In the morning, while wandering around Kuromon Market, I decided to purchase an iced coffee from a shop with a nice atmosphere. I ordered a 300 yen iced coffee, which had a perfect balance of bitterness that I liked. I finished it in no time. I think iced coffee is the best during hot summers.

I walked around Kuromon Market and got tired, so I took a break with a hot coffee. The shop didn't have seating, so I bought it to go. The coffee was not too bitter and easy to drink. They also sell coffee beans, and I saw some people choosing and buying different beans. It's fun for coffee lovers to see all the variety of beans. Having a coffee made me feel refreshed. It's cold outside, so a warm drink is much appreciated.

I have known this shop for a long time, but this was my first time going in. They sell coffee beans at the store, with the most expensive being Blue Mountain No.1. The coffee beans range from 100g for 500 yen to 2500 yen.

After leaving Nihonbashi Fuji, my friend and I started talking about sea urchin and salmon roe, so we decided to head back to Tsukiji Market after a long time. The market was still bustling with Chinese and Korean tourists, and we could only hear Japanese from the shopkeepers. As we walked south from the north side, we caught a whiff of delicious coffee near Green Beans Parlor... Despite my friend being a coffee enthusiast who even owns a Nespresso machine, I managed to convince him to stop and try the freshly ground coffee for only 200 yen. We ended up ordering a hot coffee to savor the aroma of freshly ground beans. The coffee had a mild bitterness and a slightly strong acidity, leaving a refreshing and delicious taste.

On September 30, 2016, when I visited Kuromon Market, I had a quick coffee break at "Green Beans Parlor". The market was bustling with tourists from overseas. I had the option to choose between hot or iced coffee for 200 yen, and I chose iced. The coffee blend they offered was called "House Blend", a blend of specialty coffees from various countries. I enjoyed my coffee outside the shop, and I found it to be a bit more acidic than the coffee I usually drink. Despite not being a big coffee drinker, I found it surprisingly delicious. Thank you for the meal!

On September 30, 2016, I invited a friend to visit the Sen-nichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street in Namba because I wanted to buy new dishes. First, we enjoyed a late lunch at the "Sento-se Honten" located behind Namba Grand Kagetsu, where we tried Osaka's specialty dishes called "Niku-sui" and "Kodama" (tamagokake gohan). After that, we bought three flat plates that I wanted. Next, we headed to the Kuromon Ichiba Market, just a 5-minute walk away, to get autumn delicacies like "sanma" (Pacific saury) and "matsutake" mushrooms. The narrow streets were bustling with Asian tourists, and we first visited the coffee specialty store "Green Beans Parlor" at the intersection. We bought a House Blend Coffee Cold for 200 yen (tax included) at the takeout corner. We enjoyed the iced coffee in front of the store as a break. The store had various unroasted coffee beans displayed in sacks and wooden barrels for sale. They seemed to roast the beans upon ordering. The "House Blend" we tried was a unique blend with no sweetness, a strong aroma, acidity, and richness, with a distinct bitterness. Although sugar sticks and milk were provided, I decided to enjoy the strong bitterness by drinking it black. The coffee had a strong bitterness but was surprisingly easy to drink due to its pleasant aroma, slight acidity, and richness. Now, let's navigate through the tourists and get some ingredients for dinner to enjoy the blessings of autumn! Bon appétit! (●^o^●)

Located at the corner of a street running north to south in the middle of Namba Nihonbashi's Kuromon Market in Osaka, this coffee shop used to sell coffee beans but has now started selling coffee to cater to the increasing number of foreign tourists. Priced at 200 yen per cup, their coffee is a popular choice for tourists looking to cool down in the hot weather. The iced coffee, in particular, is delicious and stands out from chain coffee shops. However, the service may lack a bit of friendliness, possibly due to the overwhelming number of foreign tourists with different manners and customs.

Green Beans Parlor is a coffee bean store that specializes in high-speed hot air roasting. They have a variety of green beans displayed in rows. I noticed a tasting corner, so I thought maybe you can sample before buying? Turns out, customers can enjoy a cup while waiting for their beans to be roasted, or even if they're just planning to buy. Even though they advertise free tastings, I sort of had to ask for a sample before making a purchase. I tried the organic blend, which was tasty but lacked a bit of impact for me. So, I ended up choosing my favorite, the Kilimanjaro. They use a machine to roast the beans, which seemed to take some time, so I decided to come back later to pick them up. When they were ready, I also received a bonus of fresh coffee. The bag they gave me is designed to keep the coffee beans fresh by releasing gases produced by the beans outside the bag. Maybe that's why the aroma of the coffee was so strong. Overall, despite the disappointing customer service, I enjoyed the delicious coffee.

