I thought it would be similar to Shabu-shabu restaurants, but here the meat is fixed and you can have all the vegetables you want, which is great because just eating meat can be bad for cholesterol. Being able to put in your favorite ingredients at your own pace, regardless of the number of people, is really nice. In the end, the champon noodle dish was quite good. ■Kimchi Hot Pot Set While eating the kimchi hot pot, I reminisced about the days when I used to have this a lot as a staff meal at the izakaya I worked at. By the way, the rice and miso soup were also free, and the miso soup was surprisingly delicious. In addition to vegetables, having options like dumplings and meatballs is a nice touch.
