I went to a restaurant called Kawachiya tonight. I left a review in the backyard and now here's the review! I went there today. The reason? Only those who know, know. I left home before 11 AM and stopped by "Ajikoubou Manma Tsumugi" in front of Shin-Ishikiri Station. I had promised the accounting staff of the office where I am acting as a representative officer in Asahi Ward that I would buy the daily bento from "Ajikoubou Manma Tsumugi" and head there. Since I had been to the bank at the end of the month, I handed one over to the deputy in charge at the office and we ate together. Delicious. This review will be posted later. Because the bank was crowded at the end of the month and due to the complexity of this office, it seemed to take quite a long time on that day, so I left the bento on the accounting staff's desk and said, "I'm going to buy bread at Kawachiya" before leaving. I took the Kinki Expressway from Settsu Minami IC to the Meishin Expressway, then transferred to the Keishin Bypass. It's about 40 minutes from the office. I have arrived at the restaurant. I purposely parked my car where the owner could see it. There was a RENAULT KANGOO parked in the parking space next to the store. Truly the holy land of French cars! As soon as I entered the store, the owner said, "Lunch is RENAULT TIME," which was amusing. However, I had to return by 3:20 PM. It was 2:30 PM at this point. It takes 40 minutes one way, so I had only 10 minutes of extra time! I bought 2 loaves of Techno Shokupan. These are souvenirs for the accounting staff and the deputy in charge. I bought miso katsu, curry pan, and shiopan for Kawachiya's home use. As soon as I left the parking lot of the office I visited, the fuel gauge dropped to one bar. I thought about refueling somewhere, but I didn't have time. When I checked how far I could go from the LCD panel, it showed 120km. Let's go home. I returned on the reverse course from the way there, but there was hardly any traffic, so I arrived at 3:10 PM. Alright! The accounting staff had also returned, so I handed over a loaf of bread before thanking them for the bento. However, the article about the bento was already posted on her FB, and words of gratitude were clearly expressed. The deputy in charge also looked surprised, saying, "Eh? Did you go all the way to Kyoto to buy bread?" I left the office at 4 PM and arrived home at 4:30 PM. I immediately ate the bread with iced tea. I split it in half. Although the shiopan was meant for breakfast the next day, I ended up eating it. The curry pan was also delicious, but the miso katsu was so tasty! The miso sauce is addictive. It's so delicious. The shiopan has a chewy texture that is characteristic. The taste is also to Kawachiya's liking and delicious. I've already finished tomorrow's bread. Next time, I will buy a sandwich. Dress code: French car. No, that's not it.

I finally stopped by the restaurant I had been curious about for a while during my walk. They opened at 9:00, and I entered right away. Seeing all the bread lined up made me feel so happy. It felt like being at a cake shop. I bought curry bread, miso cutlet bread, summer vegetable pizza bread, and a pie-like pastry. I bought a lot and shared them to taste. I especially liked the curry bread with its soft and subtly sweet dough. The bread had a slight sweetness typical of a bakery, and each had a different taste, showing how carefully they were made. I thought I need to come back for another walk soon.

I visited Techno Pan, which is known as the most delicious bakery in the area, in search of tomorrow's breakfast (^.^) It's a stylish shop with an eye-catching red exterior ☆ Inside the compact store, various kinds of bread are lined up ☆ I was surprised by the reasonable prices of all the bread ( ゚Д゚) I bought salt bread (100 yen ( ゚Д゚)), Setouchi lemon cream bread (210 yen), Techno melon bread (200 yen), and Techno rusk (300 yen) (^-^ゞ I had them at home, and I was amazed by the high quality of each bread ( ゚Д゚) Despite the reasonable prices, the taste is excellent ☆ I especially liked the salt bread, it was the most delicious salt bread I've ever had (*σ>∀<)σ I think the owner of this shop is very skilled and has a great sense of taste ( ´∀`)b I heard that they have experience working in a bakery in Paris (*-ω-) I definitely need to come back here to buy more goodies ( ´∀`) It's a highly recommended bakery (^-^)v There is parking available with a few spaces next to the shop (^-^ゞ

Chunky tuna salad. My weekend routine is delivering bread to my mother at home. There are various patterns, but this week I went to Yodo Techno Pan. At home, there's a pork cutlet sandwich and bread. At my place, there's chunky tuna salad and a Techno Bucket Sandwich. These two breads I brought home are super delicious. The bucket sandwich has roast ham and cheddar cheese. The chunky tuna salad, as the name suggests, has plenty of tuna. It's too delicious. This is a restaurant that I'm torn between giving the best rating or not.

