I used "Rakuraku" with my friend for a meal. The place is a building with Mita Seimenjo ramen shop on the first floor, located on the right side as you climb up Dogenzaka. It's quite easy to find. It's also close to the station, so the access is good. This time, as it was my first visit, we used the course with yakitori and hot pot. The all-you-can-eat yakitori has a wide variety. You can also choose from kimchi cheese hot pot and salt chan-chan hot pot. And with 3 hours of all-you-can-drink, it's too cheap. The restaurant has a Japanese modern taste interior. It's Shibuya, so it's noisy, but this place is relatively quiet even though there are quite a few customers. The all-you-can-drink options are plentiful. That's the best part. The course starts with light appetizers, and you can also enjoy all-you-can-eat fried foods like potatoes and karaage. The karaage is thick and juicy. For the main yakitori, you can choose the salt sauce. There are various cuts and vegetable options, so you won't get tired of eating until the last order. Time flies when you're eating delicious food. I was quite full, but was pleasantly surprised by the high cost performance at the checkout. Next time, I'll use it for a group gathering!

This restaurant, where you can drink cheaply, was often mentioned in conversations with friends. I had wanted to go there once before, but never had the chance. Since it was close to where I live, I called and they said they had availability, so I stopped by. Thank you for the meal.

We used it in a large group. We reserved a sofa seat with all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat at the restaurant. Initially, 5 dishes were served, followed by ordering from the all-you-can-eat menu. Often, the amount of the initial menu is so much that you can't move on to the all-you-can-eat, but this store was very reasonable and the amount was just right. The yakitori and cheese potatoes were especially delicious. The all-you-can-drink also included beer and wine at a very reasonable price. We ordered a plate as a surprise, and they played music and the staff were very friendly, joining in the celebration and making it a wonderful time. The staff were really friendly, quick to respond to orders, and very lovely. We will visit again.

I used the all-you-can-eat course (1,980 yen) on a regular night, but with seating fees and a 3-drink minimum, it ends up costing at least 3,500 yen per person. There are three staff, all foreigners who don't speak much Japanese, including for cooking. The food comes out in six items at first, and you can order more after finishing those. The first item was a sweet appetizer, which my friend tried. The second was a vegetable salad, pretty average. The third was a duck meat appetizer, kind of like ham. The fourth was five pieces of yakitori. The staff said more was coming. The fifth was three pieces of fried chicken and french fries. I didn't want more fried chicken, the fries were okay. After 15 minutes, there was no sign of the next course. Maybe... the fried chicken and fries are separate, and they've already brought six items? I asked, and that was the case. They should have told me that. Who comes to an all-you-can-eat place and waits 20 minutes without ordering anything? Frustrated, I ordered two pieces of each type of yakitori (about 10 types). It took 20 minutes for the first five to arrive. Another 10 minutes later, a vegetable stir-fry arrived that I didn't order. Another 20 minutes with no sign of the rest. When I asked the staff about my remaining orders, they said they had already brought everything. What?! I explained that some items were missing, but they didn't seem to care. Frustrated, I ordered five pieces of each type with sauce. After 15 minutes, four pieces each of chicken breast and chicken with leek arrived. It was the last order (at least that was done properly). I confirmed that most of the other dishes hadn't arrived yet and didn't place any additional orders. Two pieces each of six types of salt yakitori arrived (which I didn't order). The rest were sold out. I couldn't believe it. For dessert, there was strawberry ice cream. "I'm done. Let's just eat this and go home." In the end, most of what I ordered never arrived. This restaurant not only has poor service but also the main dishes (especially the yakitori) are terrible. The small, one-bite-sized yakitori (completely different from the photos) were poorly seasoned (some were forgotten), the sauce was poured on top of the salt, and they were the worst-tasting yakitori I've ever had. You're better off cooking frozen yakitori from the supermarket at home. I will never go back.

When I visited, there was no cheese fondue available. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite different from the impression in the photos, and I almost thought I had come to a different place. They charge a cover fee even during lunchtime. Despite offering Italian cuisine, the background music in the restaurant was Japanese. The food was delicious, but overall it was a strange dining experience.

A hidden gem of an izakaya. The atmosphere is dimly lit and cozy, just like in the photo. The staff are foreigners and there is no call bell, so you have to go out of your private room to call them. The food is average.
