Due to the coronavirus, I visited after a long time and added lobster to my usual course. Unfortunately, my favorite teppanyaki chef had quit since my last visit. Teppanyaki definitely tastes different depending on the chef. The lobster had a slight fishy smell, which was disappointing. I finally visited Naka-san, a place I've always wanted to go. I was able to experience extraordinary dishes that felt luxurious. I don't remember the names of the dishes, so please take a look at the photos. The appetizers were colorful and meticulously prepared. The soup was gentle and comforting. The abalone dish was soft and the sauce was exquisite. It was so delicious that I dipped bread in the sauce until the very end. The lobster dish had a strong aroma and the sauce was outstanding. It was truly delicious. I had the fillet steak cooked medium rare. It was tender and flavorful, and the side vegetables were also delicious. For the final rice dish, I had to choose between curry, soba, and garlic rice. I couldn't decide, but the chef kindly allowed me to try a little of each. They were all incredibly delicious, but I personally thought the garlic rice was exceptional. For dessert, I had condensed milk yogurt ice cream, which was so delicious that it felt like my cheeks were going to fall off! Each dish showed great attention to detail in terms of cooking and seasoning. The chef's conversation was enjoyable and cool, and I truly had a wonderful time. Thank you for the feast.

It's the best restaurant. The live lobster I had came with eggs, the thick meat had a satisfying texture, and the taste was excellent. The steak was also excellent, and the small dishes served between mains were incredibly delicious. The view was great, and I had a wonderful time watching the cool and lovely chef's cooking and having a nice chat. Treat yourself or celebrate someone special here for sure.

I thoroughly enjoyed a 200-gram Chateaubriand steak. The lobster and abalone were also excellent. The restaurant opened earlier than usual and we were able to enjoy our meal in a private room with a view of the night scenery.

We chose Nakano to celebrate our birthday this time. The restaurant arranged 100 roses for us. The wine was Chateau Brie and abalone and lobster were served by the host for a perfect luxury experience. For the finale, they let us choose between mentaiko rice and soba, and we decided to go with both.

I like winter because the days get dark early, so I can relax and enjoy the night view from a private room. Unfortunately, the wine hasn't been very good lately, and even the sommelier at the restaurant tried another bottle of the same kind, but it still wasn't good... I'll bring my own next time. The meal included a special 200g Chateaubriand steak, and the lobster and abalone were of the usual high quality. For the final dish, I chose homemade spicy cod roe rice.

I went to Nakano-san, a teppanyaki restaurant. The atmosphere, service, and taste were all excellent. Whether for business entertaining, a date, or a special occasion, it is sure to be well-received. Each dish was carefully prepared and enjoyable both visually and in taste. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant.

In April 2016, when I asked the host what they wanted to eat for their birthday, they replied "steak." It was a rare choice, not sushi this time. After some consideration, we decided to revisit a restaurant where we hadn't been in over 3 years to see the head chef. The restaurant is located on a high floor of a building, offering a nice view. I have known the head chef since they were at another restaurant, so it has been over 10 years since we first met. It was good to see that they are doing well. For the meal, we chose the Chef's Special Course, which included a variety of dishes. The courses available were the Hakata Course, the Chef's Special Course, and the Genkai Course. We opted for the Chef's Special Course with 100g of beef. The meal started with fresh vegetable bagna cauda sauce, followed by a selection of sashimi, sazae with sea urchin, and other appetizers. The Canadian lobster was steamed to perfection and served with a delicious sauce. The meal continued with white asparagus, followed by a main course of Kagoshima beef cooked to medium-rare perfection. The meal ended with garlic rice, pickles, and miso soup. For dessert, we enjoyed a watermelon shortcake and a mini coffee. It was a delightful meal with excellent food and enjoyable conversations. The steak was cooked perfectly, showcasing the chef's skills. We look forward to visiting again.

Yes! I love udon noodles. Today was a very happy day for me. It's the second or third time I've been here, but it's the first time I've taken a proper photo. The reason is that dinner was at 5:30, so I was the first one there! My companion arrived second! Picture-taking galore! I was able to take photos without bothering other customers. And now, the taste. The delicate seasoning shows how much effort was put into the dish. Even I, who is not a food connoisseur, could tell it was delicious! And the staff's attention to detail. They would chime in with little comments, really adding to the conversation. Their service is top-notch. Thank you for a wonderful meal. P.S. I can't remember the name, but the second glass of champagne at the salon was incredibly delicious.

Atmosphere and taste are both well-balanced at a high level. The service is also highly rated. The location overlooking the Nakagawa River in the Haruyoshi area of Fukuoka City may not be particularly new to locals. However, the view of Hakata's night skyline in front of the teppanyaki grill is somewhat special. The usual night view somehow looks more glamorous. The food is also considered delicious, with a focus on high-quality ingredients sourced from all over Japan. Combined with the lovely night view, you can enjoy a very luxurious moment. The abalone and Chateaubriand are both excellent in terms of heat, texture, and flavor, making it easy to get lost in the food without even realizing it. That's why I have visited this restaurant many times. It is suitable for the best date, entertaining important guests, rewarding subordinates for achieving targets, etc. It would be cool to casually visit regularly, but it is a bit pricey!
