I chose this restaurant because it seemed easy to enter with children. When I looked at the menu, I found it slightly expensive, but they offered all-you-can-eat small dishes and salad! I was satisfied with the price. The small dishes and salad were delicious, and I even had seconds of the grilled eggplant. For the main dishes, my husband had pork cutlet curry, I had beef bowl, and our daughter had eel. I didn't expect our daughter to eat eel, so I also ordered the beef bowl just in case, but she ended up enjoying the soft eel. Personally, I prefer crispy eel skin, so I wasn't a big fan of it. As for the beef bowl, it was so tender that you almost didn't need to chew it. However, I personally didn't like that texture, it felt like eating corned beef. I was a little disappointed, especially since the small dishes were so delicious. I would like to try other menu items next time for a better experience.

At Daimaru's "Yurahotaru," I had a sweet cutlet curry on a rainy day for lunch. You can go without getting wet to Yurahotaru on the 5th floor of Daimaru Elgar. Previously, the side dishes were buffet-style, but since the coronavirus, they are now served in small dishes. However, the staff still open and close the doors with bare hands and the tongs are shared, which feels a bit lax. Personally, I don't mind, but if you're going to do it, you should do it in a way that won't get criticized. They had a lot of side dishes, and I chose the Ten Hour Cutlet Curry. It came in a deep dish, giving a bowl-like feeling. They simmer the chicken bones and Hidakonbu for ten hours. It's a sweet Japanese-style curry. I wish they would pay a little more attention to the cutlet. Well, you can also have coffee after the meal, and there are few customers, so you can relax.

Furusato Bar Yura Hotaru is a restaurant located in the Daimaru Tenjin Elgala in Fukuoka where you can enjoy dishes made with Saga ingredients. First, there is a salad bar where you can eat plenty of vegetables, which is nice. The variety of vegetables available is a bit different from a regular salad bar, with items like grilled vegetables and oden. The eggs in the oden are served with the shells on, which is unique. I was indecisive about what to order, but ended up choosing the Saga beef sukiyaki. The meat arrived in a hot pot, slightly red and tender, melting in the mouth. Saga beef is not something you come across often, but the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. The sweet and rich soy sauce unique to Kyushu also stood out. They also recommended rice, which was a nice addition. The inclusion of ingredients like onions and komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) was different from Tokyo-style sukiyaki, which was an interesting contrast. The restaurant is spacious, so even during lunchtime, you can get a table without a reservation, and the quick service is appreciated. The steak and hamburger dishes also looked delicious. The rows of Japanese sake bottles outside made me think enjoying a drink made with Saga ingredients would be nice.

I wandered around the restaurant area on the 5th floor of the Daimaru Fukuoka Tenjin, directly connected to Tenjin Station. There were many different shops, but the words "salad bar" caught my eye, so I decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The atmosphere was open and there seemed to be a high ratio of older women. When I looked at the menu, it seemed like a restaurant specializing in Saga beef, with options like steak set and sukiyaki set. I was torn between the two, but either way, it felt like a luxurious lunch. After much deliberation, I chose the sukiyaki set. All sets came with a salad bar and coffee, so I placed my order and headed straight to the salad bar. In addition to fresh vegetables, there were also side dishes available. This was a pleasant surprise. Pickled carrots and turnips, oven-baked carrots, and even oden!? A slightly unusual lineup. The vegetables had a rich, natural flavor, giving me the impression that they were particular about the quality of their vegetables. The sukiyaki was served in a bubbling hot pot, which really whetted my appetite. The perfect cooking, not overdone, was very satisfying. I dipped the sliced onions and meat in the egg before eating, and the sweetness of the onions and the richness of the meat were delightful. Delicious!! The set also came with miso soup and chawanmushi. The miso soup had a sweet taste, typical of the region. Finally, I visited the salad bar again and had crackers with homemade sweet red bean paste and lychee for dessert. I had never tried the combination of crackers and red bean paste before, but the mix of saltiness and sweetness was delicious. It was a very satisfying lunch.

I stopped by this restaurant because I was craving for some meat. I had high expectations as they serve Saga beef, and I decided to order the Saga beef steak set which includes both sirloin and fillet. The Saga beef brand has strict regulations, so being able to enjoy both cuts in a steak set was a great deal. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor with plenty of marbling. I was quite hungry, so I devoured it all. Considering the quality of Saga beef and the fact that you can enjoy both cuts for just around 5000 yen, I think it's a very reasonable price.

