I remember having a Christmas cocktail with chocolate, strawberry, and Pocky flavors for just under ¥400. The menu is easy to read and offers a variety of original cocktails. They have over 500 types of alcohol, and the bartenders can make drinks without looking, which was quite impressive. They also shake the drinks vigorously, and the ice is top-notch. When I asked if they were making a profit, they mentioned that they also own an ice company, which makes sense. Still, I can't help but wonder how they manage to cover rent and labor costs. The bartenders were constantly busy making drinks, it must be tough. We had 3 or 4 cocktails and spent less than ¥2000. This is not the kind of place where you need to keep your voice down; it's a lively atmosphere where you can have fun while enjoying well-crafted drinks. Overall, Kyobashi has really stepped up its game with this amazing bar!
