Yes, it's ramen time! "Kaodashi Chuka Soba Shi43ya Namba Store" "Kaodashi Chuka Soba Shoyu" "Nodoguro Kaodashi Gohan" This time I went to Namba. I visited "Kaodashi Chuka Soba Shi43ya" where I had been before at the end of last year and liked the light taste of the clam broth. The ramen menu only offers clam broth Chuka Soba in shoyu and salt flavors! It takes confidence to pull this off. This time, I chose the shoyu flavor. Don't forget the seasoned egg topping. The side menu had Nodoguro clam broth rice, which wasn't available last time! It looked delicious, so I ordered it as well. After a while, the bowls arrived - the flower petal chashu was amazing! The amount of chashu has increased, so this is the default amount! First, I tried the soup... so delicious! The abundance of clams really comes through in the soup, and it would be perfect as a finishing touch after finishing the meal! I enjoyed it even though I ate it sober this time. The noodles were whole wheat straight noodles with a chewy texture. They paired well with the gentle flavor of the soup! The thinly sliced flower petal chashu is delicious when dipped in the soup, but it's even better when wrapped in the recommended white leeks by the shop. The seasoned egg is irresistibly delicious with its creamy yolk! The Nodoguro clam broth rice is a luxurious dish with the savory flavor of clam broth soaked into the rice, topped with tender Nodoguro meat and ikura. The dish is delicious on its own, but breaking up the Nodoguro meat and eating it together enhances the flavor even more! I thoroughly enjoyed it once again! Thank you for the meal.

I had a special clam salt ramen and clam rice with egg topping. Even though I was full from drinking, the light clam dashi was delicious, and I even finished the soup! Thanks to that, I didn't have a hangover and felt the power of clam extract. Thank you for the meal!

Special clam salt ramen for 1100 yen. A perfect way to end your drinking session. Made with plenty of clams from Lake Shinji, this clam ramen is a soothing bowl with lots of ornithine for your tired liver. The salt soup, rich in clam extract, brings out the deliciousness of the clams and is so gentle that you can't help but slurp it all up. The medium-thin straight noodles pair perfectly with the soup. There were a lot of clams in it, making it a bit difficult to eat, but my liver felt rejuvenated. By the time I finished eating, the restaurant was full and there was a waiting line. It seems to be quite popular as a way to end a drinking session. I would like to try the soy sauce ramen next time. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

I visited for the first time in about 7 years, but this was the second store. The first store in Sōemon-chō has also been relocated. The gentle saltiness with plenty of clam extract was unchanged, and it comforted my overworked organs. Thank you 😊

In March of the 5th year of Reiwa, the opening hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The shijimi salt ramen costs 900 yen. When I visited around 4:00 AM, there were no other customers. It's a perfect ramen for a late-night meal after drinking in Namba or Shinsaibashi until early morning.

First visit. Ordered the salt ramen with clams. A bit pricey for ramen, but packed with the delicious flavor of clams. Thought it was the perfect ramen after having some drinks. Can imagine clam soy sauce ramen, but can't picture clam miso ramen, so I'd like to come back someday to try it.

Shi43-ya Namba Store [Namba, Chuo-ku, Osaka City] At Shi43-ya, where you can enjoy clam ramen, the taste has been proven at the Shinsaibashi main store. The store is located a little further back on the first floor of the building. Special Clam Salt Ramen for 1100 yen. The popular No. 1 dish has a unique visual appeal with clam flavor that is perfectly balanced. The soup has a smooth texture without any resistance, and the combination with the chewy curly noodles is excellent. The small interior has counter seats and table seats. Water is self-service and payment is cash only. Dining alone is totally fine. [Business Hours] 20:00-5:00 [Closed] Sundays

I ended up going to a different place for lunch because the one I wanted to go to was sold out. But as a lunch refugee, anything would have been good! I somehow ended up stopping at this place and decided to check it out. The interior was small but clean and bright, with 6 counter seats and a couple of small tables in the back. I ordered the salt and green onion topping and it was delicious! I finished it in no time. Clams are just so tasty!

I went there because I had a day off and couldn't forget the delicious taste I had before! The clam soup with plenty of carefully prepared clams is my favorite. The chashu looks like a blooming flower, the crunchy white leeks, and the rich flavored egg are all amazing! Mixing the chashu with the elegant clam soup, along with the crunchy white leeks and noodles, is the best! When you soak the white leeks in it, they become moist and offer a different deliciousness. The sweet flavored egg on top of the salty clam soup is the best. I want to try the soy sauce flavor next time. Congratulations on reaching the 7th anniversary this month. I hope many people will continue to visit your shop. Thank you for letting me sign at the shop.

A ramen shop in Nihonbashi that uses plenty of Shimane Prefecture's Lake Shinji-grown Yamato shijimi clams in their special clam broth soup is incredibly delicious!! Their clam broth ramen comes with a choice of salt or soy sauce flavor!

