I wanted to eat cake on Christmas, so I explored the Shinjuku area. I decided to try a new place and went to Delish Park in Shinjuku Odakyu Ace. Topps and Takano Fruit Parlor only had large sizes, but Pastel had a small size available! I bought it right away! The cake was sweet and had a satisfying taste. ☺☺☺

I purchased pudding at "Pastel" in Shinjuku. It is a pudding shop that opened in the Shinjuku Odakyu Ace North Building. I had seen puddings with faces drawn on them displayed in the showcase on my way to work several times and was waiting for an opportunity to buy them. On weekdays, my daughter, who is a student preparing for exams, comes home late from cram school and says she won't eat anything after 9 o'clock. But today is Sunday, so I bought them on my way home from work. I bought an egg pudding and a snowman pudding, each for 570 yen. When I got home and told my daughter, she tasted a spoonful of mine as well. Then, when I tried it myself, I found that the face part is mousse, with a layer of whipped cream between it and the pudding at the bottom. The face and hands are made of chocolate, and the bitterness of the chocolate was a nice accent.
