This place is particularly famous among pro wrestling fans and insiders. The walls are covered with pro wrestling posters! Wrestlers come here for business meetings and discussions, making this space already enjoyable for me (*'ω'*). I've seen their name multiple times in the sponsor and supporter sections of various events. The menu is quite extensive, ranging from hearty dishes to cold dishes and drinks. I wanted to try the ramen, so while still having some room left, my friend and I ordered various items. I wanted the leek and egg, definitely can't miss the pork belly with salt, and the grilled wagyu tripe also looked delicious, so let's get that too, and then white rice and... Here comes an accident, white rice is sold out (꒪⌓꒪) I wanted something to balance out the strong flavors of the other dishes, so I added a sweet egg omelet. At first, I thought there wasn't enough leek in the leek and egg dish, but with the fatty pork pieces everywhere, it was more than enough for me. The pork belly with salt was a thick slice of meat with the option to adjust the salt separately. I like the sweetness of the pork fat, so I hardly added any salt while eating it. The grilled wagyu tripe can be ordered with sauce or salt, but since there was pork belly with salt, we chose the sauce. The sweet and savory sauce on the tender tripe made me regret not having white rice to go with it. The flavors and richness made it a bit challenging towards the end, but as someone who doesn't like to leave food unfinished, I made sure to finish even the vegetables by soaking them in the fatty sauce. In between the heavy flavors, I snacked on the sweet egg omelet for a bit of relief. You can choose between salt or sweet for the egg omelet, and I was surprised by the savory taste of the salt version. The sweetness in the center with the rolled green onions added a nice touch. The texture was smooth and easy to eat, thanks to the moisture from the onions. Although it came with mayo, I preferred the original flavor, so I didn't use it. I tried the mayo separately later on. Now, for the finishing touch, the ramen. It's really convenient to have a half-size option in situations like this. Even in the half-size, the leek and pork slices were a full portion! When I took a bite, it reminded me of a similar taste to the ramen at Banryu in Kokura. The broth was rich and fatty, but with a mild savory flavor and a slight thickness. The noodles were not too thin for a tonkotsu ramen, and were slightly soft (we both ordered normal firmness). The pork slices were lean with a fibrous texture, which wasn't my preference... but I love the large leeks, so I scooped them up with the soup and enjoyed them. After finishing most of the leeks, I stopped at half of the soup, but as we drank more alcohol, a thick film formed on the soup. A lineup that's particularly appealing to meat lovers, this place has everything you need from start to finish, which was especially appreciated on a very cold day. I started craving white rice~
