I walked a few kilometers from Kitahama to Minami along Midosuji and decided to take a break as I was a little tired. There were quite a few foreign customers in the shop, and I saw the part-time staff smoothly taking orders in English. I ordered pancakes and iced coffee while thinking that it must be a workplace where you can improve your English skills while working. Thank you for the meal.

There are few coffee shops open for breakfast in Senri Nishi. I visited on a Saturday morning and it was almost full. I ordered a ham, vegetable, and egg sandwich with coffee, which cost over 1000 yen. They also had coffee sets under 1000 yen. The sandwich was average, and the coffee was okay. The seating was somewhat spacious, but compared to other Hoshino Coffee shops, it felt cramped and outdated.

I wonder if there is a place like this around here? Minami is constantly changing with new shops popping up. The shop is spacious so you can relax and enjoy your tea. I had hotcakes for the first time in a while. They were fluffy with plenty of butter and maple syrup, bringing back nostalgic memories. It's nice to see it back! Let's continue shopping after this. Even though the state of emergency has been lifted, many stores still have early closing times at night, so my calorie intake at night is lower than usual. So... I was drawn to the morning service offer and ended up entering the store (￣▽￣;) I couldn't decide between Yoshinoya and another place (￣▽￣;) The store is quite fancy. There are several types of morning sets, but the 550 yen morning service is the most cost-effective. Because at Hoshino Coffee, the regular blend costs 550 yen, but the morning service includes boiled eggs and toast for the same price. Literally a service. Let's not be crude and say the toast is only half. It's a service. This place is different from Nagoya (￣▽￣;) The seats are sofas, so you can relax and enjoy. Isn't it nice? (*￣∀￣) By the way, you can get a refill of toast for 100 yen. I haven't done it though (*￣∀￣)ｸﾞﾌ

In the Namba shopping street, there is a coffee shop called Hoshino Coffee on the first floor of a hotel. I ordered the Egg Slad Morning with hot coffee. It consists of thick toast with potatoes and a half-boiled egg topped with demi-glace sauce. The prices are a bit different from Nagoya, similar to Komeda Coffee. Prices may vary by location, but the taste is the same. I enjoyed it very much.

I came here during a busy time on Sunday and had to kill some time in the neighborhood. I waited for about 15 minutes. I was lucky to be seated in the back, away from other tables. The middle area seemed too crowded with poor ventilation. I ordered souffle pancakes and iced coffee. Even though I asked for the drink to come with the pancakes, it arrived first. It seemed like there were not enough staff members, so the service was a bit slow. The staff realized that they forgot to bring water and were very apologetic. Despite the hectic atmosphere, they were still polite. Overall, I enjoyed my meal.

The highly anticipated movie "Demon Slayer: Mugen Train" broke the box office record for the highest grossing film. My spouse and I watched it in IMAX with its powerful sound system. After the movie, we visited this place for the first time for coffee. We both ordered the Hikoboshi Blend black coffee. We also ordered double servings of souffle pancakes. While waiting, we read the newspaper provided in the shop. The Hikoboshi Blend coffee had a strong flavor and was delicious. We poured plenty of maple syrup over the pancakes. The aroma was delightful. The relaxed atmosphere at the table was very comfortable. We might come back to try their morning coffee sometime.

I met up with a friend here and it was easy to find and a great place for lunch or tea. I was lucky to try the fluffy dish I had been curious about. I come here occasionally for errands, and it's a good spot to meet up. On this day, I had the autumn limited edition fluffy dish: Melt-in-your-mouth Mozzarella Cheese Souffle Risotto with Rich Porcini Cream for 1100 yen, including a drink, and also had the Creme Brulee. It was convenient for me to have lunch while meeting up, as I didn't have much time. The long-awaited fluffy dish was delicious! The cheese was rich and gooey, just the way I like it. I will definitely use this place for meeting up again! (^-^)/

Visit on October 31, 2020. I have been here a few times, but this is my first post. I wanted something sweet, so I ordered the chestnut souffle pancake (single) with a drink set, and an iced coffee. I arrived just before 8:00 PM, and was told it would take about 20 minutes for the pancake to be ready. It was served around 8:30 PM. I found out that the store closes at 9:00 PM during this time. I should have been aware of the closing time when I entered. If I had known it would take this long, I might have chosen a different dessert.

