I wanted to try different beers, so I chose the "Sake Kasu Special Ale" from Beer Works in Mimasaka, Okayama Prefecture. It was delicious! The beer had a hint of sake kasu in it. I also had some snacks with my drink. Inside the shop, there is a large refrigerator filled with domestic and international bottled beers. There seem to be around 240 different types. You can also take these beers home. I am now curious to try more of the beers available here.

30 taps - Imazumi "Stand Uminekoyoca" Imazumi, there's a standing bar that popped up without me realizing it. I must have missed it. The entrance is open and welcoming, with a low threshold. The name of the place is "Stand Uminekoyoca." Looking at the menu, there are 30 types of craft beers. Can you believe it, 30 taps? That's impressive. And apparently, there are the same number of taps on the other side as well. The prices are the same for each cup size. So, I ordered a CHO! PALE ALE in a small size for 700 yen. It had a deep flavor, maybe a bit heavy for a first drink. From the recommended menu, I tried the Potato Salad Ham Cutlet for 400 yen. It came with a knife and fork set. The ham was wrapped around the outside, making it a bit difficult to cut with chopsticks. It was crispy and fried well, and it paired nicely with the beer. For my second drink, I had a Weissbier.
