Around noon, I was wandering around this area and starting to feel hungry, so I looked up and found this shop, so I decided to go check it out. It's a food stall type of shop, and since it was raining, I would get wet from the car to the stall, but the staff noticed and came over with an umbrella, saying "Please go ahead, you'll get wet!" Seriously, so incredibly kind and customer-oriented. The customer service was really top-notch. The ordering system was with food tickets. I don't really like that, but many shops do it, so it's common. The recommended ramen was 900 yen, a bit pricey, but with the rising cost of ingredients and labor, it's understandable. Upsize for 200 yen more. They really push the chicken bowl, I get it, I get it. My partner only had the recommended ramen. So, a total of 2500 yen? We were seated at a blue table. Even after we sat down, they continued to talk to us about various things. They asked us to read about how to eat the food in a delicious way until the ordered items arrived. Hmm, interesting. The ramen arrived, first, let's try the soup. Huh? It's a bit sour. Let me try it again, it's the same! It's different from what I imagined. Is the broth too strong? The noodles are good, with a hint of yuzu, refreshing, but, I don't know, maybe it's just personal preference. Is the large serving not enough? The chicken bowl is hot because it's seared, they said, so first try it as it is. Oh, delicious. I'll eat it as instructed! Next, add the egg. Then pour the ramen soup over it. It's getting a bit confusing, but well, it tastes good, doesn't it? Enjoy!
