I visited "Torisobaya Kirara" in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture for lunch for the first time. The nearest station is Minamisenri on the Hankyu Senri Line, but it seems to take about 20-25 minutes on foot. The restaurant is located in a residential area in Suita City, so it may not be very convenient to visit on foot unless you are a local resident. However, there is a parking lot called "Ikoyatani Visit" about 20m to the east, so it is relatively easy if you go by car. The parking fee is 200 yen per hour, but if you inform the staff, you will receive a 100 yen service coin. I arrived with my second son around 1 pm on a Sunday during the Golden Week holidays. There were already 6 customers waiting in front of the restaurant. * There were also 4 people waiting outside when I left before 2 pm. I purchased food tickets totaling 2,310 yen at the ticket vending machine outside the entrance. ・ Torisobaya Ramen ・ Hyogo Tajima Chicken Bowl Set 1,330 yen ・ Miso Tori Paitan 980 yen ・ Takana Rice 180 yen (complimentary with my son's student ID) After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were seated inside. There are only 8 counter seats in the restaurant. It took about 15 minutes for the food to be served. Due to the small number of seats and careful cooking, the turnover rate at this ramen shop is relatively slow. It is more suitable for those who have time to enjoy delicious ramen rather than those looking for a quick lunch. ◆ Torisobaya Ramen Chicken and pork-based foamy soup with slightly firm medium-thick straight noodles. The toppings include mizuna, rare chicken chashu, purple onions, green onions, and a half-boiled egg. The ramen looks delicious and tastes really good. ◆ Miso Tori Paitan Miso is melted into the default chicken white soup. I tried my son's soup, and it was also very delicious. However, personally, I preferred the default chicken white soup. ◆ Hyogo Tajima Chicken Bowl A bowl with rare chicken chashu and egg yolk with soy sauce dressing. It was surprising to get this delicious side dish for only 450 yen. It can be considered as a side dish that is too delicious. ◆ Takana Rice This time, it was complimentary with my son's student ID, but the amount of takana in the rice is impressive for its original price of 180 yen. The takana is also delicious. There were 3 staff members, 2 men and 1 woman. They provided friendly service without being overly formal. Although it doesn't have the refined atmosphere of a high-class restaurant like Zaitaku, I felt a comfortable and stylish atmosphere similar to a small and elegant izakaya. I would like to visit again when I have more time.

After work on August 14, 2023, I went to a new ramen shop right at 5 o'clock. The place was called "Tamago Kake Men, Dive Meshi". The portion of noodles seemed generous, and the stylish interior and careful cooking caught my attention. The ramen arrived in about 10 minutes, and I could smell the bonito and seaweed as it approached. The noodles looked deliciously soft. At first, I just mixed it all together and took a bite. The rich broth coated the noodles, filling my mouth with flavor. About halfway through, I added some jalapeno vinegar for a tangy and spicy twist, which made the taste even more satisfying. Finally, I finished with the Dive Meshi, enjoying the rice soaked in broth. It was a great experience, and I'm looking forward to coming back. The flavor profile of this restaurant is right up my alley, and the chicken white broth seems like a safe bet too. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the meal.
Today's dinner:
Tamago Kake Men & Dive Meshi - 810 yen
Parking fee - 200 yen

The chicken white broth ramen, made by blending the soup in a blender, was well done despite being slightly salty. The addition of potatoes to give the soup viscosity left a lingering taste on the palate, and the scent of pink pepper may be divisive. Where do they cook the soup?

TKM (Tamago Kake Men) was decided at the entrance vertical sign. The ticket machine is located outside with a TKM push button. The young owner, who was alone, was efficient and sharp in his movements. I watched how to eat TKM on the table and learned. He also provided TKM-specific jalapeno vinegar for flavor variation. He skillfully broke the rich egg over the noodles, mixing it with the soy sauce base at the bottom in a focused manner. The simple toppings without chashu complemented the noodles and tasted delicious. Trying the jalapeno vinegar for flavor variation added a stimulating accent. Mixing in the exotic vinegar and orange vinegar on the table created a complex flavor profile (although just the jalapeno was enough). It feels like it could be even better, but overall, it's a bowl to enjoy the noodles without chashu. I would like to request an extra-large serving option.

I felt like I was in a ramen shop that could easily be among the top 100. The soup was carefully whipped up and the moment I tasted it, the rich flavor of chicken spread throughout my mouth. The noodles also paired well with the soup, with their firm texture and perfect amount of chewiness. I finished it in no time. I'll definitely come back again.

I had chicken broth noodles. It's a trendy restaurant where a handsome owner carefully mixes each bowl at the counter. The creamy soup paired perfectly with the smooth noodles and was delicious. I ordered an extra serving and enjoyed changing the flavor with various types of vinegar. I can go during work, so I want to come back again.

