There is a corner on the 3rd floor of Fukuoka Airport where many ramen shops are lined up. I chose one that was not crowded. I ordered a set with ramen, 3 gyoza, and mentaiko rice. The tonkotsu ramen had a consistently good taste. It was simply delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Fukuoka Airport on a business trip and didn't have much time, so I decided to eat at this place on the ramen street at the airport. I ordered the ramen with seasoned soft-boiled egg, but I slightly regret not trying their recommended creamy ramen. The taste was a classic tonkotsu ramen that I had here. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant alone. I had about 1 hour until my flight, so I decided to have a quick ramen for an early dinner around 6 pm. There were many ramen shops, and although I used to go to Ariyoshi Shouten, it closed down. I needed something quick, so I went into this shop that was not too crowded. Even though it was not busy, there was a constant flow of customers. I ordered the basic ramen and fried rice set using the ticket system. The service was incredibly fast, including providing water. In no time (about 5 minutes), the food arrived, and I took a sip of the soup. As advertised by the shop, it was a creamy-style Hakata tonkotsu ramen that would appeal to everyone. The pork slices were delicious, and the highlight was probably the noodles. They had a strong wheat flavor. Maybe it would have been better if they were firmer. The fried rice was simple but satisfying. I've been eating a lot of unique ramen lately, so I found myself wishing for a stronger pork flavor. However, in an airport setting, this type of ramen seems like the perfect choice! (It's probably best to avoid anything too unique like Ariyoshi Shouten here)

I wanted to eat ramen at the airport, so I visited this place. I had a set of mentaiko rice and gyoza. The ramen was a creamy tonkotsu ramen, which was quite good. The gyoza was a good size and tasty. However, I felt that there could have been a bit more mentaiko in the mentaiko rice.

I had to make a round trip to Kyushu and Nagoya just for one meeting, which made me wonder if it was worth it. However, there was an urgent issue that needed to be resolved, and I had a dinner gathering planned in Nagoya that evening, so I had an early troubleshooting meeting, grabbed some bread near Hakata Station, and had lunch at the airport. I ordered the Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen with mentaiko topping for 1,220 yen. The noodles were firm and I ordered them that way. The tonkotsu flavor was mellowed by the mentaiko, which I enjoyed, but it might be considered unconventional by locals. The mentaiko was a solid piece on top of the regular tonkotsu ramen, so I moved it aside with my spoon to enjoy the noodles first without turning the soup red. Overall, it was to my liking. Location: Ramen Runway on the 3rd floor of Fukuoka Airport.

A ramen shop in Fukuoka Airport. Classic tonkotsu ramen. Thin noodles with a nice chew, and creamy soup. Enjoyed it until the end while adding flavor with red pickled ginger. The interior of the shop is clean, and the ramen came quickly after ordering, making it perfect for using during spare time.

I stopped by Fukuoka Airport to eat ramen on the runway. I chose a relatively uncrowded shop. I think all the shops will cost close to a thousand yen, but the ajitama ramen was over a thousand yen. Tears It's a shame that even in Fukuoka, ramen has become expensive. (Maybe because it's at the airport) The soup was delicious. The noodles were average. That's all.

After a week, I visited Fukuoka Airport again. Buying a crescent croissant is a must. When I entered the restaurant, I had to wait for 15 minutes for my Hakata ramen, which is unusual. The soup was creamy and delicious, but I didn't hear anyone ordering extra noodles from other tables.

I had the Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen (830 yen) with seasoned egg topping (180 yen)! Hmm, personally, I wish it had been a bit creamier. Also, I'm not sure if it's an issue with the restaurant or the staff, but the service felt impersonal. It reminded me that airport ramen tends to be like this. Thank you for the meal!

Fukuoka Airport 4th floor restaurant street has a specialty ramen street called Ramen Runway where popular ramen shops are gathered. Basically, you purchase ramen from a ticket machine and then take a seat, but you can also use a national travel discount coupon. In that case, just inform the staff and they will handle the separate payment for you!! The main ramen here is Hakata tonkotsu ramen. I ordered the most popular ajitama ramen!! It's only 750 yen including tax, which is cheap... I ordered the noodles extra firm. The serving was fast!! It arrived in about 3 minutes!! I usually eat medium-thick curly noodles in Hokkaido, so the extra firm Hakata noodles were fresh and delicious. I finished it in no time. The serving time was fast, the price was cheap, and the ramen was delicious! It was a great Hakata ramen shop! I will definitely come back!

I had a late lunch at Fukuoka Airport and randomly decided to enter a restaurant on the 3rd floor where there was no line. I bought a ticket for the Tamuryu Ramen for 830 yen and waited at the entrance. While waiting, two stylish and beautiful women arrived and were greeted by the staff before me, which made me feel uncomfortable. Even inside the restaurant, the women received their tickets before me, and I felt even more uncomfortable. I finished eating in about 5 minutes, but the staff just placed the ticket in front of me and said nothing, while they politely greeted the women and even mentioned the menu items. The elderly owner-like staff made me feel uncomfortable at this pork bone ramen shop. The pork bone ramen tasted like a very ordinary store-bought soup, and I didn't even feel like getting an extra serving of noodles.

