I couldn't visit during the summer, but after about 2 months, I finally went for lunch. I had been ordering the squid ink pasta almost every time for over a year, so I was determined to order it again. As I entered the restaurant and sat down, I glanced at the recommended specials on the chalkboard menu, and to my surprise, after "squid ink" was the word "paella"! A new menu item while I was away! But it was only available for 2 people or more? Luckily, I was with someone today! Without hesitation, I decided to switch from pasta to paella. The squid ink sauce here is undeniably delicious, so I had no doubts. I couldn't wait for it to arrive! The paella was served in a black pot, and when I lifted the lid, it was completely black! I started to break it apart, releasing a wonderful aroma of squid ink sauce. Each plate was served, and we dug in. The texture of the rice was different from traditional paella, more moist but slightly crispy on the surface, almost like a risotto in paella form. This way, the flavor of the squid ink sauce really stood out, which was great! It was so delicious that I finished it quickly and almost wanted seconds because I was still hungry while eating! But don't worry, by the time I finished dessert, I was full and ready to doze off as usual. It was incredibly tasty. Thank you for the meal. I'm in trouble deciding between pasta and paella for next time...

During my trip to Otaru, I had been eating mainly Japanese food and was craving Italian cuisine. While strolling through the Fairy Tale Street, I happened to come across this restaurant and decided to have lunch there. I ordered sea urchin pasta and prosciutto pizza, and both dishes were delicious. The pizza, in particular, was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.

I came with a friend who used to be a regular customer. My friend, who has been living overseas for many years, said that the food here is quite authentic compared to what you can find in Hokkaido. The three of us ordered a salad, two types of pasta, and charcoal-grilled chicken. For the salad, we chose the L size which turned out to be much larger than expected, but we loved the generous portion. The salad included prosciutto, salami, cheese, lettuce, olives, and more. The balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing was a perfect match. The mushroom sauce fettuccine had a chewy texture and the sauce coated the pasta perfectly, making it incredibly delicious. The white fish with tomato sauce and oregano, which my friend loves, had a rich and flavorful sauce. Overall, everything was excellent. Unfortunately, the pizza oven is only open on weekends and holidays, so we couldn't try the pizza this time. I definitely want to come back again.

JR stopped and I couldn't make it to my reservation time, so I had to cancel once, but I couldn't give up and visited anyway. It was recommended by my Italian food-loving aunt and cousin, and the cheese and ham were really authentic and delicious no matter what we ate. It was lunchtime, so we got soft drinks and a large portion as a service. The stone oven pizza can also be taken out.

Today, we went out for lunch again, just like last month. The portions are generous enough for the two of us to share and still feel satisfied. We tried the shrimp tomato pasta pizza and the Margherita pizza - both were delicious! The pizzas could have had a bit more tomato flavor, but the tasty crust makes up for it. This restaurant in Otaru is definitely worth a visit, and we look forward to going back again.

Today I was in the mood for pasta. After being turned away by two restaurants I had in mind, I ended up coming to this place as my third option. It's located right near the Merhen intersection, and it's great to have a big parking lot around here. The number of tourists in this area seems to have increased compared to before, although it's mostly Japanese people. There were quite a few cars parked in the parking lot, but there were no other customers in the restaurant when I entered. I ordered the Bolognese-style meat sauce made with 100% Hokkaido beef (1200 yen) from the menu. I wanted to order panna cotta but they didn't have it today, so I got the caramel pudding instead. Even though the menu listed it as 500 yen, it was actually 400 yen. I don't mind the cheaper price. The pasta seemed a bit pricey, but they offered free extra servings and a drink, so I opted for a large portion and a coffee. You can choose between regular pasta and flat pasta, and I chose the regular one as I'm not a fan of flat pasta. The sauce had a nice meaty flavor, the pasta was cooked al dente, and it was quite delicious! The caramel pudding was not too firm, but had a nice consistency. It wasn't very sweet on its own, but when eaten with the side of whipped cream, it was really delicious! This is a good pudding~♪ I received a 10% discount with a coupon from the Tabelog app at the time of payment. Thank you for the meal, I was quite satisfied so I will definitely come back again! It's hard to find a place that serves lunch until 3:00 PM, but I happened to stumble upon one and decided to try it out. The portions were generous and I left feeling satisfied. They had a wide variety of pasta dishes that all looked delicious. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was filled with plenty of seafood, making me very happy.

Family trip in Otaru, Hokkaido for a day. We decided on sushi for dinner, so for lunch we wanted something Western-style, but we didn't make a reservation. We found this place in a guidebook. It looked crowded, but surprisingly it was quite empty. It seems like it's not well-known among foreign tourists. The restaurant is spacious with a retro atmosphere. We had pasta and pizza. The pizza was excellent, perfectly baked with delicious crust and fresh seafood, locally sourced. The chef's specialty was uni (sea urchin) oil sauce, but unfortunately, uni and oil didn't quite match well. Cream sauce would have been better. Overall, it was a great meal. Thank you.

Highly recommend the large portion (free) and delicious sweets. Lunch is a bit pricey but worth it.

I went to eat Very Berry Strawberry at Ice Tower. It is recommended to share it with 3 to 4 people.

The pasta was cooked al dente and had a good flavor. They also have a parking lot.

The carbonara is okay.

Great atmosphere, delicious food at affordable prices. The interior is also nice, and the restroom is a must-see.

The taste was the same as what I ate in Rome.
