This is a satisfying restaurant. The taste, price, and customer service are all great. Both the front staff and kitchen staff were mostly young women. We were a group, but the dishes were served smoothly, and the staff were very attentive. Even the salad dressing was made with care, with an elegant taste. The dishes make you want to come back for more. It's not just the taste of the restaurant, but it's more affordable with good service. And if the weather is nice, sitting on the grass below after the meal for a chat would be nice! The open atmosphere on the first floor was also pleasant.

I was very satisfied with the taste, service, and hospitality! I had the omakase course at the counter. It included salad, sea urchin, Ise shrimp, abalone, steak, miso soup with Ise shrimp, garlic rice, and more. They also served plenty of desserts at the end, which I couldn't finish. I was surprised by the size of the Australian Ise shrimp. The conversation with the staff was enjoyable, and the energy of the young staff was very pleasant. The timing of services like changing the wet towels and adding coffee was good, making me want to visit the restaurant again. Thank you for the meal.

What stood out the most was how noisy it was... Located on the second floor of the newly opened Daimyo Garden City, Biosquare offers teppanyaki dining. The Ritz-Carlton is also set to open soon in the same building, making it a highly anticipated facility. I visited for lunch and dinner. The spacious restaurant features a piano in the center, table seating, and an extremely long counter. The glass-walled counter is quite impressive. However, the service was a bit overwhelming, with loud and nonsensical cheers like "Cheers!!" and "Surprise!!" constantly echoing throughout the restaurant. The food was delicious, with generous portions and slightly high prices, so the cost performance was not bad. The restaurant has a beautiful and spacious interior.

After the meal, a dessert cart arrived and we were tempted with the choice of any dessert we liked. Of course, we couldn't resist and ended up trying a bit of everything! 😉
