My wife and I stopped by a restaurant on our way back from camping. She had made a reservation, so we decided to drop by. I wasn't sure at first, but we ended up purchasing a Campanile Cashew and Black Pepper Fig Walnut Focaccia sandwich to eat in the car. It cost around 5000 yen. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

In Yoichi, there was a bakery that caught my attention, which used to sell bread as Boulangerie Ichi at one point within the Ochikabu Winery. The compact shop was filled with the delicious smell of bread, making you want to buy a lot. The flour, milk, eggs, and butter are all from Hokkaido, showing their commitment to quality ingredients. When I visited in the late afternoon, the selection was limited, but I bought some bread such as shokupan, pain de campagne, and focaccia. As a fan of pain de campagne, I enjoyed the type with rock salt infused well, and the sesame pain de campagne was also impressive. They have collaborated with Hirakawa Winery and the wine bar "Kunpuu" in Yoichi for events, making this bakery one to watch out for. #Yoichi #Hokkaido #gourmet #EnoLog

On a Sunday drive, we wandered around Yoichi town and after finishing lunch, we visited a bakery called "Pandokoro" that we had never been to before. The name of the bakery is simple, and the interior design is very natural. As we looked at the products lined up on the shelves, it was a feast for the eyes for bread lovers. The lady who helped us quietly waited for our decision. There were so many tempting options like whole wheat bread, kugelhopf, ciabatta, and focaccia. However, I ended up choosing a favorite with nuts and fruits in it. I asked if I could buy the "raisin walnut (1/2) @310" in half, and they kindly agreed. The crust was crispy and hard, packed with wheat, and the crumb had a chewy texture with plenty of raisins and walnuts. It was almost too much for the price of 620 yen for one piece. I also tried the "cashew nuts and black pepper @350," which had a firm texture but a moist crumb, lots of cashew nuts, and a hint of black pepper flavor. Lastly, I purchased a "chocolate bread @170" for a bit of fun. It was crispy on the outside with a slightly hollow inside filled with mildly sweet chocolate at the bottom. It seemed like it would be delicious when reheated. The bakery in Yoichi has many delicious bread options. Thank you for the meal!

The other day when I went to Yoichi, I purchased bread here that I had been interested in for a while! The male staff member kindly allowed me to take photos while he was baking bread and serving customers. The hard breads were all reasonably priced, and they also sold cookies, baked sweets, honey, and more. I purchased three items that caught my eye! The "Petit Bread" (100 yen) was a slightly unique bread that caught my attention. When I asked about it, I was told, "It's just plain white bread with nothing inside." It had a simple and fluffy texture, making it delicious on its own or with fillings - a versatile bread! The "Milk French" (270 yen) was a long French bread with milk-flavored butter cream inside. It had a gentle sweetness that became more delicious with each bite. The "Cashew Nut and Black Pepper" (350 yen) had plenty of cashew nuts and a coarse ground black pepper accent, making it a snack you could keep eating without getting tired of it. It was so delicious that I almost ended up eating the whole thing before my companion stopped me (laughs). I think the other breads are definitely delicious as well, and I'm curious about the large whole wheat cookies, so I would like to stop by to buy more when I visit Yoichi again! Thank you, "Pan-dokoro"!

A bakery in Yoichi, Hokkaido that specializes in making bread using Hokkaido ingredients, called "Pan do coro". They use Hokkaido-produced wheat flour, milk, eggs, and butter to carefully make their bread. For their hard bread, they use yeast made from wine grape pomace unique to Yoichi, known for its wine production. On this day, I bought the "Campagne" and "Fig and Walnut" breads. They use yeast from Pinot Noir grapes used in Domaine Takahiko's "Nanatsumori" wine (they plan to try various types in the future). The bread has a fragrant aroma, gentle acidity, and the delicious taste of wheat. It's really tasty. I wish I could have tried the freshly made Milk France bread (but it was sold out). Thank you for the meal.

I had been wanting to try the Milk France here ever since I read a review saying it was delicious, but the first time I visited, they were sold out. So this time, I made sure to come back for revenge (I tend to act quickly when something catches my interest). You can add rum raisins or honey to the Milk France for an extra 40 yen, and of course, I chose "rum raisins" without hesitation. Compared to the Milk France I had at Bekkari Yubari the other day, this one had a harder texture and a slightly greasy, fragrant taste. It's quite crunchy, so be careful when eating it! I must have looked like a demon while eating it haha. The milk cream inside was sticky and had a milky buttery taste. The raisins were thick and had a good rum flavor, but I wanted a bit more...I'm greedy. I think people who like hard textures like yours would really enjoy it. Overall, I felt the prices were a bit on the higher side, but I understand that it's probably due to the high quality and cost of ingredients.

