"Unmushin Char Siu Thinly Sliced (1100 yen)" I visited the newly opened "Jinrui Minamenryu and Essawada" on July 14th. This shop is a collaboration brand between "Jinrui Minamenryu" and "Chinese Cuisine Essawada," located in Shinsaibashi PARCO B1F, with the nearest station being Osaka Metro Shinsaibashi Station. The menu includes Unmushin Char Siu Thinly Sliced (1100 yen), Aioi Char Siu Thinly Sliced (1100 yen), Zen Char Siu Thinly Sliced (+1100 yen), Thick Char Siu (+220 yen), Menma (+220 yen), Herb Garlic (+165 yen), Mixed Chili Peppers (+165 yen), and Extra Noodles (+165 yen). The soup is made from chicken bone broth with a low viscosity soy sauce base, creating a mellow soy sauce flavor with a subtle herbal aroma and sweetness. The homemade noodles are thick and wavy, made with whole wheat flour. The noodles have a good texture and firmness, with excellent soup adherence. The char siu has a thick, tender, and fatty texture with a well-seasoned taste. The herbal condiment on the bowl cannot be eaten. Follow UNCHI President on Twitter or Instagram, follow Sawada Shuhei on Instagram, and post a ramen photo with the hashtag #JinruiMinamenryuandEssawada to receive a free ramen voucher for your next visit."

When I thought I was prepared to wait in line, there were only two groups of customers. The interior is quite unique, with tables covered in empty cans... It's not so much stylish as it is honestly messy. If they were foreign juice cans, it might give off a stylish vibe, but with price stickers and all, it just looks a bit dirty. As for the ramen itself, it's supposed to be medicinal? I couldn't really tell. Personally, I liked the taste, but it might be a matter of preference. The chashu is thick and delicious! I remember someone who used to go to Jinrai in Nishinakajima saying that the chashu was amazing - maybe they were talking about this place? Probably, but the portion size is small for men. When paired with the mapo tofu (also on the smaller side), the portion is just right, but the flavors get a bit lost in the mapo tofu, so I think it would be better with white rice.

It's a little after 3 pm on a Sunday, located on the basement floor of PARCO next to Shinsaibashi Station. The fact that they are open all day is convenient. The interior has three 4-person tables and an L-shaped counter that can seat around 6 people, giving off a clean and stylish vibe. It might feel a bit lonely for a middle-aged man dining alone. Once seated, the staff quickly took our order and served the food promptly. They kindly handed out paper aprons. The soup had a sweet soy sauce base with Chinese medicinal herbs, which was unique and innovative, but unfortunately, the soup was lukewarm. The thick pork belly chashu slices were over 2cm thick, and while they were tasty, they were quite tough and chewy. The whole wheat noodles had a good texture and were enjoyable. Thank you for the meal.

I had high expectations that all human beings + Essawada = delicious! But, I mean, it was good, yeah, it was good, but... the cloudy innocent noodles had a subtle authentic Essawada curry flavor that I didn't quite enjoy. I prefer the regular mapo tofu I had at Sawada, which was delicious. Also, there were no tissues on the table, and when the staff noticed, they just said "here you go"... It would have been easier if they had just placed them on the table from the beginning. There seems to be a rush of noodle-based restaurants opening, but maybe they are rushing too much? I just set my expectations too high, that's all (laughs).

I ordered the new Zen dish, but I probably missed the confirmation during the ordering process. The menu was divided by pages, and I pointed to order, so it's hard to make a mistake, but I must have missed the step to prevent that. It's okay because of the delicious smile! Hugarden White Cloud No Mind - thickly sliced roasted pork Yamaguchi Prefecture's natural white rice.

One of the top ramen shops in Osaka, a collaboration between Jinrui Minamenrui and the up-and-coming authentic Chinese restaurant Essawada. Located in Parco, it's not too crowded, but they serve a one-of-a-kind ramen. It may be a bit pricey, but the chashu slices are thick and generous. The ramen itself has a unique spice added to it, which is rare for Jinrui Minamenrui. The side dish of mapo tofu is excellent, similar to Essawada's version.

I went to the restaurant on my way to run errands! I arrived at Shinsaibashi Parco around 14:00 and there was no line in front of the store. I sat down and got some explanations about the menu since it was my first time there. I ordered the "Heat Haze" thick-sliced roast pork for ¥1,485 from the secret menu and added a side of "Fragrant Pork Rice" for ¥330. My friend ordered the "Cloudless Mind" thinly sliced roast pork for ¥1,100. The ramen arrived quickly, and it tasted delicious like a mazesoba with a good spicy kick and chewy noodles. I finished by pouring the remaining ingredients of the "Fragrant Pork Rice" on top like a mapo don. I also tried a bit of my friend's "Cloudless Mind" soup, which was a tasty medicinal herb ramen without any overpowering flavors. I would like to come back and try different items on the menu next time.