■ June 27, 2010 Serra do Bourbon Pi Berry 100g for 380 yen ★※ A rich cocoa flavor using only Bourbon beans with deep richness and sweetness. @ The acidity and spicy aroma unique to Kenya are quite satisfying. The high transparency taste is elegant and refreshing, but slightly lacking in punch. However, at a special price of 380 yen, there is nothing to complain about. ■ June 12, 2010 Kenya Red Mountain 100g for 380 yen ★4※ The refreshing richness with a clear aftertaste is a feature. @ The impressive taste with a strong cocoa flavor in the aftertaste is elegant. However, the subtle finish and overall subdued taste leave me slightly unsatisfied. ■ May 30, 2010 Malagos Jippe 100g for 390 yen Limited product Grind 7 ★3※ A satisfying finish with a strong richness and cocoa flavor. @ The strong cocoa flavor in the aftertaste is impressive, and the refined taste is appealing. However, the subtle aroma and overall subdued finish leave me a bit wanting. ■ May 21, 2010 Cantelija 100g for 450 yen Limited product Grind 6 ★4 Strong※ A refreshing richness with a clear aftertaste. @ A clear, pure richness with a strong aroma and sweetness in the aftertaste, creating a good refreshing taste. ■ April 11, 2010 Rwanda Mibirichi 100g for 400 yen Grind 7 ★2.5⇒★3.5 Upward revision @ This is surprising! I had previously rated this bean as mediocre, but after accidentally forgetting the brand and repurchasing, I realized how delicious it is. The taste has clarity, a good balance of acidity and bitterness, and sufficient sweetness and richness. This bean now ranks high on my repurchase list. However, the variation in taste for the same type of bean raises questions about quality consistency. ■ March 11, 2010 Costa Rica Spring Valley Mountain 100g for 370 yen ★4 Pending※ 100% Bourbon, environmentally friendly specialty coffee @ A refreshing acidity and transparent richness are preferable, with a sweet and mellow aftertaste. However, it lacked the punch I experienced before. ★ There is no change in my evaluation this time, but if my satisfaction is not enough next time, I will consider a downward revision. The impression of the same type of bean changing may be a characteristic of "live products." ■ March 22, 2010 Haiti Cafe Terlonge 100g for 480 yen ★4 Strong※ A refreshing acidity and subtle sweetness @ This bean has a satisfying richness, with a good amount of sweetness and a refreshing acidity, which I prefer. However, the lack of a strong aroma is disappointing. If it had a strong aroma, it would be a ★4.5 in terms of quality. ■ November 18, 2009 Kuromon Gourmet Blend ★3 100g for 330 yen ※ The best aroma suitable for Kuromon (our most popular item) @ The richness and aroma are safe and it is a delicious coffee that everyone will enjoy. ■ November 29, 2009 Kenya Red Mountain Pi Berry ★3 100g for 460 yen ※ Kenya's unique citrus acidity and spicy aroma @ Sharp acidity with a slight lack of sweetness, a bit more mellowness would be preferable. ■ December 11, 2009 Traja Ariosto G-1 ★3 Strong 100g for 440 yen ※ Sweet richness with a subtle acidity @ The Traja I knew in the past was spicy, so I had it medium roasted and ground to emphasize the acidity. The finish is sufficient and it is a delicious bean. ● December 21, 2009 Organic Mexico ★4 100g for 370 yen @ Light acidity with little bitterness, deep richness, and mellowness.

Located in the middle of Kuromon Market, Coffee Beans is a takeout-only shop that offers specialty coffee beans. They roast the beans after you place your order, and you can purchase them starting from 300g. A 300g roast takes about 30 minutes, so you can explore Kuromon Market while you wait for it to be ready. The warm air from the roasting process and the delicious aroma of the beans fill the shop. They let you taste samples and help you pick beans based on your preferences. Customers often say, "Every bean is fresh and delicious!" which shows their credibility. The coffee's frothiness when brewed and its drinkability prove their quality. The shop is popular among office workers taking a coffee break, but the minimum purchase of 300g might be a bit too much for individuals, leading some customers to become addicted to coffee.
