I searched for a restaurant near Umeda Station on the same day and found a great deal at a place called "Wasshoi Sakaba Matsuri". I ordered yakitori and beer as my first dish. The yakitori was delicious, with a great flavor that intensified as I chewed. The chicken skin was also excellent, thick and perfectly grilled with a crispy outside and juicy inside. The grated yam with wasabi pickles was also amazing, with a soft texture, a hint of wasabi spiciness, sweet sauce, refreshing cucumber, and seaweed flavor that all blended perfectly. The taste was so good that it felt like a wrestling match with a steel chair - almost too good to be true. The highball was so good that I kept ordering more. The chicken liver had no unpleasant smell and had a slightly bitter taste that was delicious. The liver here is really tasty. Overall, this place is delicious. I will definitely visit again if I have the chance to drink around here.
