During a short break, I went to a cafe with 10 people. I thought the seats would be scattered, but to my surprise, there was a long table in the back! It was a large table where around 20 people could sit. After sweating from visiting a grave, I couldn't resist ordering a sweet hojicha latte. I chose the cold version in a regular size. I used d points and paid the remaining 127 yen with PayPay. It was a flavor that adults would enjoy, with a nice balance of bitterness and sweetness. I think I might get hooked on it.

When passing through Shinbashi, I always stop by here for a break. It's conveniently located on the JR and Ginza Line. Every time I look back at my past visits, I'm surprised, but this time I had the croque monsieur again. It's delicious with plenty of cheese. Thank you for the meal.

When it comes to morning sets, my favorite is the jumbo ham and lettuce sandwich. The crispy lettuce on freshly baked bread is delicious. It has become a regular part of my morning routine. It's a shame that I can only eat it during breakfast hours. I wish they would offer it at other times too. Whenever I visit Excelsior, I always order it. Thank you for the meal!

I got off at Shimbashi Station on 5/22, it was just before 9 am and I wanted to have a light breakfast. There was an open cafe right by the ticket gate, Excelsoir. I used a coupon to upgrade my drink size and got a cafe latte in large size. I also ordered a ham and lettuce sandwich. It took a bit of time to be served, but the sandwich wasn't too hot, just a simple ham and lettuce sandwich with tomato. The cafe latte was good, as expected from a well-known chain. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I arrived a little after 8 o'clock and was able to be seated immediately. I ordered the morning set for 520 yen (coffee and a croque monsieur). The croque monsieur was made with ham and sliced cheese on toast, baked until the cheese was gooey and delicious! The coffee was consistently good! Thank you for the meal♪

After finishing work, I stopped by for a coffee break. The café had a spacious first and second floor, with a designated room for electronic cigarettes. I ordered a hot coffee and Earl Grey tea, both served in generous portions. The cheesecake was sweet with little acidity, and the crust had a hint of Oreo flavor. Enjoying coffee during a break from work is a soothing experience for the busy mind.

I had breakfast today at Excel Coffee in Shinbashi Station. The shop is located near the Shiodome exit. I ordered a croque-monsieur and coffee. The juicy ham and cheese combination was amazing. It was just the right amount for breakfast. Thank you for the meal.

My feet are tired! I want to get some sugar soon! So I wandered around Shinbashi and ended up at Excelsior Cafe. It was a little crowded inside as it was past 4 pm on a Saturday. There seemed to be a lot of counter seats for solo customers. Perhaps this is because of its location directly connected to the station. I ordered coffee and apple pie (754 yen). The apple pie was warmed up and deliciously hot.

On a holiday in Shiodome, feeling tired from walking and wanting to take a break before getting on the train? Then this spot in front of the underground exit of Shinbashi Station is convenient. My recent favorite at Excelsior Cafe is the Uji Matcha Latte (S) for 418 yen. I ordered it and watched them carefully make it with latte art. The latte, filled in a large mug, had a comforting blend of matcha aroma and warm milk that helped melt away my fatigue. It was a nice choice of drink. It can get crowded during weekdays, but on weekends, it was surprisingly quiet due to the office district being off. While it seems that foreign visitors are starting to return to the streets, it might take a while longer for Japanese people to come back.

I wanted to take a break at the Excelsoir cafe near Shinbashi Station when I was feeling a little tired, so I ordered a coffee. I didn't know how to comment on the taste of the coffee, but it was good for a change of mood.

Horizontal Sosen Line, at Escellier right after exiting the B1 ticket gate from the underground platform at Shinbashi Station for a quick time adjustment (@ ̄ρ ̄@) Drip coffee in size S for ¥305- The store is longer inside than it looks from the entrance, and there is a designated smoking area as well. Oh! They allow cigarettes here too. Is this an oasis for smokers? (-。-)y-゜゜゜

After lunch, I had some free time so I decided to check out this place. It's located just a 1-minute walk from the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line exit towards Wing Shinbashi. It's right in front of the JR East Shinbashi Station Shiodome underground exit. Excelsoir is a sister store of Doutor, so you can feel comfortable going in. A cup of coffee costs 305 yen, which is a bit more expensive than Doutor's 224 yen, but Excelsoir's mug seems to have a larger quantity compared to Doutor's small cup. The majority of the seating is for solo customers, with mainly counter seats and acrylic dividers between each seat. There are also a few small round tables near the entrance, with two tables for two people and one table for one person. The clientele consists mainly of office workers, with few young students in sight. Being underground, the place is quiet and peaceful. It's a convenient spot for those passing through Shinbashi for work, with a bit of extra time to spare.

