I ordered the table charge (300 yen, including appetizer), black plum soda mixer (94 yen, promotional price), and the medium pyramid (10 fried chicken skin skewers for 500 yen, excluding tax). The towering pyramid of fried chicken skin skewers was impressive and only cost 500 yen before tax. The taste was excellent, crispy with a sweet and savory seasoning similar to a famous chicken wing dish. The drink was also discounted due to a promotion, and the total bill was less than 1000 yen. Additionally, they offer draft beer for 190 yen and highballs for 150 yen, making it easy on the wallet. Some recommended dishes include the Densuki pyramid (4 levels with 10 skewers for 500 yen), chicken tare yukke (480 yen), Shinjidai's fried chicken (550 yen), doroyaki (480 yen), simmered tendon (480 yen), and quail skewers (1 skewer for 120 yen). The Densuki skewers, made by removing excess fat and leaving only collagen, have a chewy and crispy texture with a sweet and spicy sauce that goes perfectly with alcohol. While the Densuki skewers are often the center of attention, the other dishes are also delicious, especially the chicken dishes. Turns out, it's opening in Umeda tomorrow! Drinks for 88 yen? Even though it's hot, we have to go! So, we headed to Izumi Square. On the 10th floor, in the building with the izakaya, 1st and 2nd floors. We arrived 30 minutes before opening and were about the 6th group in line. There were some uncle-looking guys from the IkaniMo headquarters. They were all so cool. You could hear the strong Owari dialect. When we entered, the staff said, "Sorry! The air conditioning on the 2nd floor is broken!" So, we were seated on the 1st floor (which was cramped, as they pointed out). But in this season, coolness is more important than space, right? We had various drinks like beer, lemon sour, amazing orange sake, black plum wine soda, black fog soda, green tea highball, and oolong highball. We also had shaved ice sour, cassis orange, and Calpis sour. We ordered a huge pyramid of skewers (21 in total), which was too much but my partner confidently said she could finish it, and she did. The new era fried chicken with a free coupon was tasty, with a rich flavor. The beer kept flowing non-stop! We also had wasabi greens, drooling chicken, and quail. The total bill came to ¥3,737 paid with VISA touch. As we left the 2nd floor, we saw customers coming down and they all looked relieved, as if they had just survived a trek through the Sahara Desert. Thank you for the meal! If I start craving skewers, I'll definitely be back.

The original and traditional skewers have landed in Umeda for the first time, so I visited in this new era. The traditional skewers, recognized by the patent office, are delicious! The crispy and chewy texture is amazing! I enjoyed changing the flavor by sprinkling the homemade spices on the homemade sauce and the table spices provided. It was a satisfying meal!
