I have been curious about this cafeteria for a while now. I have tried eating at hospitals, city halls, and employee cafeterias, but the system here seemed a bit confusing to me as a first-timer. The shrimp pilaf seemed to be the special lunch event, which initially confused me. It is common to put tea and dishes on a tray, but there were many small side dishes that seemed to come with the set meal. The window at the back seemed to serve curry and shrimp pilaf. After finishing the meal, I learned to leave only the dishes at the farthest return counter and place the tray closer to the front. The dining area had a partition in the middle, with the back seeming like a cafeteria for hospital staff where you could self-serve rice. There were about 40 seats near the entrance for the general public. The cafeteria for staff at the back seemed to have even more seats, around 60. Compared to other hospital cafeterias, it didn't seem particularly spacious, but it had a significantly larger number of seats. Since it is a staff cafeteria, they need to serve dozens of people at once, so the shrimp pilaf seemed to be pre-prepared and kept warm. They would sprinkle something on top, add a shrimp fry, and the dish was ready. Being a staff cafeteria, the prices were low, and the food was delicious.

Had lunch at Morinomiya Hospital in Joto-ku, Osaka City, while accompanying family members for their appointment. The cafeteria on the second floor serves both hospital staff and outpatients. The seating area is divided by partitions and is popular among both staff and visitors. There are a decent number of seats. It operates on a food ticket system like a cafeteria. The weekday special lunch set includes two options, each priced at ¥520. Both A and B sets come with a main dish, rice, miso soup, and a choice of side dish. In addition to set meals, they also offer light meals like ramen. There are also occasional special menu items. - B Set: ¥520 - Additional side dish: around ¥100 The main dish on the day of visit was Demi Katsu. The choice of side dishes included cabbage with bonito flakes, shumai, vegetable salad, julienned radish simmered in soy sauce, and spaghetti salad. I think they also had cream croquettes. It's cheap, quick, filling, and quite tasty.