On a day off, I accompanied Nocchimu to Yoichi, and he wanted to buy this bread. This bread uses 100% organic spelt flour. We didn't want to risk it selling out, so we visited early. Following the navigation, we found the shop a bit off the main road. We parked in the adjacent parking space and entered the bright shop where the staff greeted us warmly. The main focus was on hard bread, all looking delicious. We bought a few that caught our eye. The Cashew Nut & Black Pepper bread was crispy outside and chewy inside, with a strong wheat flavor. The added cashew nuts gave a nice crunch and aroma, while the black pepper added a spicy kick. The Raisin Milk & Cream Cheese bread had nuts and raisins mixed into the dough, with cream cheese in the middle. The balance of nuttiness, sweetness, acidity from the raisins, and richness from the cream cheese was perfect. The Chocolate Bread had a light and crispy texture with milk chocolate inside, offering a nice sweetness for a snack. Overall, the bread was quite delicious, and I would love to stop by again if given the chance. Thank you for the meal!

I bought some wine to go with my wine. It is carefully made and delicious. Despite the casual name, they ferment the hard stuff well, showing skill in pairing it with both wine and pate de campagne. It's a place worth remembering in the area.

I forgot the name of the other bread besides walnut campagne... Was it cashew nuts? Macadamia nuts? I can't remember properly, aging is scary. Haha. It still has the usual wheat aroma and a nice texture. Delicious.

I went again. It's crowded! Today's specials are Miso Bread for 240 yen and half of Walnut Ciabatta for 320 yen! Both are delicious! First, the Miso Bread. It has a strong bonito flavor, very fragrant and unique! The Walnut Ciabatta has just the right amount of walnuts, with a good balance of moistness and crispiness.

Hardcore Milk France purchased. Cream will be added after ordering. Not too sweet, good vibe. Would like more cream, so an option for extra cream would be nice! Tomato and olive focaccia is soft and just right, with a good amount of saltiness that I like. Kugelhopf is perfect as a souvenir. However, not very cost-effective. Milk France 270 yen, Kugelhopf 620 yen, Tomato and Olive Focaccia 350 yen. Cash only is a downside. At least accept PayPay.

Near Yoichi Station, there is a bakery located on a back street. It is said that the owner used to work at Boulangerie ICHI inside Ochikabu Winery before starting their own bakery. The shop offers face-to-face sales where you can tell them what you want and they will get it for you. I tried the Milk France bread, which was filled with milk cream on the spot, and it was a bit surprising as I thought it would be mixed in. The baguette was firm and satisfying to eat. There were colorful bread with lots of vegetables, Danish pastries, and hard breads, providing a wide range of options to suit different preferences. Although it seemed like they had their own unique touch, it was a bit difficult to choose as there were not many descriptions, but I think I'll be able to choose better on my second visit. This bakery, already featured in magazines, is becoming popular quickly. I recommend stopping by at least once. Thank you for the delicious bread!

I visited around 2:00 p.m. on the weekend. There were 2 groups of customers ahead of me, so I had to wait outside for a bit. The bread had a nice wheat aroma and a great texture. I bought a loaf of bread and a hard bread for about 800 yen. It would be nice if they accepted cashless payments in this day and age.

Milk France is a wonderful bakery in Yoichi known for their amazing milk bread. I heard about their delicious milk bread and decided to try it out. When you order, they fill the bread with milk cream in the back. It's truly delicious! The bread is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, creating a perfect harmony. I absolutely love it! I have decided to visit this place every time I go to Yoichi.

A small bakery in Yoichi Town. Recommended for those who like hard bread. The fig, walnut, and red wine ciabatta was very delicious. Personally, I like the bonito bread. It's a hard bread with the scent of bonito flakes and a Japanese flavor. They also have cream bread and chocolate bread. The interior is also clean. Oh, the white bread was also very delicious. Highly recommended.

It's the former Kurumi dispensing pharmacy. The catchy exterior paint like Shiripa Cape is eye-catching. Boulangerie1 of Ochigabiwainari Winery reopened this spring after closing. My wife fell in love at first sight with the very likable young owner. She bought three items. The bonito bread is delicious to the point where you want to chew more. Congratulations on the reopening! The bonito bread, cream bread, and other items were delicious! Thank you!

This is a bakery located relatively centrally in Yoichi. It's easy to find. I actually went there because it was recommended by a bakery in Otaru called "Yorutono." The bread looked delicious with a crispy outer crust and a soft, chewy inside. I couldn't find my favorite type of bread because I went after the recommendation, so I ended up buying a walnut hard bread that my husband likes. Next time, I definitely want to try a different type of bread!

I'm not very hungry, so for today's lunch, I had two slices of plain bread. I simply ate the bread as it is. It was delicious as always.
