The restaurant is located about a 3-4 minute walk southwest from Exit 7 of Nagahoribashi Station on the Osaka Metro. Inside, there are 14 counter seats available. It operates on a ticket system, where you purchase a miso ramen with extra green onions, butter rice, and hand the tickets to the staff. Soon after, the ramen and rice are served. The miso ramen comes with chashu pork, bamboo shoots, extra green onions, and corn. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles cooked in plenty of water. The soup is a rich and creamy pork bone miso broth with a blend of original miso sauce and the sweetness of minced onions, providing a flavorful and warming experience. You can add some spice to change the flavor. The noodles are well-coated in the soup and go down smoothly. The chashu pork, crunchy bamboo shoots, and fresh green onions complement the ramen well. The butter rice is topped with diced chicken chashu, green onions, and minced seaweed, seasoned with seared butter and sauce. Mix well before eating. The savory chicken chashu, fragrant seared butter, and crunchy green onions make the rice very enjoyable. I look forward to trying a different ramen menu next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Sometimes, miso ramen is not bad at all... That was the mood I was in after Hanshin did that thing, so I visited Namba the next day. I headed to the shop from Nipponbashi Station. It's a slightly sketchy area, so you should be careful about the time you visit. However, the shop is relatively light and welcoming, accepting inbound customers and solo diners like me. I ordered their classic rich miso ramen with butter and a soft-boiled egg topping. The soup had a great flavor, and the noodles were firm and held up well to the soup. The composition was impeccable. The mild flavor change from the melted butter over time was also good, so I got an extra serving of noodles to savor it to the fullest.

I wanted to try late-night ramen after a long time, so I visited this place. It is a miso ramen specialty shop with its main store in Susukino, and this is the only branch in Osaka. It is convenient for those working in Minami, as they are open until 8 a.m. This time, I ordered the recommended Tamago Butter Miso Ramen. The yellow curly noodles go well with Sapporo miso. The soup has a strong miso flavor but doesn't feel heavy on the body. I will try it next time when I'm not drinking.

Thank you for staying open late. There is a restaurant in Shinsaibashi that serves delicious miso ramen late into the night. The medium-thick noodles have a high water content and are chewy, and the soup is really tasty! I also ordered butter rice, and adding chashu and rich miso soup to it was just perfect. It was amazing!

- Date and time, crowdedness: Around 10 pm on a weekday, about 80% of the seats were filled.
- Location: The restaurant is located in a red-light district north of Nipponbashi, across the Dotonbori River, with a parking lot nearby.
- Actual food review: Miso Butter Ramen for 1250 yen. The soup has a rich miso flavor that is delicious! Miso ramen usually gives off a light and unimpressive taste, but this one here is really good! The noodles look slippery due to being made with a lot of water, but they are cooked to a firm texture, which is nice. The chashu pork is tender and tasty. The bamboo shoots have a traditional flavor to them. This is a great miso ramen shop!

The rich Sapporo miso ramen is exquisite (^o^)!!!!!!! When I visited after a long time, I was happy to find they offer a half size option for those times when you just want a little bit to eat! You can choose the level of spiciness, add butter, and customize it to your liking (^○^) ===========

After drinking, this is the place to be! The texture of the noodles is chewy and firm, which I like. The richness of the soup is also amazing! I really want to add rice at the end, but I usually go late at night and have to resist the temptation, but I'm planning to go for it next time.

Located in a lively and bustling area around the middle of Shinsaibashi, Namba, Nagahoribashi, and Nipponbashi stations, this ramen shop has a rating of 3.46 on Tabelog. The main branch in Susukino has a rating of 3.52, even in Sapporo. Miso ramen lovers will be interested in this shop. Their unique style involves using a base of pork bone and chicken wings to make the soup, which is then seasoned with an original blend of miso and thickened with grated potatoes. They also top it off with finely chopped onions (along with green onions and corn menma). Using chicken wings and potatoes in the soup is quite rare. You can order the "Rich Miso Ramen" for 1,100 yen at the ticket machine. The noodles are Sapporo-style with a high water content, perfect for fans. The soup, while not extremely rich, has a nice thickness and slightly salty taste. The thickness comes from the potato starch and collagen from the chicken wings. It has a good umami flavor with a hint of sweetness, which I really enjoyed. The star of the toppings is the two types of chashu, chicken and pork. The pork chashu is thick and satisfying. Considering the generous amount of chashu, the price is understandable. The normal miso ramen I had this time was delicious, so I'm curious to try their spicy miso ramen next time. Thank you for the meal.

Visited for the first time in a long time as a way to finish off a night of drinking since before the pandemic. I was a bit worried that the taste might have changed after three years, but my concerns were unfounded. It's still delicious! I used to think their miso ramen was the best, but after trying it again, I still believe it's the top choice. (I don't eat miso ramen often, so my repertoire is limited...) The person I went with also enjoyed the food very much. I will definitely stop by again for another meal after drinking!