I had the French toast morning set (680 yen) at Hoshino Coffee in Senrioka. I enjoyed it in a cozy sofa seat while listening to classical music. The coffee blend may not be strong enough for those who prefer a bold flavor, but I liked its smooth taste without acidity. The French toast had a crispy exterior, which I liked. You can enjoy a leisurely morning here.

I visited the restaurant at 9:40 for dessert and coffee after having udon in the morning. I ordered one French toast and one caffeine-less coffee. The French toast was soaked in pudding liquid and generously topped with maple syrup. It also came with a side of salad and a boiled egg. The fruit tea looked delicious, so I'll have to try it next time! ❤️

Morning service for 500 yen. Following the Marufuku blend at Hoshino, we continued our morning hopping. Located in the middle of a bustling downtown area, the customers are lively and it's hard to relax. Acting in a way that doesn't inconvenience others is justice. I never thought the day would come when I would write a review like this on Tabelog...(-_-#) Generally, I don't get annoyed at restaurants, but the attitude of one staff member was completely unacceptable for someone in the service industry!! I won't go into details, but I hope it will be improved as it is a well-established company. The cake was ruined for me!! Customers are not gods. I don't think that way at all, but at the very least, there should not be such a condescending attitude and way of speaking to customers who are paying money. It made me very sad, so I quickly went to another store.

After drinking, we visited Hoshino Coffee, a 5-minute walk from Namba Station, as a place for girls' talk! The interior of the restaurant is completely non-smoking. The chandeliers sparkle on the ceiling, giving the place a slightly luxurious feel. Although there were Starbucks and other options nearby, we chose Hoshino Coffee because they have a lot of sofa seats where we could relax. The restaurant had a Namba vibe, with many foreign customers, and it was almost full, but we managed to find a seat and slide in! The pancakes and soufflés are famous here, but eating pancakes after a hearty meal feels like a food fight! I ordered the "Royal Milk Tea (500 yen)" with a topping of "Vanilla Ice Cream (150 yen)". My friend decided to go for the "Fruit Coffee (650 yen)". First, let me explain the "Fruit Coffee" before my tea order. It was a unique concept, like fruit tea but with coffee! There were various fruits like berries and oranges in it, but honestly, the coffee was too dark to see what was in it. My friend said that the coffee itself has a strong flavor, so the fruit might not go well with it. My Royal Milk Tea had plenty of tea leaves and milk foam on top, and it was delicious. You can adjust the sweetness with syrup, which was nice. The ice cream was rich and tasty. Although the drinks were a bit pricey, we were able to relax for a long time, so it was worth it as a venue fee. The only downside was that the toilet was far away and we had to use the one at the inbound hotel nearby. Thank you for the meal!

I had some business in Namba and used this cafe for a break. I was feeling hungry, so my friend and I had pasta and doria. The pasta at cafes like this always has a nostalgic taste, right? (laughs) It's a reliable place where you can relax and feel satisfied. I will definitely visit again.

I visited for lunch. The curry was okay, but when I ordered coffee after eating, it took a long time to come. I said I was okay since I was running out of time, and they brought it right away. I had to quickly sip a few mouthfuls of the hot coffee and leave. It would have been better if they had just let me cancel it.

It was disappointing after having shabu-shabu. The calm atmosphere and sofas were a nice contrast to the bustling tourist-filled streets outside. Personally, I enjoyed the taste of the coffee. The strawberry cheesecake was smaller than expected but delicious. I tried a bite of the pancake, which was a bit dense, not as fluffy as I had imagined. I felt full already. I also tried a bite of the French toast, which was soft and tasty. The whipped cream was delicious too. I forgot to taste the roll cake. The coffee serving was generous, but since the pancake took 20 minutes, we ordered a refill and shared it among 3 people. It's a good place for a little break to relax.

This was my first visit to Hoshino Coffee in Osaka, and I wonder why I hadn't been here before. My first visit was with my family, where we had pasta. I used to just pass by and admire the place without actually going in, but now I realize what a waste that was. I came on Christmas Eve to try their Christmas limited edition item. I've always wanted to try their souffle pancakes, and this limited edition one was worth the wait. It took 20 minutes for the souffle to be ready, but it was worth it. I ordered the Hikoboshi coffee, which I like strong and bitter. It was a bit lonely being alone on Christmas Eve, but I was excited for the souffle. The souffle pancake was cute and looked firm, but it was actually soft and delicious. It wasn't overly sweet, which I liked. Maybe some people prefer fluffy pancakes, but I think I prefer this type. I stayed at the Oriental Hotel so I visited here nearby. It was very relaxing.
