The takeout item is called "Mai Mai Azuki" for ¥550. It is a smooth adult pudding made from rice cooked in soy milk. Inside, there are sweet red beans and rice grains. Please enjoy it with black syrup made from Amakusa's pure black sugar. A new sensation pudding from GRACE MAN CAFE - "Hara Man Riki"!

Located about a 3-minute walk from Shin-Fukushima Station, across from Hanakujira. This is a takeout-only cafe that opened in April 2023, with a rating of 3.0 on Tabelog. The cafe looks big, but it's takeout-only because the main business is a beauty salon. I visited to buy the famous pudding from the renowned sushi restaurant "Kentaro Takahashi," which has a Tabelog rating of 3.84 and is one of the top 100 sushi restaurants. I haven't actually been to Kentaro Takahashi, but just the pudding from a famous sushi restaurant piqued my interest. The "Mai Mai Azuki" pudding costs 550 yen. It's made only with rice and red beans, a creation you'd expect from a sushi restaurant. When you put your spoon in, it feels like cutting through a soft "puff." It's very airy. There's no eggy taste, just the gentle sweetness of rice and the smoothness of soy milk. It's like pudding, but not quite... Instead of caramel sauce, there's a honey-like sauce, adding a gentle sweetness. At the bottom, there are red beans (whole beans, not mashed) and fried rice (puff), which provide a nice accent. It comes in a fairly large jar, but it's light and easy to finish in one go. It's not exactly pudding, but as a unique dessert, it's quite good. Also, the staff was very nice, which is a plus. Thank you for the meal.

At Grace Man Cafe, you can purchase the famous pudding from the hard-to-book restaurant Takahashi Kentaro in Kitashinchi. This shop, which seems to be a sister store of the popular mixed juice shop LA BEL near Fukushima Station, collaborates with a hair salon. You can also buy coffee and beans from Sakimoto Coffee. This time, I tried the rumored pudding. The Maimai Azuki pudding made with rice and red beans costs 550 yen. It's a surprising combination with rice and red beans inside the pudding, cooked with soy milk. The taste is very gentle, and you can also enjoy it with white honey. It's a limited quantity item, so it's likely to sell out. You can also request to reserve in advance. The exclusive cooling bag is simple and cute, making it a great gift or souvenir that will surely be appreciated.

After buying a cake, I noticed they also had takeout coffee, so I got an iced café au lait. They also had a pudding called "Yone Yone Azuki," which turned out to be a smooth soy milk pudding with sweet red beans, offering a nice texture and a Japanese taste. The iced café au lait I had there was slightly bitter and slightly sweet, perfectly quenching my thirst.

On April 1st, a new cafe called GRACEMANCAFE opened in front of Fukushima Tenmangu Shrine, combining coffee and hair salon services in one place. The cafe offers a takeout style, and there is a bench in front of the shop where you can sit and enjoy your drink. My main reason for visiting was to try their pudding! This cafe offers a limited edition pudding from the popular and hard-to-reserve restaurant "Takahashi Kentaro" in Kitashinchi. The pudding is made with rice and red beans cooked in soy milk, without any unnecessary ingredients, making it safe and delicious. It has a gentle and comforting taste with red beans and rice inside. I was thrilled to find out that I could purchase it here as I had tried it a few times at Kentaro's restaurant. The pudding comes with white honey, but I almost forgot to drizzle it on. Even without it, the pudding was delicious. It is available in limited quantities, and reservations can be made. The cafe also collaborates with Sakimoto Coffee for their coffee, and you can even purchase coffee beans. On such hot days, buying a cold coffee to cool off sounds like a great idea. Thank you for the meal! GRACEMANCAFE 06-6454-1166 Osaka, Fukushima-ku, Osaka-shi, Fukushima 2-7-22.
