It's been a while since I had ramen early in the morning. I couldn't resist before going to bed... I made sure to take some stomach medicine after eating (laughs). It had been a while since I last visited Ichiran, but it was still delicious. I definitely want to go again. It was so tasty! Thank you for the meal!

I knew it, but I couldn't resist ordering the ramen with extra chashu at this restaurant. Of course, I also had a beer to finish off the meal. The beer and chashu arrived first. By the time the ramen came, I was already full, but I managed to finish it all. Thank you for the meal.

"Ippudo Dotonbori Main Store" It's been a while since I last visited. ・Ramen 980 yen (including tax) I was surprised at the ticket machine! Ippudo has become 980 yen now, huh. This is quite expensive. The seating area is the usual individual booths. This is perfect for COVID-19 measures, even before COVID-19! You mark your preferences on the order sheet. Taste richness: Standard Richness: Standard Garlic: 1 clove Green onion: White green onion Chashu: Yes Red secret sauce: Standard Noodle firmness: Firm I handed in the order sheet and the ramen arrived in about 2 minutes. I finished eating in no time. Hmm. The excitement I felt when I first tried it in Hakata in 2007 is not there anymore. The chashu doesn't seem as delicious as it used to be. The red secret sauce (standard) was quite spicy! Thank you for the meal!

I had Ichiran ramen at Dotonbori River after a long time. It was delicious. I chose the rich flavor, so it was oily with a lot of pork fat, but I felt like indulging in reckless eating. There was only one customer at a strange time during the day. I stopped by Diesel in Shinsaibashi and saw various things, but it was surprisingly cute.

Ippudo's ramen can be customized to suit your preferences. The basic menu is limited, but you can choose how rich you want the broth, whether you want chashu or not, and the firmness of the noodles. Each customer is served individually and orders using a ticket system.

Once again, I visited this place for a late-night meal. The system here requires you to buy a food ticket first, and if you want to complete a standard ramen order, it can end up being quite expensive. On this day, I added extra green onions to my ramen, which turned out to be quite spicy. Thank you for the meal.

I had been wanting to visit the natural tonkotsu ramen specialty shop "Ichiran" for a while, and finally went to the Dotonbori main branch. The ramen is made without using any pork, but the soup is just as good as their natural tonkotsu ramen that they have been perfecting for over 20 years. I bought a meal ticket from the vending machine on the first floor and sat in the limited seating area. It's a self-service style where you write your specific order on a piece of paper and hand it in. The soup remained hot until the end, which was perfect for the still cold days, warming me up to the core. Thank you for the delicious meal ❤︎

After drinking alcohol, how many years has it been since I last went to Ichiran? It must have been decades! Ramen on a cold day really warms you up. It was so delicious that I drank a lot of soup. I ended up consuming too much salt and my blood pressure went up. Now, I'll buy some takoyaki from the nearby takoyaki shop on my way home!

I visited with a friend around noon. It was a bit crowded and we waited for about 10 minutes. I ordered the ramen. The soup was a sweet pork bone base and the aroma spread throughout my mouth. There was a secret sauce that I added, which made it very spicy. If you don't like spicy food, I wouldn't recommend it. The noodles were a bit soft and slippery, and had a good texture. I wish they had garlic available. I recommend everyone to visit this place!

I visited the restaurant alone! Since I went during lunchtime, it seemed a bit crowded! [Atmosphere of the restaurant] It had the unique atmosphere of Ichiran! The partitions have been there since before COVID, so it felt like they are ahead of the times (lol). [Food impressions, staff's response and attitude, etc.] It was great because I could focus on the ramen without worrying about anything else! The depth of the tonkotsu ramen and the spiciness of the sauce were the ultimate combination. Well, it's Ichiran, so it's a bit pricey, but it was delicious so I'd like to visit again!

After a long time, I felt like having some drinks and wanted to eat something to finish, so I visited this place. The counter style is always reliable. The ramen still feels a little expensive though... On this day, in addition to the toppings, I even had an extra serving, so I was full. It's a nostalgic ramen shop that I occasionally feel like eating at!

I knew that there was a Fukuoka limited edition "Kama-dare Tonkotsu" available only here in Shibuya for a limited time, but I hadn't had the chance to try it yet. It's available until the end of September, so I made sure not to forget. I chose the noodles to be extra firm and went with the recommended option, which is even richer than the regular one. I'm curious to see how it would taste if I chose the extra rich option. As a topping, I added a half-boiled salted egg, wood ear mushrooms, and seaweed using a coupon from the app.