On Sunday at 2 o'clock, visited the restaurant. First, a group of 2 customers arrived, followed by a group of 3 customers. Ordered Shio ramen from the ticket machine. Despite the long line, I decided to try again by coming at a different time. The restaurant had a Japanese-style atmosphere and service. The ramen had a delicate yet rich flavor. I enjoyed the taste of the ramen thoroughly. I also ordered an extra serving of noodles, which were delicious on their own. The variety of vinegar for flavor enhancement was also appealing.

Chicken Paitan Ramen for 950 yen. This is a popular item at a certain franchise store that I've been seeing a lot lately. It was my first visit, so I decided to try their famous Chicken Paitan Ramen. The taste was amazing - the mild chicken paitan soup, blended in a blender to create a creamy texture, paired perfectly with the chewy straight noodles. It's been a while since I've had creamy ramen like this, and it was delicious. I couldn't reach the condiments on the table because of the partition, but I wonder if all restaurants have removed partitions since June. Delicious!

First visit! The exterior is beautiful and the interior is also very clean! There are only about 7 seats at the counter. The cleanliness is 100%! I ordered the chicken broth ramen! The ramen looks carefully made and I started by tasting the soup! It had an elegant flavor and I ended up finishing the whole bowl! The noodles are thick and chewy!

Located about a 5-minute drive from Minami-Senri Station, this ramen restaurant is worth a visit for lunch on weekdays. I ordered the Shimikara Tori Paitan Don Set this time, after trying the basic Tori Paitan ramen on my first visit. The creamy chicken broth soup with spicy seasoning was a perfect combination, and I couldn't help but finish it all. The soft-boiled egg and rare chashu were also delicious. The Tori Paitan Don was also very tasty! I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area and next time, I want to try the Miso Tori Paitan.

JR Kishibe Station if you take the JR train, or Minamisenri if you take the Hankyu train, both locations are inconvenient. Despite this, there were long lines even on weekdays. The restaurant has a small design with only 8 counter seats, and they have a ticket machine system to avoid crowding. I was able to watch the kitchen, and they were frothing the soup with a blender one by one! The more you mix the soup, the milder it becomes, and it was a rich yet refreshing and elegant chicken broth. The slightly flat noodles were deliciously intertwined. I enjoyed the juicy and tender chicken chashu and the half-boiled egg, making sure to savor every bit of the chicken's blessings. The calm and sophisticated atmosphere makes it easy for solo diners to enter.

I had to run an errand nearby and happened to come across this ramen shop! This was the first time I tried ramen that was made with such attention to detail! Isn't the rating on Tabelog too low? haha It wasn't too rich, so it was easy to eat (although I personally prefer rich flavors). The chicken breast on top seemed like it had been cooked more recently, right? It looked kind of undercooked in the menu photo, so I was a bit disappointed. But it was cooked at a low temperature, so it was tender. There were various types of vinegar for flavoring, like orange vinegar and bonito vinegar, placed on the table. When I tried adding them, the ramen turned into a mysteriously refreshing or rich taste. I want to go back again. The staff provided excellent service. ===========

Today, I waited for 30 minutes at Kishira in Suita for lunch, with 2 groups ahead of me. After waiting 10 more minutes to be seated, I finally tried their visually appealing ramen. The creamy soup coated the noodles well, making it delicious. The option to change the flavor with lemon or various vinegars was interesting. The young, handsome owner carefully prepared each bowl, so the turnover rate was a bit slow. Nevertheless, it was delicious.

"Chicken Paitan Ramen Kishira @ Suita City, Osaka" offers chicken paitan ramen for 930 yen. This franchise store of OMO Co., Ltd., which also operates Shimada Seimen Shokudo, serves soup that is heated in a snow pot for each order, resulting in a rich and flavorful broth without being too heavy. The soup has a good balance of umami and sweetness. The noodles are medium-thick, flat noodles with a smooth and chewy texture that complements the soup well. Toppings include green onions, purple onions, mizuna, half a flavored egg, and chashu. The chashu has been changed to grilled pork belly since the incident at other franchise stores. Enjoyable flavor variations can be made with lemon on a separate plate and vinegar on the table. Cashless payment is not accepted.

I knew there was a ramen shop near my house, but I was hesitant to visit due to my age. However, I couldn't resist the feeling of wanting to soothe my tired body, so I decided to go for the first time. The seats had instructions on how to eat the ramen, showing their attention to detail. I took a sip of the soup first... Wow, it's delicious! It's a rich and creamy style ramen, but not too salty, just full of umami flavor. The noodles were medium thickness and curly, perfect for soaking up the soup like a creamy pasta. The noodles didn't overpower the soup, they were just simple and plain. For the finishing touch, I dove the plum rice into the soup, turning it into a risotto-like dish. Overall, it seems they focus on making the soup the star of the show. Despite the high cost, being able to enjoy high-quality ramen with rice for only 1000 yen left me satisfied. Thank you for the great ramen today!

