I felt like slacking off a bit for lunch, so I decided to order takeout pizza after a long time. When I searched online, I found out that it was more cost-effective to pick it up myself rather than have it delivered. So, I went to pick it up instead. I ordered a Quattro, 2 Happies (Shrimp Mayo, Margherita, Domino Deluxe, Charcoal-grilled Chicken Teriyaki), and the Chef's Special Veggie pizza. I also got to choose two side menu items (600 yen) and went with Medium Potato Fries and Medium Chicken Nuggets. It was a nice change to have a junky lunch once in a while. It seemed like they were taking various precautions for hygiene and safety during pickup. I imagine it must be a busy time for delivery and takeout food services, so I hope they keep up the good work. Thank you for the meal!

When you buy a medium-sized pizza at Domino's, you get another one for free. It's like they're angels! There are so many flavors to choose from, making it fun to pick. The second pizza is a small size, but surprisingly filling. Three of us college students shared the two pizzas, and we struggled to finish them in the end (laughs). Every flavor was delicious!

On September 27th, I had promised my kids that we would eat out for lunch, but my middle school son's club activity ran late and he didn't come back even by 1 PM! So, I decided to order from Domino's Pizza at the last minute. They had a promotion for their 29th anniversary where you could get up to 50% off on orders over 3000 yen for a large size pizza. I didn't hesitate and ordered a large size pizza. With a 5% discount for online orders and a mysterious 45% discount for the anniversary, I ended up saving 2107 yen. I'm not sure why it was 45% off, but without that discount, it would have been quite expensive at over 4000 yen. About 20 minutes later, the delivery guy arrived and when I opened the box, I was shocked at how huge the pizza was! It was way too much for the three of us to finish. I had ordered the Cheddar Cheese Roll Quattro with 3 slices each of Special Seafood (tomato sauce), Galbi, Margherita, and Domino Deluxe. We all liked the Margherita the best, which is what we usually order anyway! It had a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top. We ended up with about half of it left. I should have just stuck to our usual order. The leftover pizza was wrapped and put in the freezer for my husband to eat later. A medium size would have been enough for us at home.

If you order Domino's Pizza for takeout, you can get a great deal whether you order one pizza or two or more! My daughter brought home the following items: - Quattro Camembert Mille-Feuille Pizza for $2,800: This pizza has a crispy crust and creamy Camembert cheese topping. It comes with four different flavors: Tomato & Basil, Shrimp & Garlic, Olive & Pancetta, and Ham & Mushroom. - Charcoal-Grilled Chicken Teriyaki for $2,100 (free as the second item): A popular menu item at Domino's Pizza, the charcoal-grilled chicken is juicy and flavorful. The crust has a mayonnaise flavor and is fluffy. - Caesar Salad for $450: A salad made with plenty of fresh vegetables and special Caesar dressing, topped with croutons and Parmesan cheese. This meal was for three people, back when my Dutch boy was still at home. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Until December 3, 2017, during Lucky Week, the takeout price for a medium size pizza is 750 yen instead of 1800 yen, and the Quattro Happy medium size pizza is 810 yen including tax. Even at these prices, it still feels a bit expensive. Why are pizzas so expensive? It's a mystery!
