I had negi (green onion) ramen. The chopped green onions looked fresh and beautiful. I tried the soup first. It was a rich and creamy tonkotsu (pork bone) broth. The noodles were medium-thin and straight. They were smooth and had a good texture, absorbing the soup well. The balance between the noodles and soup was perfect. The chashu (sliced pork) was thin and fatty. The menma (seasoned bamboo shoots) had a crunchy texture. It was a delicious bowl of ramen with a flavorful tonkotsu broth that wasn't overpowering.

I stopped by at Costa in Yukihashi for some shopping and a hair salon visit. The parking lot is spacious, but it can get flooded around the store during heavy rain. The ramen shop has a simple interior with lots of manga, and mainly has table seating. The regular Kinryu ramen has thin noodles with a rich tonkotsu soup that is delicious, but the spicy ramen I ordered had thick noodles and the taste wasn't very good. I left my portion and had a little bit of my family's ramen. The prices are a bit cheaper compared to other ramen shops, but the taste matches that.