I have to go buy baguettes for making aioli at home!! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ I usually go to "Tamaki Tei," but this time, let's go to "Techno Pan," a favorite of Myrebi-sama who lives in Osaka!! (^○^) So, I went there in my beloved car Lilanta! ⊂('ω'⊂ )))Σ≡GO!! I arrived at the store around 12:15! There are three parking spaces to the right of the store, so it's convenient to visit by car! (b゚v`*) ---------------------------------------------- This time, I bought: ⚫ Techno mountain-shaped shokupan 390 yen ⚫ Croissants 200 yen × 2 ⚫ Techno baguette 320 yen * All prices include tax ---------------------------------------------- ◆ Techno mountain-shaped shokupan ◆ The sign says, "It has a fluffy and crispy taste compared to Techno square-shaped shokupan. No eggs used." (b゚v`*) Since I hadn't had lunch yet that day, I had it as soon as I got home! ♪︎ヽ(*´∀`)ノ First, without toasting it! The crumb is very fine and fluffy!! It has a slightly gentle sweetness and is delicious! (๑˃͈꒵˂͈๑) The crust is relatively soft!? It's easy to eat even without toasting, and it's delicious! (b゚v`*) Next, I toasted it! The surface of the crumb becomes crispy, but the inside becomes even chewier than when it's raw! (ノ゚Д゚)ノオォ〜‼︎ The crust is also crispy and has a good texture!! The aroma is enhanced, and it's extremely delicious!! (≡゚∀゚≡)ムハー Isn't 390 yen (tax included) for 1 loaf at this quality cheap!? (⊙ꇴ⊙) ◆ Croissants ◆ The sign says, "Plenty of flavorful butter folded in." (b゚v`*) I had this for breakfast the next day! Of course, I reheated the croissants using the method Myrebi-sama taught me! d(´∀`) Let's take a cross-section photo! ... When I cut it in half with a knife, it got a little squished, but you can still see the beautiful layers! (人´∀`o) When you bite into it, you can definitely taste the flavor of the butter! (๑˃͈꒵˂͈๑) ◆ Techno baguette ◆ The sign says, "Made with Techno's homemade natural yeast, fermented for a long time and baked thoroughly. If you like a crispy crust, this is for you." (b゚v`*) I had this with aioli for dinner the next day! (˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵ ) Even if you have it without toasting, you can taste the wheat flavor, but toasting it enhances the aroma and changes it to a crispy and delicious texture! Since it's named after the store, it was a very delicious baguette! (^○^) ---------------------------------------------- "Techno Pan" is not a very big store, but there is an eat-in space in the corner of the bread section, and there were people having lunch there! (b゚v`*) This time, I only bought simple bread, but there are still many other delicious-looking bread! I'm curious about the recommended items by the owner, such as miso cutlet bread, sakura mochi anpan, and cinnamon rolls!! (/ω・\)チラッ Since the distance is not that different from going to "Tamaki Tei," I'd like to visit again and try other bread! (^○^) Thank you for the meal! ( ^人^ ) ===========

It was after 2:30 PM on a holiday. The weather had been bad since the previous night, and rain was forecasted for tomorrow as well. Luckily, the sun returned around noon, so I took advantage of the brief opportunity to go out. Since it was already late, there were fewer options available, only the selection in the middle island. However, there were still varieties similar to a small bakery. Among the different types, I particularly like cream-based sweet bread. The leather tray next to the cash register seems to be around 13 years old, showing a nice aged look. As I left the store, a stylish elderly couple who had parked their bicycles at the cycle rack complimented them. It made me happy, almost like receiving praise for my own child. From the number pattern on the back of their jacket, we even ended up discussing Sousou. It's interesting how stylish people's antennas pick up on things.