I'm really happy that they have mini sizes! I finished it all~ The staff was also very kind. I tried the slightly spicy level, perfect for those who like a little bit of spiciness. I personally liked that it had corn in it.

A specialty miso ramen shop with its main store in Sapporo. This popular late-night ramen shop opens at 7 pm. I ordered the most popular dish, the Tamago Butter Miso Ramen for 1250 yen, along with the Tsukimi Chashu Don for 500 yen. When ordering at the ticket machine at the entrance, they ask about the firmness of the noodles. If you prefer normal firmness, it's best to ask for them slightly softer. The soup is rich and creamy with a blend of pork bone and original miso, enhanced by the sweetness of chopped onions. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles with a strong texture that complements the rich soup well. The toppings include chashu, menma, green onions, corn, butter, and a seasoned soft-boiled egg. The richness of the miso combined with the butter, soft-boiled egg, and corn creates a well-balanced and delicious bowl of ramen.

At Sapporo Ramen Shishiou, I had the miso ramen. The rich miso soup with a sweet vegetable flavor and firm curly noodles were delicious. The chashu pork in the soup was thickly sliced and tender. It was a bit salty, but I heard the recommended option is the tamago butter which might balance it out well. Delicious.

"Different Time Zone Posting" During a golf game, we got into a lively discussion about ramen, especially miso ramen. A friend recommended a place called Sapporo Ramen Shishiou. That day, I couldn't stop thinking about miso ramen, and after finishing golf, I headed straight to the restaurant. First, I took a sip of the soup... Ah, delicious! I was expecting a strong miso flavor, but it was surprisingly mild. The noodles were firm and mixed well with the soup. I devoured them in no time, delicious! And then, I tried their butter rice, a dangerously tasty dish... Of course, it was delicious. I finished it quickly and left the restaurant feeling satisfied. From now on, when it comes to miso ramen, Shishiou is the place to go. Thank you for the meal!"

After drinking in Kitashinchi, I was concerned about my health on the way back and ended up walking instead of taking a taxi, but I ended up going into a ramen shop (^◇^;) The miso ramen was extremely rich in flavor. Spicy Miso Ramen: 1150 yen including tax, free garlic and ginger, extra noodles: 200 yen including tax. #Osaka Minami #Late-night ramen #Open from 10 pm until morning #Sapporo Ramen Shishiou

Rich Miso Ramen Level 2 Spicy for 1150 yen. The soup is hot. The curly medium-thick noodles are delicious. The soup is thick and rich miso flavor with moderate spiciness. The noodles are curly and medium-thick, which goes well with the soup. The toppings include green onions, bamboo shoots, corn, meat miso, and chicken. Parking at Mitsui Repark Kuromon Ichiba 5th Parking Lot for 200 yen. From 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, it costs 100 yen for 60 minutes.

In September of the 4th year of Reiwa, from Monday to Friday 22:00 to 6:00 the next day, and on Saturdays and holidays from 20:00 to 6:00 the next day, you can enjoy a rich miso ramen for 1100 yen. The chewy noodles go well with the rich soup, making it a truly delicious miso ramen that you can enjoy late at night. It's also quite filling, making it a perfect last meal of the day.

Thank you very much. Sapporo ramen shops have high standards. It's quite challenging to find a place open until 10 pm on weekdays. They mainly focus on miso ramen now, and you can order extra garlic on the side. The ramen comes with plenty of toppings and surprisingly has a light taste. I enjoyed the noodles, and the flavor changed nicely towards the end. Thank you for the meal. Goodbye.

The quality of the staff is the face of the store. It seemed like the store was quiet as two staff members were smoking outside. Honestly, I hesitated to enter the store. Nevertheless, since I had come this far, I ordered the rich and spicy miso ramen level 4 spicy from the ticket machine. The soup was rich, thick, and delicious! However, when they made my ramen, they quickly went outside again to smoke and play with their phones. The disappointing customer service attitude of the staff had a negative impact on everything, leaving a bad aftertaste. Maybe it's not worth expecting much due to the location, but in the middle of a bustling downtown area past 1 am with zero customers inside, the answer seems clear. A super famous restaurant in Sapporo! The taste is good, so it's a shame. Thank you for the meal.

【Aogumi Hideka】Ramen activity. Late-night ramen edition. Visited "Sapporo Ramen Shishiou Osaka Branch" in Shinsaibashi.
- Rich Miso Ramen (Half) 800 yen
- Flavored Egg 100 yen
This ramen shop only opens late at night and is hard to visit due to COVID-19. I had high expectations, but was a bit disappointed. The ramen was indeed rich, but lacked creativity in the miso flavor. The soup portion was also small. I will try a different ramen next time with hopes of better experience. Rating: ⭐︎3.1. I had quite a bit of alcohol and got hungry on the way home, so I wondered why that happens. I decided to try Sapporo Ramen Shishiou in Osaka! I had a delicious miso ramen and I was very satisfied! The richness, miso flavor, and texture of the noodles were all great! The quality at this time was excellent! I want to go again.