I went to a ramen shop called Kishira for the first time. I had seen it online and was intrigued by the pure white soup, so I had always wanted to try it. It was even more delicious than I had imagined, and the bowl set I had was also great. The color of the egg on the bowl was beautiful, and both dishes were delicious. They had orange vinegar, lemon, and various other flavorings, so you can enjoy different tastes.

I visited Tori Shirayu Soba Kishirou in Suita City. I had been curious about this restaurant since it opened in 2021, and finally had the chance to visit. The menu consists of Tori Shirayu Soba, Miso Tori Shirayu, and Spicy Tori Shirayu. I decided to try the signature Tori Shirayu Soba. The cozy interior with an L-shaped counter surrounding the kitchen exudes a sense of cleanliness. The Tori Shirayu Soba had a creamy soup with whipped foam, rich in chicken umami, and a deep combination of vegetable flavors and sweetness. The toppings such as arugula, mizuna, and green onions complemented the soup well and added a nice texture. The medium-thick noodles had a firm chewiness that stood up well to the rich soup. The large pieces of char siu were seared with a burner, giving them a nice aroma and delicious flavor. Currently, pork char siu is being served. The seasoned egg was also delicious. A lemon was provided on the side for flavor variation, adding acidity and freshness to enjoy the rich bowl of soup till the end. I am curious about the Miso and Spicy options at Kishirou, and I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I'm not a big fan of chicken broth, but because it had good reviews, I decided to give it a try. I purchased a meal ticket from the ticket machine outside the restaurant and waited. A waitress brought me a glass of cold water, which was a nice touch. After a short wait, I entered the restaurant. Inside the kitchen, two young men and the waitress were all wearing ties and aprons despite the hot weather, showing their dedication. Watching them work, I could see the effort they put into each bowl of soup. The chicken broth that was served was rich and authentic, but not too heavy. The noodles were slightly flat and medium-thick, easy to slurp and delicious. The chashu pork looked substantial but was well-seasoned and not overpowering. I was surprised to find that adding lemon to the broth enhanced the flavor even more. I also tried adding orange vinegar, which was a bit too exotic for my taste. My companion ordered the miso chicken broth, which had a great balance of flavors. The waitress even gave us a discount coin for the parking lot. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.

The noodles are custom-made medium-thick noodles, slightly thinner at the tip. The soup is a hearty chicken white broth with a foamy texture. It has a rich flavor but is relatively light, making it enjoyable for those looking for a ramen to finish their meal or for those who don't like greasy dishes. (In fact, a woman in her early 20s who was eating at the same time looked very happy and kept saying how delicious it was.) The table condiments include bonito vinegar, exotic vinegar, and orange vinegar, all of which enhance the flavor without being too overpowering. With a slice of lemon provided, you can enjoy six different flavor variations, including plain and with rice, making it a delight for those who enjoy changing flavors. Before I knew it, the soup was gone, which was surprising. The chicken in the Tajima chicken bowl consists of coarse chicken mince on the bottom layer and thick rare chicken with a lightly seared exterior on the top layer, topped with a rich egg yolk. It is recommended for chicken sashimi lovers. The crunchy texture of the onions is also great. The manager is very refreshing and handsome, and his voice is pleasant. His interactions with local residents and customers were pleasant to watch. When seating us, he immediately brought a basket for our belongings, and the table condiments were on a rotating stand, with spiral chopsticks chosen for easy noodle handling, showing the staff's attention to detail. The interior is clean and calming, attracting couples and female customers.

I had been curious about this restaurant since it opened in 2021. I visited on a Saturday for lunch as I had some errands nearby. I ordered the Chicken White Soup Ramen Dive Meshi Set and the Pork Ginger Meshi. The Chicken White Soup Ramen had creamy white soup with foamy texture, half-boiled egg, rare chicken breast chashu, purple onion, chopped green onion, and mizuna as toppings. It was very delicious with the chewy medium-thick noodles. Adding lemon for flavor variation midway through and finishing with the Dive Meshi at the end allowed me to enjoy different flavors throughout the meal. The Pork Ginger Meshi was also delicious. When I entered, it was during lunchtime and I was able to get in quickly, but when I finished eating and left, there were about 10 people waiting in line. It seems to be a popular place, and I was just lucky to get in without waiting. I would like to try other menu items, so I hope to visit again when I have errands nearby.

The energetic staff, quick preparation, and high-quality soup were all fantastic. They provided a detailed paper on how to eat the ramen while waiting, starting with a sip of the rich and flavorful soup which was not too heavy. I was particularly impressed by the recommended "rare" chicken chashu, which had the perfect thickness and juicy flavor that immediately won me over. The interior of the restaurant was also sophisticated and very clean. I definitely want to go back!
