On September 20, 2018, Thursday, my wife and I made a reservation and visited the restaurant at 6:00 pm. We were the first to arrive and were seated in a private tatami room at the back. We ordered two servings of chanko nabe, which was filled with a variety of ingredients such as vegetables, seafood, chicken, homemade meatballs, tofu, thin fried tofu, and wheat gluten. We waited for the pot to boil while grinding sesame seeds in a mortar. The broth was really delicious, and it got even tastier as we cooked the ingredients. We also ordered fresh mozuku seaweed for the hot pot, which was a popular topping. The restaurant had posters from Izena Island in Okinawa, showcasing premium early-harvested mozuku seaweed. It was chewy and absorbed the broth beautifully. We also ordered some appetizers like raw shirasu with ponzu sauce and homemade nukazuke pickles, which went well with sake. We enjoyed some cold sake, poured generously into a glass and a masu cup. For the finishing touch, we ordered Chinese noodles with special garlic and added a raw egg and fresh mozuku. The ramen was amazing, with the garlic enhancing the flavor even more. We were extremely satisfied and full. The restaurant also offers a LINE coupon with points for discounts and special benefits. We signed up for it and enjoyed a dessert of condensed milk strawberry ice cream. We plan to return with a group of four or more for a drinking course next time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I made a reservation for 6:00 PM on Saturday and visited the restaurant. There was one group of customers before us, and a larger group came in after. It wasn't too busy. The food was decent, nothing to complain about in terms of taste. However, I felt that the cost performance was not very good. The portion looked big, but it was actually smaller than expected. The garlic added to the noodles at the end gave it a strong punch of flavor, which I recommend.

This place is really delicious. The fresh mozuku seaweed is amazing, and when it comes to chanko, I always come here. You can also enjoy various flavor variations, but the highly recommended dish is the champon at the end. It is really delicious when you add plenty of homemade garlic. I would come here just to eat this ramen.

I was recommended by an acquaintance to visit Gotsuan in Nodahanshin. The chanko here is delicious and reasonably priced. There was a lot of bean sprouts at the bottom! The noodles are recommended for finishing off the meal. I left feeling full. Just be careful not to add too much garlic at the end!

I love this chanko restaurant so much! The broth here is really different! Honestly, I used to think that hot pot was all about the ingredients, but I want to beat up my past self for that thought! The soup is so good and it gives me energy. It has depth and richness, and the (probably) domestically grown garlic adds a powerful flavor. As for the ingredients, as you can see in the picture, there are plenty of them and they are very fresh. The vegetables also have a sweetness to them and are delicious. Make sure to make a reservation before going, as it's a popular spot! (Especially in winter, just go once thinking you've been fooled! Please go on your knees!)

I went to Go to for dinner. I ordered chanko, which had common ingredients and tasted light and average.

I had always thought that chanko-nabe was expensive and had never really considered going, but I was wondering if it would be good here. There is a chanko-nabe restaurant in Noda, so I made a reservation with four friends. Chanko-nabe is really good. We talked about work and relationships, and it was a fun and lively atmosphere. It was a great drinking party with a cozy feeling of a hot pot restaurant. I would like to go back when it gets a little colder. I also want to go to a hot pot restaurant in the summer. Looking for drinking buddies who like summer hot pot, haha.

A few minutes from Hanshin Noda Station is a chanko restaurant. I was guided here by a fan, visiting for the first time. For 2000 yen, you can enjoy 22 types of ingredients in a hot pot with the broth made from Tajima Jidori chicken. I thought it was a good value. We ordered a few additional items, including Chinese noodles and rice porridge, and ended up with a full stomach. The idea of using frozen watermelon as ice for watermelon shochu highballs was great. Both tables next to us were having a girls' night out, and we couldn't help but overhear their conversations (laughs). Osaka women are just fantastic. Although it's not an area we can easily visit, if it were closer, I would definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

I had always wanted to come here, but I kept putting it off. I had noticed the place was diligent in updating their chalkboard outside, which finally gave me the push to visit. Even though the place was quite close, I wanted to make sure to come before it fully transitioned into summer. I made a reservation for 2 people, even though the chalkboard stated they preferred complete reservations and I arrived at 8:00 PM, which was not the most considerate timing. The staff had everything prepared, and all that was left was to cook the hot pot. I was intrigued by the side menu, and since they had a good selection of sake and shochu, I ordered some sake. The restaurant had several tables, with a retro and cute vibe, featuring old sumo wrestler photos and name boards. The staff kindly guided me through making the hot pot, as I was a beginner. The hot pot was delicious with 20 different ingredients, most of which were from the owner's father's garden. After the hot pot, we had Chinese noodles and rice porridge, where I encountered the most delicious garlic ever (the owner described it as "deathly delicious"). Despite trying to be mindful of my salt intake, I ended up finishing all the soup. I had a great time chatting with the friendly owner, learning why they had moved and more about their background. Even though they have relocated, I would love to visit again. I'm glad I finally made it here. Thank you for the delicious meal!
