I felt like having yakiniku, so I wandered around Kyobashi. Kyobashi is a fierce battleground for yakiniku, with restaurants everywhere. The famous places were already full. The more expensive places seemed available, but I had a budget for the day, so I ended up getting drawn to the all-you-can-eat option... I ended up trying Fufutei for the first time. They had three courses: regular all-you-can-eat, premium meat all-you-can-eat, and domestic beef all-you-can-eat. As expected, I chose the middle option, the premium meat all-you-can-eat. We ordered "loin, kalbi, thick-cut steak, and tongue" for two people. The meat that arrived was cut larger than I had imagined, and there was quite a lot of it. The appearance was also beautiful and promising. As for the taste, the thick-cut steak, loin, and kalbi were all tender and juicy, which was surprising! Considering it was all-you-can-eat, I didn't have high expectations, so I was impressed! The cost-performance of the meat is amazing! The only downside was the taste of the horumon, grilled garlic, and yakiniku sauce. If you like horumon, this might not be the best place as the taste was not great. I usually order garlic, but it came out as small cloves grilled directly on the grill. I thought it would come in a container with sesame oil to be grilled on the grill. Even without that, it's fine, but it's difficult to grill small garlic cloves directly on the grill. They ended up burnt on the outside and not cooked inside, so I couldn't eat any of them. How were others grilling them? As for the yakiniku sauce, it's a matter of personal preference, but I was a bit disappointed. Since the meat is delicious, I hope they pay more attention to the sauce. I thought it was more like a dressing. Overall, it's a great yakiniku restaurant, so I would like to go again!
