This is my second time using this restaurant. Even though it was during the Bon festival, the counter was already full by around 9pm. Normally, when I stop by after work, the place is always packed, making it a popular spot where it's hard to get in without a reservation. The dishes are all well-crafted and delicious, no complaints there. I'm always happy to see oden on the menu, and it goes well with the drinks. They have a wide variety of sake, which I highly recommend. I definitely want to use this restaurant again.

I visited a shop that I was curious about♪ There is a coin parking nearby, so if you are driving, please park there. The interior of the shop is quite compact! The width is almost narrow enough to pass through smoothly, haha. There are only a few seats, a counter and about three seats in the back. It seems like making a reservation is a good idea to secure a spot. The menu and recommended dishes are both varied! Every dish looks delicious. You can't miss the daikon radish in oden, right? I also ordered the shabu-shabu with eggs, beef tendon, and chrysanthemum greens. The rich broth is so tasty~♡ It would definitely go well with sake. The celery and minced meat salad with plum dressing is refreshing and delicious! The not-too-sour plum dressing and the fragrance of celery~ I love this kind of dish. Steamed clams with spring vegetables. The firm clams in a flavorful broth with crunchy spring vegetables! The fresh and tender spring vegetables with just the right amount of acidity are the essence of spring. The chawanmushi is packed with ingredients. Plump shiitake mushrooms, shrimp, squid, and bamboo shoots♪ It was just the right amount for two people. The scallop and horse mackerel fry, with large scallops for a satisfying bite! The tartar sauce with pickled mustard greens was also delicious♬ I wonder why I'm so drawn to broth. Although it's a shop specializing in broth, the overall taste is solid. It's not overly rich, but the broth is the star! The interior of the shop is quite compact, and the seating is close together, so if you're not a fan of tight spaces, you might feel a bit cramped. It seems like a good place for a cozy date♡ Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited a restaurant that was recommended on the radio. It was a small place with a counter for 5 seats and 8 table seats. This time, I chose to sit at a table in the back. We started with a complimentary dish of fried flounder with miso vinegar, which was very elegant and made me want to drink beer. We asked for a sashimi platter with sesame mackerel, even though it wasn't on the menu. Every piece of sashimi was fresh and delicious, making me crave sake. The standout dish was the duck and Hakata scallion salad. The duck was delicious, and the balsamic dressing was very tasty. It was my first time eating scallions in this way. We also tried the fried oysters wrapped in shiso leaves, and they were cooked perfectly, making them very delicious. Everything we tried was not just good, but outstanding. There were many sake and shochu brands I had never seen before, and they were all delicious. We ended the meal with a chawanmushi, which had a delicious broth that went well with sake. If this restaurant were near my home, I would definitely visit regularly. Even so, I want to come back at least once a month.

The other day, I found a popular restaurant during my evening walk. I entered almost right after it opened. The complimentary tomato dish was delicious. Every dish after that was also delicious. I have found a great restaurant.
