It is a popular izakaya in Kyobashi. It offers a food and drink all-you-can-eat deal for 4000 yen, mainly targeting young people.
■■■ Restaurant ■■■
I used it for a company year-end party. It is conveniently located near the station. The name of the restaurant seems like they have a 380 yen flat rate, but the main selling point seems to be the all-you-can-eat option. The layout is reminiscent of the past, with partitions that can create a private room-like atmosphere. It's small. Orders are placed through a touch panel, but there is only one even when there are many people. However, the wait upon arrival was not as long as expected.
■■■ Food ■■■
▼ [Limited to 5 groups per day] All 101 items "All-you-can-eat with draft beer included! Very satisfying" 4000 yen (as of November 22)
The menu is typical of a popular izakaya. The contents of the menu can be found here: [link provided]. Dessert is limited to one per person. The initial dishes that come out are common, but the fried chicken is cold (laughs), but it's easy to eat because it's not chewy.
○ Recommended!
- Toripon: This, this, I get this. (What?) The yakitori mentioned later was quite unpleasant, but this one has the delicious taste of chicken.
- Sausage and lotus root fritters: The salsa sauce is spicy and delicious. The lotus root has a good texture and feels healthy.
○ Average
- Mexican tortilla pizza: Easy to eat because it's thin.
- Caramel apple tortilla pizza: Not too sweet. It's not counted as dessert, so it's part of the all-you-can-eat (laughs).
- Octopus wasabi, Changja, Kimchi: Easy to eat with individual servings.
- Fluffy potato fries: Surprisingly firm texture that fills you up.
○ Not so great...
- The yakitori is too sweet and the seasoning is overpowering, so I couldn't eat many.
- Negi-ma skewers (3 pieces): The leeks are small and not very noticeable.
- Chicken thigh skewers (3 pieces): Too sweet.
- Chicken skin skewers (3 pieces): Too soft and chewy, not my favorite type.
- Hot iron plate dumplings: Soft.
- Red wiener stir-fry: Red. The typical messy taste. Honestly, it's really bad. It's tough having so many options (laughs).
■■■ Drinks ■■■
Initially, you get a choice between bottled beer or oolong tea, then surprisingly, there are many drink options.
- Highball: Not watered down, which is good.
- Gin and back: Quite sweet, which was disappointing.
■■■ Final thoughts ■■■
After COVID-19, I was surprised that prices in Kyobashi could be this high. Well, maybe it's just this restaurant? I understand that they are struggling with price increases, but I hope they continue to do their best in the future.