(From a blog post) Today, I stopped by a popular bakery in the Yodo area of Fushimi Ward in Kyoto City. ■ Techno Pan It's a striking and impressive shop with a red wall as a landmark. Inside, there were many breads mainly focused on meal-type breads. The breads are mostly around 200 yen each, with some deli breads priced around 400 yen. Next to the sales corner, there are table seats and counter seats, where you can eat the bread you purchased in the shop. I ordered a hot coffee and decided to enjoy the bread as my lunch in the shop! ● Miso Katsu Pan A bread sandwiched with sweet miso sauce from Nagoya and pork cutlet, which seems to be a popular item at Techno Pan. It has a large pork cutlet sandwiched in it, providing a satisfying bite. The sweet miso sauce blends well, and the bread seems to complement the taste of the miso sauce. ● Techno Melon Pan This is a melon bread with a vanilla-flavored melon dough. The bread dough is fluffy, and the cookie dough is deliciously sweet (^-^) ● Teriyaki Burger This is a burger with a large hamburger patty sandwiched in it. The hamburger patty is tender, and the cabbage has a crisp texture. The sweet teriyaki sauce blends well, and it was also delicious. Enjoying it leisurely with coffee. Each bread felt carefully made with attention to detail. It was a lovely bakery with a café (^-^)

I stopped by Techno Pan in Fushimi, Kyoto. They were having an event, so there was no eat-in option for the next three days. I enjoyed a pistachio cream sandwich and Hokkaido condensed milk French pastry as a snack for my ride.

I visited this bakery in Yodo without knowing it was there, and I was grateful to be informed about it. There are about two parking spaces next to the bakery, but is the side for a motorcycle shop? I wondered if it was okay to park there. (laughs) The bakery has a cute exterior, and inside, there is a wide variety of bread at reasonable prices, making it hard to decide. I got the French anpan that I absolutely wanted to try, along with the egg sandwich, corn mayo, and banana danish that I debated on the spot. I regret not eating the French anpan right after it was fried, but the rest were like homemade and easy-to-eat side dish breads. The cream in the banana danish was a premade cream with a banana flavor, and it was too sweet for me. Above all, the variety of bread and the casual atmosphere of being able to easily visit the bakery and buy bread are great! It seems like a nice place to stop by for lunch on weekends or before a little picnic.

Corn mayonnaise bread is common, but it was my first time seeing corn potage bread here, so I bought it. The chewy texture of the bread goes well with the rich flavor. It's delicious. The croissants and melon bread are also big and tasty, and I think they are good value for money. Corn potage bread 220 yen, chocolate croissant 210 yen, techno melon bread 200 yen, tax included.

Techno Punk Croissant ¥180 Crispy Aomori Fuji Apple ¥200 → ¥180 Techno Pan is a hidden gem among bread lovers in Kyoto, where car enthusiasts and cyclists gather. There is a small seating area where Techno Pan fans come together. Like a local bakery, they offer great value for money with a wide variety of items. The owner is also very friendly, so if you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. 241-6 Yodotsukaidome-cho, Fushimi-ku, Kyoto City

First visit! The parking lot was a bit hard to find, but the atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice and the service was great. I bought it for lunch, and the deli bread had a good amount of filling, which paired well with the bread. I would like to visit again.

A cute bakery with intricate designs. Located in the complex area where Fushimi Ward, Kyo-miyanomae Town, and Yawata City in Kyoto Prefecture intersect. It seems to be technically in Fushimi Ward. Recommended to go by train, car, or bicycle. Not really close, but one of my favorite shops. I use it fairly regularly, at least once a season. I love the Techno Curry Bread, but it was sold out this time. Tried the pistachio cream bread for the first time. Delicious. It has a generous amount of cream. The chocolate croissant with chocolate inside was also delicious. Prices range from 150 to 300 yen. They sell stickers with the shop's logo. It's a favorite of mine, I even stick it on my computer.

With a garage and stylish warehouse-like exterior, this place has a suburban feel that's surprisingly charming. It gives off a friendly vibe with its car repair shop theme. The menu is full of tasty options, like the "Miso Katsu Pan" for 260 yen, a unique dish introduced on Kansai TV's "Yo-i Don" show. It's unexpectedly delicious – the combination of bread and miso katsu is a delightful surprise. The "Cheese Wiener" for 200 yen (on special for 180 yen today) is a must-try with its smoky flavor and perfect match of fluffy bread and caramelized cheese. The "Hot Dog" for 350 yen is a winner with its curry cabbage and generous pickles – a burst of flavors. It's a must-have with a cold drink in hand. The variety may seem similar after a while, so next time I'll aim to try something different – perhaps to break away from the usual wiener choices!