▫️Clam Broth Ramen (Salt) 900 yen

The noodles are chewy. A recommended way to eat the ramen is to wrap the green onions with the chashu (roasted pork slices) and eat them together! (*≧∀≦*) The abundant chashu is currently being offered in larger portions, lucky you! ✨

I visited this restaurant "Kaidashi Chuka Soba Shi43ya Namba Store" for lunch today. It is located on the 1st floor of a mixed-use building a short walk from Namba Station. The restaurant has a bright atmosphere with only counter seating. I ordered the "Kaidashi Chuka Soba Shio for 900 yen" and also got the limited quantity "Chuka Soba Set for 200 yen". The set includes the usually 400 yen "Nodoguro Kaidashi Gohan", making it a great deal. The ramen arrived with rare chashu on the edge of the bowl, topped with white spring onions and clams. The flavor was rich and satisfying, even better than it looked. I finished it all in no time. The set rice was also delicious with toppings of nodoguro and ikura, a steal for only 200 yen. I enjoyed every last drop of the soup. Thank you for the meal!

I went out for lunch alone while visiting Namba. On the way to Kuromon Ichiba Market, I found a ramen shop. I decided to go in because I thought clam broth ramen would definitely be delicious. Ramen is a convenient choice for a solo lunch. The shop was located at the back of a mixed-use building without a sign on the street, so I hesitated a bit before entering. It was a small shop with 2 tables for 2 people and a counter with 5-6 seats. I chose the salt flavor ramen with whole grain noodles that were smooth and had a good firm texture. The soup was rich and made with clam broth. The light salt flavor paired well with the clam broth. The pork chashu was thinly sliced and cooked at a low temperature, melting in the mouth. The recommended way to eat it was to wrap the chashu with green onions, which I tried and it was delicious. The crunchy texture of the green onions and the fluffy chashu went well together. It felt like eating prosciutto with wine. The flavored egg was sweet and added a nice change in taste when paired with the salty soup. I enjoyed my solo lunch. Upon looking around the shop, I noticed many signatures of famous comedians. I didn't know it was a famous place when I entered, but it was indeed delicious.

You can enjoy a light yet rich clam broth ramen at Shi43ya Namba store. I ordered the Clam Dashi Chuka Soba with soy sauce for 900 yen, and an extra flavored egg for 100 yen. The soup was surprisingly delicious! The clam broth ramen is a favorite of mine, but this soup had a gentle flavor with a perfect balance of dashi and soy sauce. The salt version was even lighter. The whole wheat noodles were gentle and tasty. The chashu was luxurious with five large slices, and they are offering extra chashu for a limited time (I forgot to ask until when). The chashu wrapped in white negi was recommended, and it was so delicious that I almost wanted to order another one. It was soft and melted in the mouth. Seriously, for those who enjoy drinking sake! They are open until late at night, making it a perfect place for a late-night ramen. It really warms your insides. It's located in a building in front of Namba's Taste-en Universe, with the main store in Shinsaibashi. The kind owner and the delicious ramen are a perfect match. Everyone should definitely check it out!

I ordered the clam-based ramen with both salt and soy sauce flavors, with an additional seasoned egg topping for ¥1000. The clam broth was unique and got me really excited! It was perfect for finishing off the meal and really hit the spot. It was incredibly delicious... The low-temperature cooked roast pork was seasoned perfectly, and the colored boiled egg was beautiful. It was sweet and delicious... Both the salt and soy sauce flavors were tasty, but I prefer the salt. It was light and easy to eat, simply the best!! This place might still be a hidden gem, so ramen lovers should definitely check it out!

I went to Shi43ya, a ramen shop located in a building across from Misono Universe with great access. The main store is in Shinsaibashi, so be careful not to go there by mistake. This time, I ordered the clam and salt ramen with a seasoned egg topping. I realized I had never tried clam ramen before, and when it arrived, I was surprised to see so many clams on top. The soup was so delicious, with a strong clam flavor but no fishy or bitter taste. It was so good that I couldn't stop drinking it until the bowl was empty. The whole wheat straight noodles were a perfect match for the soup. Additionally, during this limited-time period, they are serving extra slices of rare chashu, and I got about 5 slices in my bowl. The recommended way to eat it is to wrap the chashu in leeks, which was a fantastic combination. The chashu was incredibly tender, and the leeks added a crunchy texture. The seasoned egg was perfectly gooey inside. This ramen shop in Namba was a hidden gem, and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious meal. If you want to try some great ramen in Namba, be sure to check it out. Thank you for the meal!

I don't usually eat ramen at night, so in a way, I was lucky! I ordered the Clam Dashi Ramen with Soy Sauce, which comes with extra limited-time chashu for 900 yen, and added clam dashi rice for 200 yen. There was only one other customer ahead of me, but it took some time for the dish to be prepared. After about 15 minutes, the ramen was served. The bowl was topped with 5 slices of rare chashu, finely chopped white leeks, greens, and 8 clams. The clams were perfectly cleaned. The noodles were straight and medium-thick. The broth had a sweet and savory flavor from the clams, and I finished the whole bowl. Thank you for the meal!

