After work, I visited a Japanese sake bar that I had been wanting to try for a while. I inquired at 7:00 PM, but they were already fully booked for the 8:00 PM opening. The place had only about 10 counter seats. The bar, called "infobar," was named after old mobile phones and had an interesting concept - focusing on Japanese sake and haiku. The master was skilled in composing haiku, which was a bit challenging for ordinary people. However, haiku was also quite difficult. Leaving that aside, the selection of Japanese sake was quite good. You could also ask the master for his favorite recommendations. And to finish off, they served somen noodles, which felt really nice after drinking. It was quite interesting, so I think I'll keep going there for a while.
