The head chef is great! He keeps the conversation rolling with interesting facts, making the counter seating experience even more enjoyable. There are many salarymen at the ANA Hotel nearby. I got a good deal on tickets from a certain website this time. I'll add some more drinks, but the appetizers were satisfying. Sake pairs well with them. Even men will feel full after eating here. It's a nice place to stop by on the way home from work. Thank you for the meal.

Ever since being introduced to it by a kind-hearted person who has a deep love for sake, I have been visiting this place. They offer three different courses for meals. While you can also order a la carte, I highly recommend going for the course menu. From the appetizers, you will immediately feel the urge to have some sake (laughs). The cheerful chef and the energetic girl serve you promptly. They always recommend sake that is not listed on the menu. My favorite is the gentle tasting clear soup. I also love the charcoal udon noodles. They have counter seats, sunken kotatsu seats, and regular tables available.

They serve appetizers and delicacies, so you can enjoy sake right away. You can also enjoy sake from all over Japan, and if you request it, the chef will bring out an excellent one. The course meal includes sashimi and meat, so it's nutritious. The presentation is beautiful. Once you try their charcoal udon, you'll want to eat it again. It's that delicious. It's nice to have a warm soup in between. It's a lovely and relaxing restaurant that is reasonably priced.

I attended a friend's birthday party at this restaurant. Although the location seemed a bit out of place, once inside, the friendly and cheerful atmosphere created by the head chef helped me relax and made me want to visit again. Most importantly, the food was delicious and reasonably priced! The course meal included a variety of dishes such as sesame tofu, shellfish, fish nanban, sashimi platter with vegetables, soup, and a fantastic meat dish. The meat and vegetable tempura with a light sauce was refreshing! I can't quite put into words how enjoyable it was – I had so much fun that I forgot to take notes (^◇^;) The meal ended with bamboo charcoal udon, which was absolutely amazing (≧∇≦) It's so good that I think there will be people coming back just for this dish. I will definitely be returning.

I felt like eating washoku, so I went to this restaurant. The interior had a counter and tables, and this time I was seated at a table. It was a small table for two people, so it wasn't very spacious. They ordered the chef's choice course for us! The presentation at this restaurant was stylish and very elaborate. The meat was tender and delicious. The closing soba was also very delicious. I would go just to eat this soba (^-^) The owner was friendly and had a good vibe! I will definitely go back (^-^)

I visited on a Wednesday night, right in the middle of the week. When I arrived, I was the first customer, but before I knew it, the place was packed. It's truly the bustling atmosphere of Kita-Shinchi. I wanted to just have a light meal, so I left it up to the chef to decide what to serve me. I asked for something light, and I was served a variety of dishes. But the real highlight here is the sake. The chef has a selection of carefully chosen sake, some of which are not even on the menu because of their rarity. It's a privilege to be able to chat with the chef at the counter. I'm not very knowledgeable about sake, so I ordered a crisp one. It was a perfect match for me. I could easily drink more, but unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I received an urgent call from a business partner, so I had to settle the bill in the middle of my meal. I felt really bad about it. However, the staff didn't show any annoyance and just said, "Please come again with a smile." I will definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

They had a special Saturday style where everything on the menu, both food and drinks, was just 500 yen each. I started with a beer, then ordered various dishes like sashimi of sea bream and flounder, grilled vegetables with cheese fondue sauce, salad with prosciutto, and oysters with jelly sauce. With everything priced at 500 yen, it was a great value for the quality. The shop had a crisp design with a raised seating area, suitable for various situations. The friendly shop owner provided flexible responses, making for a satisfying toast despite the somewhat limited menu options.

Located near the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel in Shinsaibashi, this restaurant has a clean and sophisticated interior that truly reflects the atmosphere of Shinsaibashi. I prefer sitting at the counter, which is comfortable and relaxing. I usually order the course menu when trying a new restaurant, and the fresh sashimi with delicious soy sauce and other dishes that come one after another are all light and tasty. As the night goes on, the number of customers decreases, creating a more private and intimate dining experience. Enjoying delicious sake and engaging conversations with the friendly chef (owner) makes the meal even more enjoyable. This place seems like the perfect spot for older gentlemen to bring their female companions or for stylish men to discuss important business matters.

It can be nerve-wracking to be served dishes from the counter at a new restaurant. But don't worry! The chef will talk to you with a friendly smile. We ordered the Omakase course. Since we weren't drinking alcohol, we might have eaten faster than others, but the dishes were served at the perfect timing, allowing us to enjoy our meal in a good mood. Each dish seemed to have been carefully prepared, and they were delicious, making us feel happy. The dish of raw baby sardines mixed with something was especially good. Did they know I like baby sardines? I almost said it out loud (laughs). Having a soup in the middle of the meal is always comforting. It had a citrusy aroma. The green onion oil served with the soba was amazing when mixed with the noodles. When the unusual square beans came out, I got excited and the meat was tender and delicious. It was a satisfying dinner experience.
