花嫁修業
On January 11, 2013, I visited Heart break Cafe in Hana-machi, Yame City with my friends. We discovered this cozy cafe by chance during our walk to the local roadside station. The cafe is run by an elderly couple, and the atmosphere inside was quiet and peaceful. I ordered the lunch set which included brown rice soup, daily side dishes, and a bagel. The brown rice served here is called "enzyme rice," which is said to be delicious, easy to digest, and can be aged without spoiling for up to 10 days. The soup of the day was curry soup made with organic vegetables, and the daily side dishes included a variety of dishes like chicken stew, gratin, salad pasta, simmered hijiki seaweed, eggplant stew, pumpkin sauté, simmered potatoes and carrots, black beans, and boiled greens. The flavors were well-balanced and not too strong, and the ingredients used were organic, with minimal use of chemical seasonings. The homemade bagel served with the meal was soft and tasty. The beef curry rice set also came with the same brown rice and side dishes. Both sets were priced at 800 yen, with an additional 200 yen for a drink. Overall, Heart break Cafe was a soothing place to enjoy a healthy meal in a quiet setting. Thank you for the delicious meal! (#^.^#)