I visited the collaboration between Ningenmen and Chef Sawada, which is a limited-time event at the basement of Shinsaibashi Parco. It was a Sunday night, but I could enter smoothly. Macro base, micro base, or cactus? It's a tough choice. But I went with the Zen bowl with thick slices of chashu, which had the most mysterious cactus in it. While waiting, I noticed they had mapo curry rice as a side dish. I'll definitely try it next time! The ramen distracted me too much. Soon, the bowl arrived. It was quite a sight, like a piece of art. The topping in the middle must be the cactus, right? It's sour, like pickled in vinegar. The flavors were diverse and enjoyable. The chashu was similar in size to Ningenmen's, but it was leaner. Are they going for a healthy approach here too? It was tender, but the soup didn't penetrate much. The soup had the original taste of Ningenmen, I later found out that Zen is based on the original taste using bonito flakes. Oh, Chef Sawada also has a tantanmen with bonito flakes at Sawada Shoten. This is the essence of collaboration. What is medicinal ramen, though? I couldn't figure it out even after eating it. Maybe I'll try Unmusin next time and think about it again. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much.

I have never thought ramen tasted good before, but for the first time, I found it delicious. The staff were all cheerful, friendly, and attentive. The only downside was that there were no napkins or wet towels provided in the restaurant. I wish they had them available.

Today I went to see a play at Dotonbori ZAZA. As planned, I went to Minarai Minarai and Essawada in Parco. I often see Essawada on TV, but I haven't been able to go because it seems a bit intimidating. I'm looking forward to it today. I arrived around 3 pm. I liked macro in Nishinakajima, so I ordered Cloudless Heart, Thinly Sliced Char Siu, and Mapo Rice in large size. After a while, the dishes arrived. Wow! The thickness of the Thinly Sliced Char Siu is amazing! Oh, this is Thickly Sliced Char Siu. Well, that's okay. Later, the Mapo Rice arrived, but it was not in large size. When I said, "This is a mistake," they replied, "I think the portion is enough." Maybe they couldn't hear me properly because the music of Mr. Children was loud. Well, I'll just eat what I got. The ramen tasted like macro. The medicinal herbs in the ingredients didn't get in the way and it was delicious. The report mentioned in the early days didn't include the medicinal herbs that you couldn't eat at that time. The Char Siu was so voluminous that my jaw might get tired halfway through. The Mapo Rice was spicy. Is this Mapo or curry? Hmm. It has a complex taste and it's delicious. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I recently visited "Jinrui mina menrui to Esu Sawada" on the B1F of Shinsaibashi PARCO for lunch at 2:45 PM. It was my first visit to the restaurant with two other guests. We ordered the recommended "Unmushin" dish, which was a macro-flavored medicinal herb ramen. The dish arrived in about 5 minutes, featuring a soup base made from clam broth and medicinal herbs, paired with medium-thick noodles. It was delicious, but the only downside was that the soup was not hot enough. The sliced roast pork that I ordered was thicker than expected and had a standard taste. Perhaps my expectations were too high!

Opened as a limited-time collaboration between the top-ranked ramen shop in Osaka, "Jinrui Minamenrui," and the Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant "Es Sawada," Cloud Dream Heart is a specialized herbal ramen shop that offers a unique blend of flavors. Upon arrival at 10:40 am on a weekend, the restaurant was already busy but we were seated immediately. The colorful tables covered in empty cans gave a quirky yet clean atmosphere. After much deliberation, we ordered the "Macro" ramen with herbal spices, and the authentic Es Mapo Rice. The dishes arrived promptly and were delicious. The ramen had a deep and gentle soy sauce broth that permeated every corner of the body, while the whole wheat noodles added a rich aroma and great texture. The Es Sawada touch with ingredients like wolfberries and wood ear mushrooms elevated the dish to a whole new level. The Mapo Rice was also flavorful with a hint of spice. I would definitely visit again before they close and try a different dish next time. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Located on the basement floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO is a collaboration between "Jinrui Minamenrui" and Michelin-starred "Essawada," offering medicinal herb ramen and mapo tofu rice bowl. Despite being a food establishment, I always wonder why it's called "UNCHI Corporation." The background music is still all about Mr. Children. Passing by at lunchtime, there was no line, so I decided to try it out. I was confused by the menu and didn't understand what kind of ramen it was. When a staff member approached, I asked for a recommendation. The most popular among women is "Sousei," a light soy sauce flavor that you can even finish the soup. I decided on "Unmushin" with thinly sliced roasted pork, as it was described as a rich and male-oriented option. The description for Unmushin was intriguing. The broth was light and not too salty, with a hint of sweetness. The roasted pork was thick, tender, and not greasy. Toppings included wood ear mushrooms, white leeks, wolfberries, bamboo shoots, and various mushrooms. The noodles were curly and made with whole wheat flour, giving them a chewy texture. The mapo tofu rice bowl, however, was disappointing as the leeks were completely dried out. Maybe I should have stuck with just the ramen. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I had a meal at both Menrui and Essawada, and I thought it was a good mix of both. I also felt it was neither here nor there. I tried the Cloud Mushin with thinly sliced roasted pork. It's soy sauce-based, probably made with chicken broth, and the medicinal herbs didn't seem to have a strong effect. The medium-thick noodles mixed well with the soup, and the wood ear mushrooms and bamboo shoots were delicious. It's best to set aside any preconceptions and just enjoy it.

