Pre-opening, follow on Instagram for story posting reservations only, drink as many as you want for 5 yen. I went there, but it seemed like there weren't many customers, perhaps due to lack of promotion. Walk-ins seemed to be okay. It's located in a building near Nishitetsu Fukuoka Station, on the basement 1st floor and above ground 3rd floor, with a grand opening? The food is ordered via a mobile order system using smartphones, but the reception was poor and difficult to connect. This mobile order system seems convenient but actually inconvenient, so I hope they stop using it. In the latter part, I couldn't connect at all, so I had to order using a call buzzer. The interior of the restaurant has many semi-private sections, but even though you can't see faces, the voices from neighboring tables are clearly heard, making it quite noisy. The clientele is mostly young, so it may not be a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The food was served relatively quickly, and the drinks, despite being 5 yen, were not watered down or served in small portions, which was nice. The "whole strawberry sour," "whole mango sour," and "whole pineapple sour" with frozen fruits packed to the bottom were a pleasant surprise for 5 yen. The appetizers included cabbage, chicken wings, and fried chicken wings for 683 yen, which were quite small for Fukuoka's chicken wings, heavily seasoned, and greasy. The "spilled mapo tofu" for 693 yen, despite the name, was not very voluminous, with a mild spiciness but a noticeable use of continental spices. The skewers included shiso-wrapped, cheese-wrapped, quail, and lettuce-wrapped for around 250 yen each, as well as chicken skin for 154 yen and Unzen ham for 352 yen, providing consistent flavors. The "solar ramen" for 693 yen, a specialty of the restaurant, was mistakenly referred to as "ramen" by the staff, but the taste couldn't beat the original. The prices were clear and a receipt was provided. The food was brought up on a lift, and it was unclear if there was kitchen equipment inside the restaurant. If you think of the food as similar to family restaurant fare...