I had some morning errands in Melo Melo Shimbashi in the morning, so I stopped by for a cafe latte and, for some reason, a brownie. I know it's calorie overload in the morning, but I couldn't resist. The barista today made a latte with a soft milk foam that was like a work of art! It was so good that I almost forgot it was just a regular coffee shop. The brownie was not too rich and paired perfectly with the latte. If you start your day with a drink like this, even the salarymen and office ladies in Shimbashi will be charmed.

Chocolate banana pound cake for breakfast, because toast seems too dry. This pound cake is a bit dense and moist. Located outside Shinbashi Station, on the way towards Shiodome from the Ginza Line, it's a very convenient spot that I use occasionally. I have it with coffee, no milk or anything added. The chocolate banana combination has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. It's like a grown-up version of banana chocolate. I don't want something heavy and chocolatey in the morning, but this kind of treat gives me a little boost.

Excelsoir located in front of the Shiodome underground ticket gate at JR Shinbashi Station. The shop has a prime location right after the ticket gate, and customers start coming in as soon as it opens at 7 am. Inside the shop, there is a counter right at the entrance with two staff members ready to assist. Further back, there is a counter where drinks are handed over. There are mainly counter seats facing the wall and also some tables for two. Although there are plenty of seats towards the back, it seems crowded, with reservation cards available to secure a seat. A notable feature is that Excelsoir is part of the Doutor chain, so there is a smoking room. While the smoke is contained inside, seats near the smoking room may have a slight smell, so it's best to avoid them if you are sensitive. In the morning, there are four types of morning sets available, and most customers come for these sets. I tried the Thick Toast Plate Morning Set (460 yen), which comes with a salad consisting of lettuce, red onions, and cherry tomatoes with a tangy French dressing. The toast is thick but slightly soft, with a hint of yellow color. It seems to be made with a high-quality bread using eggs, milk, and butter. The highlight of this plate is the butter, which is generously provided and adds a rich flavor to the toast. I paired it with an iced coffee, which was refreshing and easy to drink. As I age, I find that a light breakfast like this is just right, and the affordable and satisfying morning sets offered by the shop are quite appealing.

I had a Croque Monsieur at Excelsior Caffé Wing Shimbashi store. Croque Monsieur is a French snack where ham and cheese are sandwiched between toast, lightly fried in butter in a pan, and then spread with bechamel sauce. I enjoyed it as part of the morning set with iced coffee. Personally, it would be nice if Croque Madame with a fried egg on top was also available as an option. Thank you for the meal.

After enjoying a delicious hamburger, I naturally felt like having coffee, so I came here. It's a convenient location to transfer between Toei lines. Lately, I've been more into lattes than black coffee. I enjoy the latte art at different shops. The art here was pretty normal, but the heart was a nice touch. It was delicious. Thank you.

I really value this place. I often use it for meeting in Shinbashi. I choose this as a substitute for breakfast, and I quite like Excelsoir's baked goods. The pound cake is moist and satisfying, so I really appreciate it. I usually have it with black coffee with cinnamon and honey. The cinnamon aroma is strong, which may be tough for those who don't like it, and the sweetness of honey makes it a good breakfast. While enjoying the delicious food, I always think that the morning set is a better deal.

I went to the Excelsoir Cafe Wing Shimbashi store in Shimbashi. The shop is located in the underground passage of Shimbashi Station. Inside the store, there are non-smoking and smoking areas. First, I ordered a "Drip Coffee M" for 357 yen at the counter. When asked if I wanted to enjoy it in the store, I replied, "Yes." The drip coffee was hot and delicious. I sat at an empty table, checked my schedule for the day, and suddenly thought about something. If I had taken it to go, the consumption tax would have been 8%, but the difference was only about 6 yen. It's not worth worrying about (laughs). Can they please stop the silly system where prices change for take-out? Thank you for the meal.

After exiting the ticket gate at Shinbashi Station on the Ginza Line and heading towards the Yurikamome, I found this Excelsior café in the underground passage. It is affiliated with Doutor, so you can use Doutor's value card here. Due to the tax increase, the price of a cup of coffee varies between in-store and take-out. A small size (S) take-out coffee costs 300 yen including tax. The coffee is extracted from a machine, so it is served quickly. Despite being a small size, the cup was large and the quantity was surprisingly good. The machine-extracted coffee has a good aroma and is served hot. It has some acidity, but it's not unpleasant. A mild bitterness gradually emerges, but it's not overpowering. Overall, it was simply delicious.
