I went to an izakaya near Shinbashi entrance. The atmosphere inside was mostly young couples, not really for older men. They recommended the motsu (offal) and maguro (tuna), so I tried the motsu yaki mix and maguro katsu. The drinks were good too, and the staff's service was excellent. The first floor is standing room only, so it might be good for solo diners. Thank you for the meal.

This restaurant, despite being a popular izakaya, exudes a unique atmosphere with its bright red lighting. It is a two-story building, with the first floor being a standing-style bar. Despite being newly opened, it is already fully booked. It is recommended to visit with 2-4 people to try their specialty dishes. It has the potential to become a new spot in the Ginza corridor area, replacing a certain store. #Hormone Mix #Tuna Rare Cutlet #Tuna Chopped #Sweet Potato Tempura #Macaroni Salad

A sense-filled izakaya with a lingering touch of an adult shop? Known for its drinks and dishes, with a reliable and outstanding quality. Unlike the bustling and flashy atmosphere of other nearby shops, this place offers a more relaxed and enjoyable experience, thanks to the friendly owner. Their motsu (offal) dishes are said to be exceptional. They also regularly stock a variety of sake, making it a place to look forward to in the future.

Just one signal away from Shinbashi Station. The adult izakaya under the viaduct is popularly known as the "adult shop of sake" (definitely not obscene). The eye-catching sexy exterior (not obscene) stands out amidst the chaos of Shinbashi, resembling a theater where the izakaya becomes a stage play. Serving ingredients like hormone and maguro but using carefully selected ingredients, elevating the taste to a higher level. In that sense, it's a red lantern, but with a touch of sophistication in its food and drink lineup. Whether it's your first time at an izakaya or you're a seasoned regular, this place is enjoyable for everyone. Start your sake journey here, climb the stairs, and head towards Ginza...

I discovered a new restaurant in Shinbashi that opens early! This place opens from 4 pm, and it has a modern izakaya theme with neon lights and red decor. The first floor is a standing bar area. On my first visit, I ordered sake. I started with Kazenomori, and for the second drink, I let the staff choose and they gave me a complimentary drink. We toasted and had a good time. I didn't order food this time as I was planning to have dinner elsewhere, but the menu looked great with a variety of appetizers. It was a nice spot for a quick pre-dinner drink. I will definitely come back!

A collaboration between Minadein and Timey, this shop operates with spot workers for all positions except regular employees. While many shops are digitalizing orders and payments due to labor shortages, this shop instead focuses on increasing interactions between staff and customers. The first floor is standing room only, while the second floor has table seating. With its youthful vibe and red lighting, it's a photogenic spot.

"All part-time workers at Timee?! Timee and Minadesign have created this izakaya. The atmosphere is as you can see, bright red, fresh, and lively. There were no part-time workers on the first floor, so I didn't know much, but the food is simple. The stewed motsu (offal) was delicious! The cost performance is decent. Looking forward to more in the future."

In May 2023, I had dinner at a restaurant in Shinbashi. Located right outside the Ginza exit of JR Shinbashi Station, I found "THE Akatoudeng" under the guard. This place offers a unique dining experience and is known as a "sake adult shop" that is actually a wholesome izakaya. I enjoyed dishes like simmered tripe, octopus, morning harvest vegetable sticks, vegetable stir-fry omelette, and salt ramen. The staff was friendly, and I had a great time at this unique establishment.

A seductive izakaya, glowing in red, has opened under the elevated tracks connecting Shinbashi Station to the Ginza area and Corridor Street. The concept of this bar is based on an adult shop for alcohol. It is operated by the group that runs Karasumori Hyakuyaku, a popular company in Shinbashi, so it was already crowded soon after opening! The first floor is for standing and the second floor is for sitting, but it seemed like the second floor was already full. The interior of the shop matches the name, with a deep red and seductive atmosphere. While I thought it was an interesting concept, a colleague in their 50s said their eyes were getting tired from the bright lights. Well, this place seems to target young people to address the issue of decreasing alcohol consumption among the youth, so maybe it's not really for us! The food was nothing special, but the mixed grilled hormone dish is worth trying. I'm curious about other items on the menu like salt ramen. I'll definitely visit again when I have more time.

Delicious! The cheese marinated in soy sauce was especially good! The service was also great, with a friendly male staff member and a female staff member who seemed to be a fan of idols named Miki. I would definitely want to stop by again when I come to Shinbashi!

It has a relaxed atmosphere, but the main customers are mostly office workers. This is a collaboration between Minadein, which operates multiple successful restaurants in Shinbashi, and Skima Bait and Timey. The interior and menu are trendy, and the staff from Skima Bait provide excellent service. It's a place where you can feel the new style of dining. It's also convenient as it's easily accessible from Shinbashi Station without getting wet. Being able to easily explain the reason for choosing this restaurant is a helpful point for organizers, so overall, it's a great choice with its concept.