B1 floor closes at 9 PM but I arrived at 8:42 PM and was able to enter. I ordered a ramen with a mix of sourness, bitterness, and sweetness, but it wasn't as strong as I expected. It had a gentle sourness and little bitterness, with the main flavor being soy sauce. It was a well-balanced and delicious ramen, though not as strong in herbal flavors as I had hoped. The concept of using recycled materials for the interior is eco-friendly, but I personally didn't like the combination of food and trash. It was a shame that there were no napkins or hand towels on the table. Overall, the service was average, but the effort put into making the food taste good was impressive. I would have liked to try other options if the flavors were more unique.

I visited for the second time. The dishes were really delicious, just like last time. The soup was amazing and addictive. However, the noodles were a bit too heavy and not as tasty as before. Maybe because the owner and chef were not here this time? It's a shame because the toppings, mapo tofu, and beer were all delicious. I went to the collaboration ramen between Jinrui Minamenrui and Essawada at the 1st floor basement of Shinsaibashi PARCO, called "Unmushin". I ordered the Unmushin Char Siu Thinly Sliced. It is based on Jinrui Minamenrui's macro base herbal ramen. The toppings include char siu, thick menma, and wood ear mushrooms. The noodles are thick and chewy, and they go well with the soup. The soup has a slight sweetness and a gentle, elegant herbal flavor. It feels like a healthy soup with no guilt. It has a flavor of star anise that I like. It was delicious. 7.0

I received a free ramen coupon on my first visit, so I went back again. Today, I ordered the Cloudless Mind ramen, with thinly sliced roast pork and authentic Szechuan-style mapo rice. The portion was just right for me. It was delicious. The only downside was that when I asked for a tissue, I was only given one. I wish they had tissues readily available on the table.

Today's lunch was Yosen Ramen with thick-sliced chashu (from Aioi) and a mini mapo rice. Just like last time, the hearty thick chashu was soft and delicious. The mapo rice was pretty good too. The ramen soup didn't have as much herbal flavor as last time, but it had a rich soy sauce taste. However, after a few bites, it didn't bother me anymore. What's left is the ramen flavor that hasn't been served yet. I'll definitely try that next time. However, it's nice that even during Sunday lunchtime, I can get in without waiting in line, but I wonder if they're okay with being so empty? I can't help but wonder if there's an issue with the interior design, like the tables made of trash. It's supposed to be a concept using cans to make tables, but I personally don't want to eat on top of garbage.

Sawada Chef, famous from Jobtune, collaborated with Es Sawada for a limited period of about one year. Upon seating, they kindly explained the ramen menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and the service is very polite, considering it's a ramen shop. The bowls are made by a ceramic artist named Hiroki Tamayama, and the chairs look expensive. I ordered the "Aioi" which is based on the "Micro" from the human noodles series, with a complex taste including bitterness and sweetness, featuring thinly sliced chashu. The chashu slices are about 1.5 to 2 centimeters thick, thicker than the usual chashu at other shops. The thick slices are apparently twice as thick. It had a good chew and a nice spice aroma, very delicious! The noodles had fried mushrooms on top, adding to the bitterness along with the soy sauce. The soup was a very dark, almost black, broth with a slight sweetness. I also ordered the mapo rice on the side, which may have clashed a bit with the flavors. The rich flavors were tasty, but I'll try the simpler ramen next time. Note: Visit date 3.05

Located on the basement floor of PARCO immediately after getting off the Midosuji Line, the location is convenient. I ordered a large cup of iced tea and the cloudless mind (thinly sliced) and it arrived in less than 5 minutes. The taste is really polarizing, like Taiwan's universal noodle dish, with a strong herbal flavor. Personally, I didn't like it very much... And as usual, they don't accept QR code payments or electronic money, so I had to pay in cash. When will this be improved?