In the midst of a hangover, I decided to grab something to eat at Fukuoka Airport, and ended up at Tamuryu. It's a typical Hakata ramen place. It wasn't too heavy for my hangover self, and I was able to enjoy it. It doesn't have any standout features, but it's a comforting and delicious tonkotsu ramen.

Yururyu Ramen for 790 yen is a hearty pork bone ramen at this shop. It has a strong pork bone smell typical of tonkotsu ramen. Not recommended for those who prefer a lighter taste. If you love pork bone flavor, you will probably like this shop! Oh, it was delicious! But I don't think I would go there again. I went around 4 pm and it was moderately busy. Truly a tonkotsu ramen paradise.

I had a fun (delicious) vacation in Fukuoka, but it's finally coming to an end. On the last day, as usual, I went to Fukuoka Airport's ramen runway to have one last bowl before heading back to Tokyo. There were a few other places I wanted to revisit, but I resisted the temptation and went to a new place instead. I went to Yatai Ramen Tamaryu Fukuoka Airport branch. It was around 11:30 am and I waited in line for a bit. After about 10 minutes, I was seated at the counter and handed over the food ticket I had purchased earlier. I ordered the A set for 1070 yen, which included Tamaryu Ramen and half fried rice. The food arrived in a few minutes. The sign outside said "Creamy Tonkotsu", and indeed the soup was white. When I took a sip, it had no unpleasant smell and wasn't too thick, but it had a nice creamy flavor. The noodles were the typical thin straight noodles of Hakata tonkotsu ramen, and they were cooked firm. The toppings included chashu, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and more. The chashu was tender and although thin, it was generously sized. The fried rice was decent in taste, but nothing particularly outstanding. Both the ramen and fried rice had flavors that would appeal to most people, like what you would get at a chain restaurant. It might be appreciated by those who don't like strong smells and prioritize cost-effectiveness. I don't dislike it, but to make me want to come back again, they might need to put in a little more effort. Thank you for the meal.

Free service of pickled vegetables is available. The pickled vegetables come with mentaiko (spicy cod roe). The soup is a light tonkotsu (pork bone broth) compared to other shops. The noodles are thin and you can choose the firmness of the noodles. You can adjust the spiciness with the chili oil on the table. The Tamuryu Ramen costs 790 yen and comes with three slices of chashu (roast pork). It is a satisfying bowl. Thank you for the meal.

Eating with my daughters. It was lunchtime, so there was a long line. Be prepared. - Ajitama Ramen ¥900 The thin noodles typical of Hakata ramen go down smoothly. The flavored egg is also excellent. The only downside was that my daughter's noodles were a bit clumped together.

"Fukuoka Airport Traditional Hakata Ramen Flavor! Enjoy the Reborn 'Yatai'! [Store Overview] In November 2017, the latest food theme park "Ramen Runway" opened on the 3rd floor of Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal Building, serving Hakata Tonkotsu ramen in the style of Ini-shie! The beloved "Hakata Ramen Yatai" that had been in the domestic flight restaurant floor for 22 years has made a comeback with a new location, name, and soup! [Food] I ordered the 'Tamuryu Ramen' (790 yen). It seems that most customers order the A set (ramen + half-fried rice). The soup is light with a restrained richness, focusing on depth of flavor. It mainly features pork bone with a light taste. They use a blend of Kagoshima pork and chicken in their own ratio! It doesn't have a creamy texture, but rather a smooth and easy-to-eat feeling. It's like Shin-shin, easy for women to enjoy. The noodles are made from Fukuoka-grown ramen-specialized wheat called 'Ra-men.' Noodles made with 'Ra-men' are known for their strong texture and resistance to becoming mushy! I ordered them firm, but they still had a firm core and felt a bit powdery and slightly sticky. The chashu has an old-fashioned meaty feel. It wasn't the taste I was looking for, so I was a bit disappointed! As someone who seeks richness, I might have preferred the creamy tonkotsu ramen!"

Located near the entrance of Ramen Katsuyoshiro in Fukuoka Airport's Ramen Street. There are enough table seats, making it convenient for families to dine. The tonkotsu ramen and fried rice are recommended. The tonkotsu ramen is smooth and not too strong in flavor. Personally, I prefer a bit more pork bone aroma. The fried rice is moist and not really to my taste.

Fukuoka Airport has also been renovated and various facilities have been added. In the end, I decided to have tonkotsu ramen as a memory. Among several shops, I chose this one that I had never been to before. As expected, it was authentic - rich tonkotsu soup with thin noodles that did not disappoint! It was delicious!!

This is a ramen review. On the 4th floor of Fukuoka Airport, there is Ramen Kusaburo, where you can find many famous ramen shops and there is no dissatisfaction. This time, I tried "Yatai Ramen Tamuryu". I am weak when it comes to the word "yatai" (food stall). I ordered the most basic ramen from the ticket machine, "Tamuryu Ramen", for 790 yen. It's been a while since I had authentic tonkotsu (pork bone) soup. The aroma and flavor are strong and delightful. I resisted the urge to finish it all at once and added some pickled mustard greens halfway through. It became even more delicious. I am satisfied.
