From the high level of roasting, one of the first coffee shops coffee lovers in Osaka mention is Aoma Coffee. On this day, I tried the Peru and El Salvador blends as a hot drink. The Peru had a very clean taste, while the El Salvador had a unique sweetness that was truly exquisite. Both coffees offer a change in flavor as they cool down, making it an enjoyable experience. Located in the competitive cafe area of Honmachi, Aoma Coffee is a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts. Thank you for the delicious experience.

A friend brought me here as they know the owner. The interior is simple and stylish with only a counter. There is a large roaster at the back. They have a variety of beans to choose from, which makes it fun to pick. I had a recommended brew (forgot the name) and it was delicious. I will definitely visit again. ♡

I forgot to take a picture of the coffee. This time it's Kenya, a simple process without fermentation. Among the latest specialty coffee shops, some have distinct coffee characteristics but can be too strong to drink until the end. This place is different, with a good balance. There is no flashy fermentation, but it has a delicious taste that makes you think, "Ah, this is the true taste of coffee."

☆彡I visited a shop that I had been interested in for a while. The building was under construction with scaffolding set up, but the first floor was open for business. The coffee drinking area inside the shop had about 6 seats, and it was always full with customers. They specialize in lightly roasted single origin coffee. I ordered Ethiopian beans based on the fruity aroma I prefer, recommended by the staff. They brewed the coffee using modern equipment with hand drip method. The freshly brewed coffee had a pale amber color, which got me excited. The Ethiopia LALESA Wolisho & Dega (500 yen) had a vibrant and fruity aroma from the first sip. The gentle acidity on the tip of the tongue was pleasant, followed by a subtle sweetness in the aftertaste. I wanted to savor every sip slowly. The initial strong aroma made me anticipate the changes in the later part of the coffee, so I saved most of it for the second half. The gentle acidity transformed into a dark cherry-like flavor towards the end, with a lingering sweetness and a deep aftertaste that left me in a happy mood for a long time. I got information about this shop from coffee enthusiasts, but I should have visited earlier since it was so good. I look forward to trying out different beans regularly. I also have an Instagram account @ginjirou.star.

I visited the coffee shop "aoma cofee" near Honmachi Station, located along Donbutsu Street. The stylish interior is perfect for a break in the office district. They offer carefully selected beans, so my expectations were high! I ordered the Colombian coffee for 600 yen. It had a great aroma and was very flavorful! It was delicious when freshly brewed, and the taste changed as it cooled down, becoming even more delicious. I recommend it to those who like lightly roasted coffee! I had a meaningful break during work with delicious coffee. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the cafe right after it opened. It is a popular cafe with a simple, industrial feel. The seating is limited to three small chairs as it is primarily a standing cafe. You order and pay at the counter. I ordered an iced latte made with Brazilian beans that have a good balance of acidity and bitterness. They also sell financiers from PONY PONY HUNGRY, a bakery in Higobashi, so I got one to go with my latte. The latte was served in a round glass and they recommended stirring it well before drinking. It was so delicious, even for someone like me who isn't a coffee expert. The financier was also tasty and a perfect match for the latte. I saw some negative reviews on Google, but my experience was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. There is a limit of 3 photos per customer, and currently, taking pictures of the round counter area is not allowed. It's important to be mindful of photography etiquette not only at this cafe but in general.

"A small cafe in Honmachi called "aomacoffee" offers iced lattes for 550 yen and financiers for 280 yen. It's a standing coffee roastery where photography is prohibited at the popular photo spots near the entrance. It seems like there were too many people taking photos near the entrance, causing inconvenience."

Suddenly received an invitation for a meeting. Due to the current situation, it had been a while since we last met, so I immediately agreed to the proposal. On the day of the meeting, I decided to bring a gift and headed to Nihonbashi to buy some Japanese sweets that I had been curious about. Arriving a bit later than planned, I found myself in a line that seemed to be around 30 meters long. Despite feeling a bit hesitant, I managed to make the purchase after waiting for an hour and a half. As I left the store, I realized that I had some time to spare before heading to the meeting. I decided to take a break and adjust my schedule by having a cup of tea somewhere around Chuo-dori. That's when I noticed a simple and cool-looking space tucked away on the first floor of a building surrounded by scaffolding. It turned out to be a coffee stand with a sleek interior and a roasting machine in the back. With only one customer inside, I ordered a latte and waited for it to be brewed while standing by the wall. The fragrant aroma slowly filled the air as I watched the meticulous brewing process. The calm and cool atmosphere of the place helped me relax. The counter displayed a variety of colorfully labeled bags of original roasted beans for sale. They seemed to offer a refreshing flavor profile overall. Once my latte was ready, I received it with a heart-shaped art on the caramel-colored creamy foam. The smooth and fine foam left a lasting impression. The fruity and refreshing taste, along with the pleasant aftertaste, instantly lifted the fatigue from standing for so long. I wondered when this place had opened, and the staff mentioned it was around half a year ago, just before summer. It made sense why it didn't look familiar to me. Enjoying a leisurely moment sipping my latte and engaging in a brief coffee chat, I made the most of the in-between time before heading to the meeting venue with my gift in hand.

Now that I've finished shopping, I'll walk back to JR Osaka Station for some exercise. Maybe I'll come across a new shop on the way! As I walk, I stumble upon a stylish coffee stand and order an iced latte. They made it a bit sweet, so it was really enjoyable. The cool and trendy atmosphere inside the shop is very relaxing!

A stand specializing in freshly roasted coffee opened by someone who used to work at "EMBANKMENT coffee." The shop features a large roaster and a spacious counter, with a small bench and two chairs. They offer about five types of drip coffee, mainly light roasts. I tried the Brazilian coffee, which had a vibrant flavor. They also serve baked goods from "PONY PONY HUNGRY," and I paired my coffee with a honey financier for 280 yen. The cake had a dense yet moist texture, with a rich flavor. It was interesting to taste the pear puree in it. I look forward to trying their latte next time!

A coffee shop with a rotary system opened on the street of textile wholesalers in Osaka Honmachi Donike-Suzuki. The owner, who founded EMBANKMENT Coffee, received a roasting machine from the popular coffee shop Weekenders Coffee in Kyoto and started his own business. Their specialty is light roasting, which brings out the clean and sweet nuances of the beans. They also use custom-made cups with a thin rim to enhance the taste of the coffee. They sell snacks from PONY PONY HUNGRY in Higo Bridge, Edobori, and plan to collaborate with various sweets in the future. The photo shows an iced latte (550 yen).

A stylish coffee shop opened in Funamachi. Even though there is no signboard, the customers never stop coming. They offer both takeout and simple eat-in options. You can also buy beans only. I ordered the recommended Colombian drip coffee. They take their time to brew it slowly. The description includes tropical fruits, orange, and honey. It has a tangy taste, a good aroma, and a refreshing coffee. It had a fruity fragrance. There may not be any other places around here where you can drink it. The cup was thin, and the shop's attention to detail could be felt in the dishes.

It was delicious! I'm more of a latte person, so I got it iced. It was rich and just how I like it, but being iced made it refreshing and easy to drink. I definitely want to go back!

Exciting appearance. The slightly heavy door is also very nice. I ordered today's special coffee. There were several types of light roast available. It's fun to taste the flavor change depending on the temperature.