I entered the restaurant around 1:30 pm on a regular day. It is located in the restaurant area on the 5th floor of Elgala Higashi Building, right near Tenjin Minami Station. The overall customer base consists of elderly ladies and housewives. I ordered the recommended "Saga beef fillet cut steak" Yurahota set from the staff. Since it was my first visit, I asked about the restaurant's system and was kindly informed that salad, side dishes, pickles, and drinks are available at the buffet. I started by choosing salad and side dishes from the buffet. The vegetables looked delicious, and personally, I was happy to see daikon sprouts available. The marinated carrots and turnips were also very tasty (the marinade is a bit vinegary, so it's best to eat them gradually). The fillet steak arrived about 10 minutes after ordering. It had a strong meaty texture and a strong fatty taste, making it enjoyable. The sauce was on the sweeter side, so it paired well with the green onions, making it even more delicious when eaten together. The grilled vegetables that came with it were overall very light (not greasy). The zucchini and eggplant were very juicy, and the sweet potatoes were incredibly sweet and delicious. After the meal, I went to make coffee, and I could relax with a delicious coffee made from beans using a high-quality machine. The restaurant was spacious, the staff's service was excellent, and it was a wonderful place to visit.

I used this coupon when I had a meal at Daimaru. They offer a buffet-style salad, pickles, and side dishes. This time, I ordered the Saga beef sirloin stone-grilled beefsteak (200 grams) for 5,400 yen. They cook it rare and bring it to you, so you can enjoy it on the hot stone grill to your liking. The meat was tender and delicious, but it had a bit too much fat for my taste. If I had paid the same price, I think I would have been better off going to a teppanyaki restaurant.

On the way to Fukuoka Airport, I decided to stop by Tenjin for a meal. Even though I was in Fukuoka, I searched for a place where I could enjoy Saga's sake, and I found this place! They not only offer Saga sake but also Saga specialties like Saga beef. I started with a Japanese sake called "Nabeshima" and tried their Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo as well. They were all delicious! I also enjoyed their food, especially the lunch set menu which comes with rice refills and access to a salad bar. This restaurant offers a variety of dishes, and everything was really good. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I visited the restaurant street on the 5th floor of Daimaru Elgala East Building for the first time. It was quite lively, not really a hidden gem. It's like a restaurant with a buffet of salads and side dishes, like an antenna shop for Saga? There were Saga beef shabu-shabu and steak, but I had two types of Japanese set meals, sanma and grilled chicken salad bar with a Japanese feel, which was good! Of course, it was delicious! It was a delicious restaurant that is also good for the body!

I went to a department store where I don't often go to buy gifts. When I came to the restaurant area for lunch, I found a new restaurant. It used to be a buffet produced by Kakiyasu, and then another buffet, I think. This time, it was not an all-you-can-eat buffet, but you could choose a main dish, and salads and appetizers were in buffet style. They had steak, seafood bowl, tempura, sukiyaki, and more. I chose the charcoal-grilled chicken set meal. It was around 1200 yen. Rice, miso soup, chawanmushi, and pickles came with the main dish. There were salads (with two dressings), grilled vegetables, simmered fish, gratin, and more. There was only one dessert, but it was too sweet for my liking. I think it's good that there are plenty of vegetables. Thank you for the meal.

Located on the 5th floor of Tenjin Daimaru Elgala, this restaurant focuses on local cuisine using ingredients and sake from Saga Prefecture. It seems like this place used to be a different restaurant before, so I wonder when it opened. The menu offers a wide variety of options such as steak, hamburgers, shabu-shabu, roast beef, grilled fish, rice bowls, curry, etc. The "Yurahota Set" on the menu includes a salad bar, chawanmushi, steamed rice, miso soup, pickles, and coffee for lunchtime only. The salad bar has a good variety of fresh vegetables and cooked dishes. I chose the charcoal-grilled roast beef as my main dish, which comes with the set including salad bar, chawanmushi, steamed rice, miso soup, pickles, etc. The roast beef was delicious and tender, served with sauce and sautéed cabbage. It would have been even better with horseradish. The salad had lotus root chips as a nice touch. The rice, sourced from Saga Prefecture, was shiny and tasty. The miso soup had mushrooms and a rich flavor from barley miso. The pickles included daikon peel and lotus root pickles, as well as shredded daikon. The chawanmushi had simmered taro and kamaboko. The coffee was also included in the set. I enjoyed the half-boiled egg with the roast beef. The steak (listed as bifteki on the menu) that the person next to me ordered looked delicious too. Since it's located inside a department store, it's easy for solo diners to enjoy as well.
