The lunch deal is great value! However, for men, the portion size might be a bit small. The meat is average. The dashi from the grated yam is strong. Overall, the flavors are intense - I wonder if this is unique to this shop or beef tongue in general? The interior is clean, spacious, and has a cozy atmosphere.

This is a restaurant located on the 10th floor of KITTE Hakata, on the Hakata side of Hakata Station. It opened on June 22, 2023. It is a nationwide chain and it seems there is also one in Canal City. The interior of the restaurant is very clean with chic table seating. I ordered the Service Gyutan Set for 1,100 yen with a 50 yen extra for a large serving of rice. It's such a great deal to get a Gyutan Set at this price. It also comes with grated yam and plenty of oxtail soup, which is delicious. The thick slices of beef tongue provided a satisfying meal. Please see the difference between the menu photo and the actual dish.

Fukuoka city Hakata station adjacent... Newly opened on the 10th floor of KITTE Hakata♪ Second store in Fukuoka following Canal City Hakata⁉️ Gyuutan Yaki Sendai Hemmi KITTE Hakata store... On the opening day, even though it was almost full after 8 pm, the seating was well partitioned and the atmosphere was very nice. The customer service by the female staff was also good and impressive, with a sense of proper training. They have seats for individuals as well as counter seats. The barley tea on the table was ice-cold and delicious‼️ I ordered the Service Gyuutan Set Meal for 1490 yen, which came with barley rice, pickles, and oxtail soup. All unexpectedly had good meat quality and were delicious. The barley rice was even more delicious than regular rice, I thought it was really tasty haha. The Upper Tongue Yaki and Japanese-style Tongue Stew with extra barley rice for 1730 yen... During lunchtime, they offer grated yam as a service⁉️ The Japanese-style Tongue Stew, which is simmered until it becomes thick, has a miso flavor and is more like a miso stew. It includes lotus root, carrots, konjac, and noodles haha. It's delicious when you soak it in rice. It would be even better if the Gyuutan were hotter.

I went to the newly opened restaurant and it was spacious inside, which was nice. The beef tongue was delicious, so I was satisfied!