I stopped by around 12:30 before going to see the Yodogawa Kawazu cherry blossoms. There were many types of bread, and customers kept coming in. The European red bean paste bun had a deliciously crispy exterior. The strawberry and chocolate cream sandwich tasted like Apollo chocolate. The noisy gachapon machine outside was distracting.

I visited the restaurant after hearing it was delicious from a friend (who hadn't been there yet). It's relatively close by, but quite rural, surrounded by main roads, the Kyoto Racecourse, and fields. It's easy to spot with its red walls, popular among road bike enthusiasts and owners of French luxury cars. Parking is available for one car, but everyone was parking haphazardly. I arrived around 2:40 PM on a Saturday, and while there wasn't a long line, customers were steadily coming in. The popular miso cutlet bread was still available, but I didn't buy it today. The pistachio cream croissant was soft and slightly elastic, with a mild sweetness and butter flavor in the dough, complemented by delicious pistachio cream. The cinnamon roll was also soft and fluffy, generously filled with cinnamon and sugar. Both the croissant and Danish pastries had moist, good-textured dough. The white chocolate-coated rusk was a bit disappointing, with a weak flavor compared to cheaper national chain options. The square loaf of bread was on the pricier side for the area, and when toasted, it lacked moisture and had a chewy crust and somewhat weak texture. For the price, there are better options nearby. Overall, I won't be revisiting this place.

This is my second visit (^^) Before arriving, I had decided to buy the miso cutlet bread that I had eaten last time!! However, when I saw the words "curry bread" on the signboard, and it said it was freshly baked, I ended up buying it. Curry bread. It has a crispy outer layer that feels like it's fried, and a chewy bread dough. I felt this last time as well, but this chewiness is a unique and wonderful taste that is not often found elsewhere!!! The curry inside is soft and sweet. I think I'm hooked on the chewiness of the bread (^^) Thank you for the meal!

I used takeout‼︎ I heard it was delicious from a friend and decided to visit. There were supposed to be 3 parking spaces, but it was a bit difficult to figure out where they were...lol I just parked next to the shop and went inside♪ The shop was small‼︎ There was alcohol disinfectant at the entrance! They had a wide variety of bread, from plain bread to deli bread...there were plenty‼︎‼︎ It seemed like a family-run business, as there were about 3 staff members, but they didn't notice me until I called out to them... It felt like an old-fashioned bakery. The prices were on the lower side, with many affordable options. It had a family-friendly atmosphere, I guess‼︎

This time, I visited "Teknopan" in Yodo, Fushimi-ku, Kyoto Prefecture. It was introduced on the TV show "Seyanen" on August 31st and was on my list of places to visit. It was my first visit, but the exterior of the shop is bright and eye-catching, so it was easy to find. I purchased two types of hard bread and anpan, and the hardness of the hard bread was just right. The anpan was not too sweet, and it paired well with the bread, making it delicious. I look forward to visiting again next time. Thank you for the meal.

Located just off the Kuyama-Yodo IC, this restaurant is a bit far from the train station, so having a car is convenient. The exterior has a cute and stylish vibe, and inside, there seems to be a lot of hard-type bread. The specialty miso katsu bread was almost ready when I asked, so I decided to wait. It was ready in just 2-3 minutes, as if it had been introduced on a TV show! Payment can be made with PayPay and LINE Pay, and it costs 240 yen each (tax included). When I tried it, the bread was surprisingly soft and chewy, exceeding my expectations from the hard-type bread. The thick yet tender katsu miso filling was also excellent! I enjoyed it very much (^_^) I would definitely come back just to eat this again!

I've been curious about this restaurant for a while! Techno Pan offers delicious yakisoba bread with a strong flavor and a hint of mustard. The aroma of the black truffle and bacon cheese bread is amazing! It makes you crave beer. The egg sandwich was good too, but I prefer it with a little more mayonnaise. Overall, everything was delicious.
