Located north of the prestigious Osaka Prefectural Sakurazuka High School, this is a specialty pudding shop. The signature menu item is the original "Uff Pudding" for ¥290, a luxurious pudding made with vanilla beans, coated with original sugar and baked with a burner after ordering. Other items include "Uff Cheese (Plain, Chocolate) for ¥120" and "Fresh Chocolate Sandwich for ¥280," among other baked goods. The highlight is definitely the variety of pudding options, such as Caramel Sauce for ¥290, Plain, Matcha, Chocolate, Cafe Latte, Strawberry Milk, and Soy Milk Black Sesame for ¥270 each. The manager mentioned that there are seasonal limited edition products available, including U.M.P (Uff Momo Pudding) and U.G.P (Uff Grapefruit Pudding), both priced at ¥290 each. I decided to purchase two Uff Puddings, one Momo Pudding, and one Grapefruit Pudding for a total of ¥1,253. Upon tasting them at home, the original Uff Pudding was a delightful creme brulee with a crispy caramelized top and a creamy vanilla bean-infused custard underneath. It was rich and not overly sweet, truly delicious. The U.M.P had three layers - a pudding cream base, sliced white peaches in the middle, and peach jelly on top. I opted to start with the peach, reminiscent of the luxurious canned peaches I enjoyed as a child. The peach jelly had a refreshing summer-like flavor, and the final touch of the pudding cream was a perfect finish. Overall, both puddings were delicious and brought back nostalgic memories. I would definitely want to have them again. Bon appétit!
