I am at Ginza Matsuya. I bought a hamburger from Romaika, so I am looking forward to tonight's dinner. I plan to make some warm vegetables as a side dish, but I also feel like having a salad. I went down from B1 to B2 and found a modern vegetable shop. It's called Kurokuya. They have branches in various department stores like Seibu, Sogo, Matsuya, etc. They do business in different regions like Tokyo, Fukushima, Osaka, Hiroshima, Shimane, and others, so their sourcing is quite diverse. I bought a salad mix which included leaf lettuce, arugula, Swiss chard, and edible flowers. Swiss chard is also known as perpetual spinach, and edible flowers are flowers that can be eaten. The bag contained another bag with several flowers inside. This is it. The hamburger will be served with the beauty-ho vegetables, making it restaurant-style. Great job!
