There is a branch in Minami, at Sennichimae, and I often pass by it on my way to a familiar restaurant. However, on this day, I decided to finally visit after finishing at Izumo's place with a bit of room left in my stomach. Cheers with a draft beer first, then I was surprised by the extensive menu with not just tebasaki. I thought there was only tebasaki available here, haha. But since I had already eaten quite a lot at Izumo's, I ordered the famous tebasaki (5 pieces) and continued to enjoy my beer. However, these tebasaki were much more delicious than I had expected. The intense spiciness went perfectly with the beer, which disappeared quickly. I have always liked tebasaki, but avoided them due to the difficulty in eating. However, after learning an easy way to eat them on a TV show, I found it surprisingly easy to pull the meat off the bones. Moreover, the addictive flavor... I could easily see myself eating 20 tebasaki and drinking 20 beers in one sitting. Despite being so delicious, I noticed that the restaurant has low ratings. Around 6 pm, I found a restaurant with a couple of groups waiting, but since they had many seats, we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The spicy pepper chicken wings were incredibly delicious! We came with family, so the kids had theirs with less pepper or without any at all. It was great that they adjusted the amount of pepper for us. I couldn't go to Nagoya, so I tried Yamachan in Osaka for the first time. First, I had a large glass of Galaxy Kogen Beer. It was delicious! Tomato slices before the chicken wings. Two orders of special chicken wings. Two orders of black chicken wings. Miso skewers. Miso quail. Everything was delicious. I love Nagoya food, so I love Yamachan. I will definitely visit again. Drinking beer from a large jug feels great! Tundere Itawasa came out quickly. It was a good board of mountain wasabi. The Phantom Tebasaki is a must-eat when you come to Sekai no Yamachan. Crispy and juicy, and very spicy! A unique salt and pepper taste that is addictive. The Secret Black Tebasaki is black chicken wings with a spicy sauce. Personally, I prefer the Phantom Tebasaki. The Nishio Matcha Highball is a green tea highball, and I like it. The Special Yamachan Satsuma Age is quite voluminous. It has a slightly sweet ground fish paste, which is nice. The Pork Ponzu is boiled pork with grated ponzu sauce, simple but a good snack. The Nagoya Curry as a finale. It is served with red miso stewed pork offal and a quite homely curry on the side. When mixed together, it becomes a very Nagoya-style curry. I thought this place would be more of a gimmick, but the food was really good. Especially the Phantom Tebasaki is addictive! We tried the famous tebasaki (chicken wings) and were impressed by the crispy texture and flavorful taste. We also tried the black tebasaki, which had a unique soy sauce flavor. In addition to the tebasaki, we also enjoyed other Nagoya specialties such as miso-flavored quail egg fry and Taiwan ramen toppings. Overall, the food was delicious and we left satisfied with our meal at "Sekai no Yamachan".

But among Nagoya cuisine, this food culture is the best! Once you start eating chicken wings, you can't stop, it's the kind of place you can keep going back to endlessly.