I returned home from Fukuoka to Osaka and for some reason, I visited the famous ramen shop Ichiran in Fukuoka. Initially, I went to the Namba Midosuji store instead of the Dotonbori main store. However, I was surprised to find out that it was a "100% pork-free ramen specialty shop." This unique concept was developed to cater to customers who cannot eat pork but still want to enjoy Ichiran's signature tonkotsu ramen. After years of research, they successfully created a ramen that does not use any pork at all. I then went to the Dotonbori main store to enjoy their classic tonkotsu ramen. The price has become region-specific, with the ramen costing 980 yen, which may seem expensive for some, but the quality and taste are worth it. The Dotonbori main store also offers the special Kama Dare Tonkotsu Ramen, which is a must-try with its thin noodles and secret sauce. Overall, it's a place I would gladly visit again, especially for the unique dining experience it offers.

Today's lunch was ramen! I finally got to try the Kama-dare Tonkotsu ramen after waiting for two years. When I visited Hakata two years ago, the shop was unfortunately closed, so I couldn't try it then. But now, it's available for a limited time in Namba! The flavor is quite strong, but not overly rich. It's delicious, but a bit pricey. I'm glad I finally got to try it! For those in Kansai who have been wanting to try Hakata ramen, this is a great opportunity. The restroom even had plenty of toilet paper rolls. What's the concept behind that? #Kama-dare Tonkotsu #Ichiran #ramen

I visited for lunch after a long time. I ordered extra toppings because ramen alone has simple ingredients. The smell of animal fat is still strong. The taste seems to have become a bit stronger... The chashu is soft and delicious. I also got an extra serving of noodles and ended up feeling very full.

Second time at Ichiran in my life. I had only been once about 4-5 years ago, and it didn't leave much of an impression on me. But today was amazing. The broth was rich and creamy, with the secret sauce half portion. It was so good that I immediately ordered a refill of noodles. When I said that, my girlfriend laughed at me. I eagerly devoured it, feeling my body heat up with each bite. It was the best!

I strolled around Namba and Shinsaibashi from the morning. Since I had a light breakfast, I stopped by to fill my stomach. It seems like I was the first customer. I tried the limited-time special "Kama-dare Tonkotsu" ramen. It was piping hot and tasted just like Ichiran as expected.

Everyone loves Ichiran! It's rare to find a place in Osaka where you can eat Kama-dare Tonkotsu! It's only available for a limited time so I had to try it! I went around 9 pm and waited in line for about 10 minutes. It was so refreshing to be served in this unique bowl! It's been a while since I've had Ichiran so it's hard to compare, but the Kama-dare Tonkotsu seems to have a deeper flavor than the regular Ichiran? The taste is consistently delicious! Thank you for the meal!

On February 23, this is the "Ichiran Dotonbori Main Store" located in Sennichimae, Osaka. It is a famous ramen shop known as the "world's most visited ramen shop." Upon entering the shop, the first thing to do is purchase a food ticket. Oh? "Kama Dare Tonkotsu Ramen"? Sounds intriguing, right? That's right. Here at "Ichiran Dotonbori Main Store," they offer the "Kama Dare Tonkotsu Ramen," which is only available at two stores in Fukuoka. How lucky! So, I tried the "Kama Dare Tonkotsu Ramen (980 yen)." It was quickly served in what looked like a bento box! Opening it up, it looked just like the usual Ichiran ramen. Now, for the main event, the soup... Delicious! It truly tastes like authentic tonkotsu ramen soup, with no overpowering pork bone smell, just pure goodness! And the soup stayed piping hot until the very end! The noodles were thin and straight, perfectly complementing the soup. It was absolutely fantastic! The chashu was also top-notch, prepared with great care. Overall, my experience at "Ichiran Dotonbori Main Store" was amazing. I am grateful for the delicious meal. Thank you so much!

I went to the main branch of Ichiran in Dotonbori to try their "Kama-dare Tonkotsu Ramen" (980 yen). This ramen was previously only available in Fukuoka at the Canal City Hakata and Tenjin Nishi-dori branches. Due to the current situation with COVID-19 and the difficulty of traveling to Fukuoka, they decided to offer it at the Shibuya Spain-zaka branch in Tokyo and the main branch in Dotonbori. During the limited period of offering the "Kama-dare Tonkotsu Ramen," they do not serve their regular "Natural Tonkotsu Ramen" that they have been serving since their establishment. Ichiran is known for its unique dining experience with individual booths and the ability to customize your order using an order sheet. The ramen came in a traditional Arita-yaki bowl with a lid, presented in a three-tiered box but actually served in a single layer. The "Kama-dare Tonkotsu Ramen" is made by adding the broth from simmered pork to their natural tonkotsu soup. The ramen had a strong soy sauce flavor and the red secret sauce added a spicy kick. Overall, it was delicious.
