink coffee. You can also enjoy a morning set without any additional charge. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, with few customers during that time, making it a perfect place to savor your coffee.

Here is a cafe chain that has also expanded to Kurume City, Hoshino Coffee. I visited on a Sunday night with the intention of relaxing in a cafe after already having dinner. I was seated at a two-person table and looked over the menu. It was a bit difficult to decide as they had tempting items like souffle pancakes and delicious sweets. They also had appetizing options like omurice on the menu, so if I hadn't already eaten dinner, that would have been a good choice too. In the end, I decided to go with coffee and cake. I ordered the Coffee Time Set which included a large size of Hoshino Blend coffee and the Banana Basque Cheesecake. Ordering the set after 2 pm made it a bit more affordable. The Hoshino Blend coffee in a large size was smooth and easy to drink without any strong flavors. It was a good amount for a leisurely time. The Banana Basque Cheesecake had a nice banana aroma with a subtle cheese flavor. It was moist and delicious. Overall, it was a good refreshment with the cake and coffee. Just a note, they close at 9 pm now. When I went to pay, I asked if I could use a credit card, but the staff coldly replied that they only accepted cash without even looking at me, which was a bit disappointing. Thank you for the meal.

Today, in the morning, I went around Kurume city with my colleague, but we didn't have much work to do. So we decided to have morning coffee at Hoshino Coffee Kurume store. Since I had morning coffee at a different store with my partner over the weekend, this time I just had a regular coffee. It was my first time visiting this store since it opened in Kurume city, and there were many customers. The staff were polite and the coffee was a bit strong. Enjoying a coffee while chatting leisurely in the morning is pure bliss.

I finally visited Hoshi no Coffee, a place I've been curious about for a while. I chose the chocolate sauce souffle and it was delicious! It took about 20 minutes to bake, but it was worth the wait. The souffle was bigger than I expected and the chocolate sauce had a great flavor. If I had to add one thing, it would be a bit more buttery taste. The atmosphere was quiet, and since I went in the evening, it wasn't as crowded as other places, so I could relax and enjoy my time there.

The morning menu at Hoshino Coffee seems to have changed a little. I had the ham and cheese toast, while my family had the French toast. It's something we could easily make at home, but being served and taken care of really adds to the experience. The ham and cheese toast also had finely chopped boiled eggs, making it quite satisfying. It's nice that the coffee refills are now half price, but it would be even better if they were free for the second cup. Well, that's probably why we keep coming back.

The hot days continue. On my way back from shopping, I stopped by Hoshino Coffee. I enjoyed cooling off with a large iced coffee and French toast.

I stopped by for a coffee but ended up choosing iced tea because it looked delicious. The cafe was filled with the aroma of coffee and sweet scents of pancakes. I visited during snack time, so I chose the souffle pancakes with chocolate topping for Valentine's Day. They were light and I think they taste better with some kind of topping. They also offer coffee refills at half price depending on the item. The restaurant has a good smoke separation system. I must visit again to try their limited-time souffle pancakes.