Today's order: Clam Dashi Ramen (Salt flavor), Extra Char Siu (limited time service), Flavored Egg, Clam Dashi Rice. Located just a short walk south from Nipponbashi Station, Osaka Metro, exit 5, look for the entrance to Kuromon Market and walk west for about 1 minute. Right in front of the live hall Universe, you'll find "Clam Dashi Ramen Shi43ya Namba Store." The seating consists of 5 counter seats and 1 table for 2 (with space under the chairs and in the back rack for storing your belongings). Orders are taken at the counter.
- Soup: The soup has a distinctive color that clearly indicates the abundance of clam essence. The presence of clams is overwhelming with every sip, and the broth seeps through even when sober! The clams used are the largest in Japan, from Lake Shinji in Shimane Prefecture. Due to the recent decrease in clam catches and the resulting high prices, we appreciate them even more.
- Noodles: Thick, square-cut noodles with excellent chewiness that perfectly complements the broth.
- Char Siu: The low-temperature roasted pork is moist and tender. Try the recommended way of eating it wrapped in leeks!
- Toppings: Clams, white leeks, komatsuna. Use the small plate provided for the clam shells. The flavored egg has a perfectly cooked yolk with a thin film on the outside.
- Clam Dashi Rice: Delicious rice cooked in clam broth. Enjoy it as it is or pour some soup over it for a clam risotto!
A big thank you for all the ingredients served with gratitude!

I went to the ramen restaurant "Kaodashi Chuka Soba Shi43-ya Namba Store" in Namba, Osaka. It is located on the first floor at the back of a building next to the Family Mart across from Misono Universe. There is one table seat and 6 counter seats. The restaurant displays autographs of famous people such as athletes and comedians.
Their specialty dish, "Kaodashi Chuka Soba," costs 900 yen and you can choose between salt and soy sauce flavors. It features a special soup made with Shimane Prefecture's Lake Shinji Yamato shijimi clams and chewy whole wheat noodles. The rich shijimi clam broth soup and the straight whole wheat noodles intertwine well, creating a light yet flavorful ramen. It is incredibly delicious.
The low-temperature cooked roast pork chashu, recommended to be eaten with white negi, is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth. The extra topping of flavored egg for 100 yen has a runny yolk that is full of flavor.
Before I knew it, I had finished the soup because the ramen was so delicious.

When searching for "shijimi ramen" keywords, it is clear that there are limited places nationwide where you can eat shijimi ramen. I found out this morning that this place, which originally opened at 6:00 p.m., is now open from 11:30 a.m. thanks to the coronavirus situation. I ordered the clam broth ramen (salt) for 900 yen and clam broth rice for 200 yen. The clam broth rice had a unique deliciousness with the clam flavor soaked in, like a clam-flavored mixed rice without any toppings. It would go well with pickles like pickled radish, pickled turnip, and bran pickles. The ramen broth was rich in clam flavor, but with a rounded saltiness. It was so delicious that I drank it all up at the end. The toppings included thinly sliced chashu, green onions, mustard greens, and plenty of shijimi clams. The noodles were brown with a speckled whole wheat straight noodle pattern, surprisingly firm. Rolling the green onions with chashu, mixing it with the noodles, and combining it with the rice made my mouth happy. The soft chashu and crunchy green onions were enjoyable, and the noodles were chewy. After finishing the noodles and drinking up the soup, I enjoyed the last bite of the shijimi clams. Thank you for the meal.

After a long time, I went to Namba for a drink. After getting quite drunk, we decided to have a meal here as a finale. The restaurant is located in the back of a multi-tenant building, with a quiet atmosphere. Inside, there were several autographs of celebrities displayed. The menu is simple, with a choice of salt or soy sauce, and the recommended option was salt. I ordered the salt ramen with extra noodles. The soup had a rich golden color and a flavorful broth, but the clam flavor was somewhat subdued. I was hoping for a stronger clam taste, but the overall balance of flavors was well done. The noodles were medium thickness with a slight wave, providing a good chewiness that complemented the soup. Thank you for the meal.

Ramen restaurant located at the back of the first floor of a building. The compact interior feels a bit cramped due to the COVID-19 partition measures. Signed autographs of famous visitors are displayed above the counter, including trendy comedians like Saito from Trendy Angel, Inada from Einstein, Kanpei Ma, and Juyo Shimada. On the other hand, there are visual artists like Matsumoto Koshiro and Ai Aoki. The menu consists of only "Clam Dashi Ramen" made with clams, priced at 900 yen for salt, soy sauce, or miso flavor. I ordered the salt flavor and decided to try the 200 yen clam rice as well. The bowl is decorated with thinly sliced roast pork, resembling a large flower. Toppings include komatsuna and white leeks, keeping it simple. The soup, made with clams from Lake Shinji and bonito flakes and kelp, has a gentle and rich flavor, mild yet satisfying. Delicious! The noodles are thin and slightly wavy, with a good chewy texture. The highlight is the roast pork, thick and tender, a delightful addition to the dish. The clam rice cooked in clam broth has a gentle taste, perfect for older folks like me. Next time, I'll try the soy sauce flavor. Bon appétit!
